Tip Top (Tailors since 1909)

Lady showed up 7 minutes late to open the store.had no idea what sizes she had.super negative, not friendly and poor customer service. Employee hurts this store

After purchasing a sports jacket, the cuffs had to be shortened period the tailor unfortunately, would be busy for 3 weeks, and we needed it sooner. The helpful clerk gave us the card of another tailor they recommended who could do the work. We had to work done, and we're shocked at the bill of $57 a far cry from the $25 that tip top would have charged. We mentioned it to TipTop and the clerk was very sympathetic and took the matter to the manager. The manager said" What do you want me to do about it? " while a refund would have been nice this review is about the manager's arrogant response, Hardly the example to set for his staff. Needless to say I will not be shopping there anytime soon.

I needed a suit in a very specific size and this was the only place I could find it on short notice. Ruby was literally so nice and knowledgable and helped me change some of my style ideas when it was clearly not going to work. Literally such a pleasant experience and made it so much easier to design a suit look

I just came in to the store with some questions about their tailored dress shirts and the staff, Victoria, seemed very upset about my question. She was clearly very upset about having to deal with customers, she was rude, and decided to go to the back of the store.

Very unconfortable shopping experience resulting from rude and ignorant staff. I am taking my business somewhere else where the staff is knowledgeable and happy to assist customers.

Teresa here is fantastic! She was extremely helpful and kind getting us setup with a wedding package. Great suits and great prices.
