I visited this location with my boyfriend recently to purchase a suit for an upcoming formal event. Dario, our sales associate, provided outstanding service that exceeded our expectations. He was personable, helpful, and went above & beyond to recommend various selections that best aligned with our preferences. Dario's commitment to customer service made our purchase truly enjoyable!

This shop had everything I need. Amazing customer service. Excellent variety. I wanted to buy a suit for a friend’s wedding and I ended up buying two because of the offer they had and the way their sales consultant was helping me out. I previously bought some shirts and trousers from here but it was my first experience to buy some suits. The fitting of the suit was prefect for me. I highly recommend all the men to go to this store (Specifically OAKVILLE PLACE in Oakville, Ontario) and look out for Olena, she has amazing customer service skills. She helped me a lot in selecting the suits and her suggestions were spot on.

Went to the Oakville Town Centre location to purchase a suit for my 14 yr old son for his graduation. This was my son's first suit shopping experience needless to say he was a little excited. The service was horrible, my son is average size for a 14 yr old, the staff didn't even try to find a suit that fit him. The store was empty and there were 2 employees just standing there. They just said yeah we have nothing to fit him. I ended up looking myself and oddly enough to my surprise they did have something. Regardless we did not end up purchasing anything from them. An experience that should have been memorable and fun for my son left him embarrassed and wanting to leave. THANK YOU TIP TOP. Lazy staff! People say Amazon is killing retail NO retail is killing retail. No service, no appreciation for customers, lazy staff.
