Worst service ever, the lady in the red hair is the worst she attacked us Know 1 helped us at all their pretty much frozen

If you’re contemplating getting a suit from here I recommend possibly any other place. Took 45 minutes to get help and we were one of the 4 people in the store at the time. Fiancé came out in the pants and dress shirt (after finally being helped) to go over alterations and the guy was too busy playing on his phone for over 10 minutes to help, so we eventually just said we will buy the jacket, pants and shirt but take it elsewhere for tailoring.
Not a welcoming or helpful environment. Go elsewhere if you can.

If you’re looking to buy a suit and get it altered here. Just don’t! Save your money go to a different location or different store. Nothing about the buying experience was welcoming or easy! Stay away from altering the suit here. If you’re looking for a tailor who knows basic suit alterations to the very least this is not the place to go. I will have to take my jacket elsewhere to fix all the mistakes made.to make it worst, suit was promised to be done Sunday afternoon, I came Monday to pick up and it was not ready! They seem to disconnect the phone because you can’t even get a hold of the store when you want to call just a busy tone all afternoon….

I went to Tip top tailors cross iron mill location, I entered into shop and met with lady later on I ask the name from one of sales associate Rodrigo who gave me exceptional services and assist me to select windowpane suit Grafton - my overall experience is exceptionally well as rodrigo go beyond extra mile and show his patience when I tried almost 7 jackets and choose the one. But I am not impressed with the lady Darla because in my first point of contact I didn’t feel welcome and I don’t want to mention here the reasons we all know about it. As an Assistant Manager her job is to give every client warm hearted welcome despite one has even busy or bad day, in my case she just sarcastically look towards me and refer me to sales associate - as to certain she thinks I am doing window shopping and will waist their time - I am regularly shopping from tip top tailors from last 05 years since I move to canada and I like the brand - if there is any other person he may easily walk away from your store after the first interaction but I ended up purchase suit and also interested to purchase camel long coat but didn’t purchase by purpose to let the staff know because of that awkward behaviour from Darla - so one person cannot change my mind to show affection with the brand which I like and still I am rating you with 5

This store doesn’t deserve any start if i was the owner i would fire them all. Worse experience of my life the store manager Darla was the worse.i would never go back to this store.

Manjit Doad at cross iron mills store is am amazing person to have as your guide to shopping for suits and accessories. Had the worst experience with the alteration guy he didn’t even bothered to take the pins out and left without asking if we need further assistance. Poor customer service from his side.

Went in to get a suit for my moms wedding today and was helped out by Darla. She was great and super friendly.

Found some amazing pants. Business casual but can be dressed up as well. They are soft and stretchy.

Needed some work pants for a new day job. Walked in to this store at Cross Iron and found this smooth skill like soft fabric and was quite interested. Found 2 pairs in size and at this tike of our visit there was a deal of buy 2 get for $110 or a higher price for 1 pair instead of $55 each. Of course we went for the deal. I have worn them a couple times. These pants breath. They are flexible but curable for moving around, especially when photographing couples. Kids etc where you need to kneel.or squat for certain shots. Originally I thought I could find a 30 length andight need hemming. They have onaite hemming and alteration services, just not on the weekends. Turns out we didn't. But it is a handy service. The staff helped us find the products we needed. Thanks for the help guys. I’m not one to post reviews but I need to do this one.
I went in with my dad urgently looking for a suit for a wedding for him, and the staff was so fast and efficient! It took us practically 20 minutes to find the perfect suit for my dad. Specifically the sales associate Sahir went out of his way to do everything and focused all his attention on us from the beginning. Outstanding customer service!

Came here to buy a graduation suit and had a fantastic experience! The sales associate, Manjit, was amazingly helpful and helped me pick out exactly what I needed!

Hubby needed a new suit for an up coming wedding. Having not boughten a suit in 11 years, we were a little lost as to where to start/what style would look best. Darla was AMAZING! She was incredibly knowledgeable and was so kind in guiding us in what would work well together within our budget. When alterations were needed and she found out we lived quite a distance away she was so sweet to make sure the alterations could be done as soon as possible. We will definitely be back to the store in the future to work with Darla again!

Tip Top has always been my go to store for dress shirts, ties, and sweaters. However when my sister and I went into this specific location looking for a shirt, no one helped us despite us being the only ones in the store. We figured they might be busy with something so we went elsewhere. After finding a shirt elsewhere, we returned to find a tie for my father to suprise him. He finds most ties are too short, and so he buys longer ties. I asked if they had any and the man condescendingly implied that no tie is too short if you know how to tie it and that ties are all the same length. After I said that he buys long ties, the man gave a list of other locations that may have some which was nice. All in all it was just a weird experience. I still love Tip Top, and will continue shopping there. This particular location had fewer products than other similar stores in the mall, and the guest service was sub par.

I wish I knew the lady's name who helped us, but we came in at a busy time looking for three suits. The lady who helped my family was knowledgeable, precise and so kind! I felt like she knew exactly what she was doing but somehow still casual with us. Would definitely recommend!

Darla the sales associate was just amazing! Well over our expectations.we came into the store to get suits for our aunties funeral.and I was not expecting to get this wonderful lady to make sure we were well looked after.she made sure to measure us and gave us great recommendations for what to wear, as I've never been at a funeral and this loss was quite a shock to our family and we were quite upset.she also was very empathetic and gave her condolences and shared some similar experiences and advice to heal.

Darla was so great with all of us that she needs to be recognized! As she went way over and beyond with us and even remembered our conversation when I had to go back to return one item that didn't fit for my father.if you come to this store make sure to see DARLA! She has red hair and usually in a pony tail.you won't be disappointed!
She will make sure you are well looked after.

We had a great experience with Cory Smith at CrossIron Mills. He made grad suit shopping a super fun experience! He has a very keen sense of style and knew exactly what we needed!

Service is terrible, wait in the store for 45 min have th sales associate say he'll he right with me then watch him go on to help someone who just walks into the store before me over and over again.

Corey was very knowledgeable to help me pick out good dress-wear suitable for my new line of work. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions I had while shopping. It was quite a pleasant experience! Definitely will be a returning customer!

Fantastic experience here! The manager Corey and Darla in Sales were absolutely amazing. I went in for one suit, and walked out with three, new ties, accessories and more. They were extremely helpful in selecting the right styles and colors. Lord knows that's not my strong suit so I definitely came to the right place. Thanks again Corey and Darla! We had an amazing experience here, thanks to Corey! The minute we walked in, he knew that my son was shopping for his grad suit. He did an amazing job helping him pick the right suit. It blows my mind how he can just give us the right sizes and knew the styles my son would love. It felt like we've known each other for years.
It really was the quickest shopping I've done in a while. Without him, we would be stuck here for hours. And Yes Corey, I will come back for that tie my son didn't pick:)

Had a good selection of discounted stuff. Couldn't believe they had my sizes being a bigger guy but the girl that helped us was really nice and helpful. The young guy that was helping her thought he knew lots but was more of a hinderance because he doesn't fully understand how clothes get made yet. Please get him some training.

Got my graduation suit here very nice people and help with everything. Have great selection on suits etc.would recommend.

Good stuff and reasonable price but very very bad customer service. Especially Manger is very rude. He just care about cleaning and putting the stuff on rack. He doesn't know any customer service.

I needed a suit for grad and some upcoming events but I had no idea where to start. After going to a bunch of stores, I came here since a friend suggested it and Darla helped out immensely! Don’t know what dress shirt to match the suit? She got you covered! Don’t know what tie to go with? She got you covered! I’ll definitely come here again if I need another suit!

I went to tip top tailor with a last minute request to get a suit fitted and tailored. I was not expecting them to be able to accommodate my request, but not only was Corey able to get it done - he went above and beyond what was expected. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality service and helpful advice.

Excellent service by Corey! He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and really has an eye for matching and styling. I was completely lost when I went in the store, and his fun personality and expertise made the experience top notch! Was in need of a new suit for a upcoming wedding. Had looked at a few other stores @ Cross Iron with really nothing and no help from associates. After much deliberation, bad experience in another store, decided to check it out. We looked and couldnt really decide so we asked a associate (Corey S) for assistance. Well we couldnt have been happier. Corey is so personable and knowledgeble about his products. He selected a suit in my size which fit perfectly. He added the shirt, tie, and even socks to finish the look. Its a wonderful match, and he kept it in a reasonable price range which is always appreciated. Corey we cant thank you enough for making this experience so much fun.

I went to store today and the staff named Richard was unhappy to us when we go to store and I feel like he was unhappy to us to serve us and he don’t have idea of how to treat customer in a good way he looks so arrogant and attitude guy. I recommend not to ask help with that guy. It’s my second time even though I feel so bad to be treated that way

The store has excellent collections and deals (some deals are very good compared to rest). Corey helped me look through the suit type, gave honest opinions on fit, quality of the material and even gave me some inside info about the competitors.alterations were good with reasonable pricing. Moreover, he has no issues giving Style tips, and suggesting different outfit combinations. He even took me to browns shoe store few shops down, helped me pick the right shoe type, right size etc.overall an excellent experience and would recommend 100%.

I came to this location almost a week ago looking for a working suit. I was truly surprised by the level of quality service given to me by Darla Noordhof. She was truly spot on on her suggestions, her knowledge, her vision on how a suit should fit well and shape the figure of a person. I truly can't say enough about her professionalism. I hope to find her more often in that store. She could be of great assistance to other costumers.

Looking for a suit for my son’s grad and we were so thrilled with the customer service and experience Darla Noordhof provided us. She knew her stuff and was able to get my son into something awesome! My son and his groomsmen got their suits for his wedding this summer. Great cut and quality, they all looked very sharp. The sales folks were great, very helpful and the sale they had on knocked the price from $450 a suit down to $290. Instead of renting they decided to buy one and have a suit to wear for other events after the wedding. Great investment! They allowed them to try them on which was very important. Other stores wouldn't allow this and you simply can't buy a suit without trying it on. Those stores lost out on business because of that. Therefore Tip Top earned the sale of 4 suits. Way to go!

The person who had helped me that day was very friendly and fun. He made my and my family’s day much better. Very charismatic individual, and for that, I would absolutely buy a suit again from them.

I had a great experience buying clothes from Corey at Tip Top. I appreciated his attentiveness while trying to juggle between 3 different customers. He's made great recommendations for me which is why I made a return visit to buy more of their high quality clothes. Tip Top offers good value, I will definitely be back again!

My husband and I were shopping for a tie for him to wear at my son's wedding. We had stellar service and advice from Cory. We ended up getting a tie, pocket square as well as a belt. Cory even gave me great advice on what color shoes to get for my outfit!

Marion at TipTop tailirs Cross Iron was amazing, helped me with my suit, shirt and tie measurements and fitting. Got it altered and picked up 2 days later, looking sharp. Great men's suits and formal apparel at very affordable prices.

Went here for some dress clothes for work wasn't even acknowledged by staff and I was the only person in the store take your business else where
