I must say, tiptop gave me better than my anticipated expectations. The service was tremendous. Staff was more than helpful in the sense that I can trust their word with what I was trying to accomplish in style.

Probably spent $1000 today, more than I ever thought I would have but all of their stuff is so damn good.

It is so truly refreshing to see a store that is still committed to great customer service and experience. Rob, Robina and Thomas were all so helpful when I was putting together a wedding package for my groomsmen. Thank you for making the whole process easy, and being so warm, welcoming and helpful.

I recently went shopping with my tall friend to buy him a suit, and I was disappointed to find that it was a struggle to find one that fit him properly. It's baffling to me that in a country like Canada, which has the opportunity and resources to be inclusive, it's still difficult to find suits that cater to people who are taller than average. Although there are some sizes available for tall people, it's sad that they are often limited to only a few boring colors like dark blue, black, and gray.

I don't understand why companies don't think to include bigger sizes for more colorful suits. Why should tall people be subjected to wearing boring colors, while others can choose from a variety of colors just because they're of average height? Even though I ended up finding a suit for my friend that wasn't in-store, it was still one of those limited colors. However, they were able to order it in his size, so I don't see why the company couldn't do the same for more colorful suits.

It's frustrating that tall people often have to spend $600 or more on custom suits just to get something that fits them properly and is colorful. I understand that the market for tall suits may be smaller, but the opportunity to wear colorful clothing should still be available. Despite my disappointment with the lack of options for tall people, I want to thank the lady who helped us and did her best to find a suit that fit my friend. I was shocked to find out that none of the colorful suits come in big or taller sizes, but I appreciate her efforts nonetheless.

You might be wondering why we didn't go to Mr. Big and Tall. Well, we did, but we were disappointed to find that they only had black, gray, and dark blue color options and, surprisingly, they didn't even have my friend's size available. The associate suggested Tip Top because they might have more options for tall people, including more colorful choices.

Robina sheikh is doing a great job. She helped my son finding a good suit. I really appreciate her great job. She is wonderful.

I had terrible experience here, never coming back.
Let me explain what happened: I bought a coat which my husband didn’t like and wanted to exchange it for other item in store.
I bought the coat back to store exactly next day of purchase, and a nice lady behind counter checked tag and approved exchange. While we were shopping (I did buy 280$ worth of apparel), 2 employees from store came forward and accused of using the coat and they smell food on coat, (remember the coat is a day old and tags are in place and also the coat was never taken out of car).

One mentions it’s Asian food other says it’s Indian or Pakistan food smell. I was taken aback and appalled.
If they are smelling something it can be from their own store I never sniffed this coat while buying!

They also showed it to their employee and make him smell it, to be honest I didn’t smell anything lol I don’t know why this racism pops up every time!
I was shocked with this experience and never going back we have a function coming up and I would have made more purchases but they lost a loyal customer and the disrespect is something I will never forget.

My dear immigrants don’t go to this store unless you want some bad experience!

Today we visited this store and MS Rubina helped us a lot and showed us different options with different outfits and went above and beyond. I would say she knows the products very well and can suggest customers different options as per their needs. I would recommend this Store and Ms Rubina to everybody.

First and last time I will be entering a tip top. Every single employee was rude and unattentive.
I was never greeted or acknowledged. I found my items on my own and made my way to the register, only to be further ignored. The guy carried on with whatever was doing and didn't even lift his head to look at me. I had to ask "oh hey is this the register? " I got a delayed. "yup" and then just rung in my items and handed me the bag.
I expect that type of service from a store like Ardenes.not tip top.

Just went here to shop for a friend needing a suit for a difficult occasion. The sales people that helped us, inspired me to believe customer service in retail is still alive and well. These folks took great care and made all of us feel like a priority, and were very personable, caring, and compassionate. I had a hard time leaving without tears! Amazing service. The suit looks amazing, the price was great. I’ll be there for my next suit if I can help it.

The lady who helped me today (Robina) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, without being pushy or condescending toward my lack of mens dress-wear knowledge. Even as a guy with a non common size dress shirt they still had me covered. Will be back.

Great place to buy clothes and receive professional service! The lady who assisted me knew my exact sizes just by looking at me! Hard to find professionals like that nowadays in stores. Most definitely return to this place. Good selection and well organized store!

My groomsmen and I visited Calgary to get suits for my upcoming wedding. Robina took us all under her wing, and with her expertise was able to get us all suited up for a very comfortable price! I couldn't recommend these guys enough!

I had to get a suit for a wedding. Like most guys, I left it until the last minute because that's what we do lol. I frantically went into the store on the Sunday before the wedding, met Sniggy and another lady (didn't catch her name) and was treated like absolute gold from start to finish by both. Sniggy was able to get my size in the suit that I wanted from another store just in time for the wedding despite my absolutely dispicable level of planning and organization. I was as a result the best dressed person at said wedding and I have the girls at Tip Top market mall to thank. Sniggy, I promise the next time you see me I will give you more than a few days notice to find me what I need but you were absolutely amazing! You deserve a raise (both of you ladies do!)

I went in today to find a suit for a wedding in a couple of days. I truly appreciated the absolutely amazing customer service that Sniggy offered me. She was incredibly personable, caring, funny, and helpful. She was able to offer me her opinions on many different suits, and all were extremely helpful. I ended up purchasing almost everything she recommended. Her personality, and absolute level of care that she showed in every aspect of the sale, didn't come off as the least bit greedy or pushy regarding sales tactics. Someone of her caliber doesn't come around often in any area of retail or sales in general. Everyone who goes to Tip Top Tailors needs to have the pleasure of dealing with Sniggy at least once in their life.

Great service, the worker gave us recommendations on what would look the best and was helpful start to finish. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Rob is the man to deal with as he will take your measurements and help you select your clothes. He always have smile on his face when dealing with customers and very professional. The suits and shirts I pick here always fit me like glove and I get lots of compliments. Great quality suits and outerwear at reasonable prices compared to other designer shops. Son was looking for a dress shirt. They were very informative and helpful. We ended up buying 2 shirts. Great service

Everyone in store was wearing a mask, and following covid rules. The store itsself was absolutely immaculate and the only place I was able to find a shirt with cufflinks. At the counter there was just the sweetest woman who helped me through everything. It was a fantastic experience!

Good customer service, got pants free with suit jacket promotion resulting in good value for the money.

So disappointed with the staff and online returns. Always have to wait for a long time for checkout. The person keeps going back and forth and talking with other customers, or phone. A simple return took more than half an hour!
Another problem is shopping online. When you receive your online order, on the recipe paper says we don’t accept this paper and it’s only Emailed recipe but when you go to store, they don’t accept email and it’s only the paper! Who is responsible for this BS? !

Russell was amazing to work with! He helped my fiance and I look at colours, options, styles and he really assisted us in finding something perfect! He noted that we had a budget and he was able to help us sort out a beautiful ensemble for our upcoming wedding. We were very impressed with his knowledge, expertise, and his honesty. Looking for a suit for grad and we were so thrilled with the customer service and experience Jocelyn provided us. She knew her stuff and was able to get my son into something awesome! We came in and right away we were greeted by Maria. She was so inviting (I know nothing about suits and my husband hasn't bought one in a while) and walked us through everything, from siding, to fits, to tailoring. It was also so nice of her and one of the other gentlemen working (I think it was Rob) to ask is to come back later for tailoring because there was something they didn't feel comfortable doing. They were just all around amazing and I would go back in a heartbeat for either my husband or I'd recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you so much Maria!

In dire need of a suit for a funeral and frantically searching the mall lead me to tip top tailors and I was nothing but impressed by the speed and care delivered by Robert L. Do not hesitate to check this place out, aces all around.

I don't usually leave reviews, but the service and our experience was so exceptional that it warrants one. Sniggy helped us out from the second we walked in the door. Our son needed measurements, advice, etc for his grad wear. Our entire time there was fun and worthwhile. This is definitely the place to shop for men's clothes! Great service from Rob!

I came in to get measurements for a rental tux order that was already made. There were some hiccups as the information that I had versus what the order form showed was different but we were able to get through it. Rob was pleasant and patient and I was able to get the measurements I needed while clarifying ally questions.

I went to get some dress clothes for my brother's wedding and I gotta say this was hands down the absolute best customer service I've ever recieved from any business. Everybody there was so quick to help out with a big smile and got what we needed done very quickly. I will be coming here from now on!

Rob is amazing! By far the best customer service I’ve ever had in a clothing store! He knows how to fit you without even measuring (but he did check) was helping like 4 or five couples at a time and I didn’t wait long at all 20 mins of his help trying things on I have my perfect suit!

Great customer service. I came in, told the person working there (guy named Rob) that I needed a dress shirt, dress pants and a decent belt for a job interview the next day and he helped me out and advised me on what looked good. I explained that I was out of my element. He was very helpful to me even though I didn't look like a guy who would buys clothes from there regularly. He was also very encouraging with his words which I appreciated. They were able to hem my pants and shirts the same day which i picked up in the evening.
