TIPS Personal is a great agency to work with when in search if a Job. First job I got in Calgary was through them and I was with that company for a couple of years. While under TIPS, I had a great experience, they were professional, warm and receptive. I recommend them every chance I get.

Five stars because staff is great. But know to request they take off your federal tax. As they don't automatically do this like other temp agencies do.
No, there is nothing printed that they can give me to show this in writing. Your supposed to notice that the mandatory federal tax is not being deducted from your pay stubs is also odd. The weirdest thing is I swear when you sign up on the computer. There is a mandatory tax sheet to fill for employment? Any one else remember this? Like every employer has you fill it out?
They do find you work though.

These guys are very friendly and respectful. As far as placement agencies go, I'd prefer to go here rather than some impersonal ones that don't even have an open office and just some generic website that never updates. Pay is above average for placement agencies, located just beside a ctrain station. Large waiting room and a tv to watch while you wait to be helped. They definitely don't get the recognition that they deserve for the work they do

If you really want to work they will find you and keep you working. Staff are genuinely good people

I don't recommend doing this! We were on Friday at 5 pm, asking about work. We are Ukrainians, we don't speak English yet, so we are ready for any job. We were told to come from Monday to Friday until 2 pm, and even without English they will help us with work. We just arrived and they told us they couldn't help us without English. Then why cheat? They would have said so right away, and not invited to a conversation

TIPS, in my opinion and I'm sure others as well that they are the best services to use if you are looking for work I have used TIPS many times and they never let me down when I needed the work they also really help provide the things you don't have so you have them to able to go to some of the jobs great staff great opportunity and overall the best hands down experience I've had when I'm in need of work I think if you have no work and or thinking what amni going to seriously get down to TIPS seriously worth it.

Great place staff is feiendly and professional! The ladys at the front are great to interact with and they respond fairly quickly to any issues or texts you may have and the job range is great! I did one job for them for a concrete company and it was easy for me to do the work as i was familiar with that type of work so they also match jobs to youre skills very effinctly need a paycheck each week with fair pay? Sure the service representatives are nice but simply put there isn't work here. Maybe a day or 2 or maybe you get lucky but for someone who needs to get paid soon because they have to provide and support for themselves this place just hasn't cut it. They've told me multiple occasions they have work and to call back and I do and there's rarely ever any work and they don't call back. Yet I see constantly other children getting jobs and tons of care and attention and lots of intense emotional talks. Honestly I need a job and to put food on my table and this company has done no such thing for me. I'm not here for smiles and fun I need to work so I don't get hungry. Comprehend? Not everyone has a mommy and daddy to support them when times get tough.
