Had a leak in the basement, broken seal on a Y pipe. Rene was extremely friendly and was happy to walk me through what he was doing, and why he was doing it. As someone that likes to learn about the work being done in my home, this was greatly appreciated!

I had two drains which required de-clogging. As well as some repair to some of the ABS.

From our phone call with Eva to Kevin coming to our home to give us advice to Andrew doing the repairs, the work was done quickly and reasonably priced. Eva, Kevin and Andrew were really easy going, nice folks and I will definitely use Tip Top in the future.

Kevin was very professional and very good! Our kitchen sink plumbing was poorly done and not draining properly. In just under two hours Kevin had the drainage issues fixed and pipes redone and new sink drains installed. Everything looks great and is working way better!

Kevin is an absolute expert in his field! We renovated our basement the Summer of 2021, adding a shower to an existing bathroom and a wet bar to an adjacent living space. A friend referred us to Kevin and I'm so glad they did. His attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism made it a stress-free experience. Not only did everything pass the City inspection, he did a great job re-installing our toilet and sink, provided his expert opinion on a few other jobs we had going on and left absolutely no mess for me to clean up after he finished his work.
