I don't think anyone has enough words to describe just how honest and fair this establishment is. Tire pro would never steer you in the wrong direction, the amount of understanding and the ability to get through nome of the most difficult challenges, Abe and his team of fantastic technicians will always make sure you are taken care of and that everything has met your expectations, sometimes they are busy, but the best places always are, this company doesn't operate like a regular establishment, they won't say you need more than you do, they won't up charge you, they don't shoot for your wallet, honestly they do their best to make you aware of anything and won't push you to get that service, I had bought tires from another place, and it had a small flat spot on it they made me aware and asked if I'd like to go exchange the tire before it goes on, and let me know it could cause unwanted vibration, if you want to support amazing local business and amazing local people, this would be the place, they can accommodate to nearly any budget and need. Thank you all for being the pillar of what the tire and wheel side of the auto industry should be.

Took my flat in to get patched. They did it for free, even after I offered to pay for it. Good way to get me to come back that's for sure

These guys go over and above. Certainly NOT over priced. Couldn't help me enough. And I noticed every customer that came in was treated like they were the most important.

I am amazed with Tire Pro's outstanding customer service and I would 100% recommend it to anyone. They are professional, understanding, quick, and reliable. I had a flat tire that needed to be fixed asap because I was driving to a long destination the next day. I called them and they understood the situation and asked what time I could drop the car off so they can fit me in during their really busy season schedule. When I dropped off my car they said I could wait 15mins and it will be done but I had somewhere to be so I left and less than an hour after they called me that my tires have been fixed! I was amazed. Not only that, but they didn't charge me even though I insisted that I have to pay for this amazing service. They also recommended to come back after driving 75KM and the next day I stopped and just after I parked in the front, Devin seen me and came right away to retourque the wheels. THEIR SERVICE IS MORE THAN AMAZING, Abe and Devin truly made my day.

Abe was excellent and gave great customer service to my husband, and we got tires for an extremely good deal and they installed them with no extra charge. 10/10 recommend

Tire Pro has got to be the friendliest, most professional tire shop I've ever visited. Took my father, a long standing customer of another tire shop, there to have his flat taken care of. I can be reluctant to give such high praise when I recommend a place just in case a new experience may be less positive than a previous one and making me look like I have really low standards. I can assure you all that I have high standards and Tire Pro was true to form. Their friendly attitude and customer focus was as consistent as when they first opened for business. My father was impressed and couldn't say enough good about them.
All the employees are friendly and quick with a smile, it's no wonder that Tire Pro is rated highly as one of the most desirable places to work in GP. I wish you continued success and will continue to recommend you as my #1st, 2nd and 3rd choice for a tire shop.

The gentleman at the tire shop were great. I was in and out in in time. They lent me a tire until mine came in. Very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who need tires. The shop is very clean and orderly.

I called in to order tires I seen on their website. It took one day to get them. I dropped my vehicle off the next morning and they called back in 25 mins. At first I thought I forgot something. They said my vehicle was done. I was blown away, mind you my vehicle was the only one there that morning. But all around great service I recommend this place!

Amazing service - brought my car in for a leaking tire, they took it in immediately and had it fixed in 20 minutes, wouldn't go anywhere else

If it was possible to give higher than five stars, I would. I was blown away at the service. Charging nothing to fix a flat tire is an act of kindness that you simply don't see anymore in today's modern world.

I was treated extremely well! Uneven wear on tires, shown and explained. Offered great deal on new tires installed quickly. I recommend TirePro above all others, excellent service!

Winter tire change over and the employees didn't tighten my lug nuts on my truck. 11/24 lug nuts were loose on all tires. Super dangerous and wreck less of them. Not impressed. Heard several of the same complaints.

I've bought all my tires here for the past few years, but this year they won't make appointments for tire changeovers. They say to use the night drop which is always full immediately, they won't take messages or even pick up the phone, and it's been over 10 days. So 'Free tire changeover' actually costs whatever the place that you actually get in to charges. Very disappointed.
