After getting an oil change (at a different body shop) and finding out my front right tire was compromised, Graham got me in for a rush appointment, same day, to replace the tire. I am especially appreciative as it is currently busy season for people switching their winter to summer tires. He went above and beyond and offered extremely competitive pricing. I have a long daily commute and feel relief knowing that my tires are all now in good condition thanks to Trail Tire and Graham.

It was emergency so need my tire to be change next day at night my car tirr need to inflate they never check the tire after turn over the customer which I mentioned to them. Not highly recommended.

Trail Tire Meadowlark is the most honest, best price, best service mechanic in the city. If I could give more than five stars I would.

My "Check Engine" light came on just before Christmas and they were able to get me in right away. Fantastic service, great mechanics, reasonable prices and explained everything to me. Very honest, which is rare in today's world. I highly recommend them.

*Our* Mechanics! I've had alignment work done, faulty radiator diagnosis, transmission leak diagnosis, and a new starter motor and these guys are absolutely awesome. Friendly, very relaxed environment, I feel instantly at ease when I go there, and the prices are always very fair. Gord, Neil and the shop team are great guys and they will be our family mechanics for life!

We have been bringing our vehicles here for the past ten years. Their quotes have been consistently lower than other shops when we have compared and they are very honest. They always tell us what needs to be done and what can wait. We've always been very happy with the work they've done on our vehicles. On our most recent visit the mechanic made a mistake on our air conditioning. When we called them about it they fixed it right away, apologized and didn't charge us for anything. Everyone makes a mistake once in awhile- it's how they deal with their mistakes that shows their integrity. We truly feel like the managers at this shop have a high level of integrity and I highly recommend using them!

Same as most shops. High hourly rate and ridiculous markups on parts (400% more expensive than rockauto.com)

Our relationship started a little rocky, but in the end I was really impressed with their customer service.
I took my car in to have the winter tires put on. The mechanic bent my bike rack coming out of the bay and one of the tires went flat overnight. However the manager agreed to replace my bike rack no questions asked and they fixed the flat and in fact replaced the whole tire at no cost to me.
Accidents happen but the management went to great lengths to make it right and I was really impressed. I feel bad because it probably cost them more to fix it then they made off my visit, but I will definately bring my vehicle back the next time it needs service, and would recommend them to others.

I just talked to Gord about an issue I had with my tire. I have never heard of anyone working this hard for someone who isn't a client. I had a pretty major blowout and need to replace a specific tire or have to get a new set of 4. Gord called around, checked with his distributors and the other stores in the area; and when he couldn't find a match made some recommendations which put gave me some more options. Not sure if I'll find my tire; but if I need to bite the bullet and get a new set; I know that I'll be going to see Gord to get them.

I brought my 19' Grand Cherokee here to have winter tires mounted on steel rims. Gord tells me that I NEED to buy sensors for the rims at $70 a piece or (get this) its a liability for them. He said the insurance companies won't cover an at fault accident without them. I called my insurance company and they assured me that they would and no claim would ever be denied due to not haveing tire/ wheel sensors. I brought it my SUV in this morning at 7am told them I don't want the sensors. They promised my vehicle by noon today. I come back at 1130 and they are just coming out of to pull it in. All greesy and without a seat cover (to my brand new ride) I told them forget it! Took a my vehicle and got out of this shady place! Don't trust these shady guys! They are out too rip you off and when u catch them they get upset.

The gang here is terrific. Everyone is friendly and kind, the prices are fair, and they are honest!

Third time using them now and I received great service from both Neale and then Kire who was there when my car was ready. He gave me great information for what needs to be done in the upcoming future along with prices. I had a heater replaced, a tune up and a headlight fixed all in less than 4 hours! I will certainly be back as they were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks.

These bad boys flixed up our ol'granny for 309, it was both of our break lines that needed a change. We were kind of annoying since we figured we might be able to get it fixed for cheaper elsewhere, we decided to have them at it, and they fixed our ignition! Free! I mean idk If it's an easy fix or not but they did t say anything nor charge for the ignition fix, just the darn break lines! Thank you so much tire village! Y'all are G'rrrreat!
