Fast service. I had a slow leak they repaired quickly without an appointment.

The short story is, after multiple trips and time wasted, I'm left with tpms that doesn't read, tires that shake, and rims with big gouges!

Wayne from Tirecraft is an amazing and patient person. He explained everything to do with the rim and tire in full detail so I could comprehend the pros and cons from my situation. I’m glad that I can find a professional who is full of knowledge compared to my former tire guy that took no time to properly inspect my rims or tires in the early fall time during my yearly tire change. I’m so happy that Wayne found what was wrong with my rim and tire which was a simple fix and was very reasonably priced and justified for what he did. My lesson learned was take your vehicle to a professional place like Tirecraft West Edmonton an 178 street if you’re looking for over and above professional service that will leave you with your tires and rims working properly so you don’t have to worry about a flat the next morning.

Wayne took the time to find a great deal on winter tires and rims for me. Even when I showed up to my appointment and there was a scheduling conflict, they were able to accommodate me with no issues at all! All of the people who work there were an absolute pleasure to deal with!

I went today to this store and i give the guy at the help desk my car make and year and model and i told him i need to but wheels and winter tire, he answered me that he can not help me if i didn't bring the car and give him the tires sizes, that is rude, so i left to another store and give me the quote in 5 min? Wasting my time going there
