TIRECRAFT EDMONTON 118 AVE. & 122 ST

I have gone to this tire craft to get my seasonal tire change for the past 2 years. They have been great in the past with attention to detail and they have been super helpful. Unfortunately, today when I went to get my tires changed I was less impressed. When they finished I noticed that dirty tires bags were put on my tires and then put into the backseats of my car. There was mud and water splattered all over my seats. I also had a towel on the seats to protect them that was wrapped up in a ball? (Why wouldn’t this get used?). The receptionist was super kind and offered to help me clean it but it wasn’t her mess to clean. When the mechanics lack this common sense it makes me nervous leaving my vehicle in their hands for other things.

I have been a customer at Tire Craft on 118 Ave and 122 St in Edmonton for at least 15 years. They provide friendly, reliable service. I so appreciate their trustworthy advice and recommendations. Always a pleasure to deal with Marc and the members of his team,

What an amazing experience! I had tires swapped and an alignment done, received an email with photos of the work and a write up on the things done and suggested service for the future. The staff (namely Jody and Shandon) really made my day, attitude is everything and they certainly have the right one. The work was done and was almost $100 cheaper than Trail Tire. I cannot say enough about my experience here today. I will most certainly be back. Thank you so much!

This past Easter 2022, I had a tire blow out on the way to the airport. A kind passerby changed my tire for me and I drove 300km at high speeds on a donut. I was able to just make my flight. While on vacation, I spent the better part of a morning calling tire companies in Leduc to install a new tire upon my arrival back at YEG. No one had time to serve me. I called a used tire warehouse on 118th Ave, and they had a spare to fit my vehicle. When I arrived at that warehouse, they looked at my rims and said they did not have a tire to fit. When I Googled tire companies near me I had already had a couple of long days filled with tire blow outs, nearly missed flights and fuitless searching for a tire company to help me. When I called Tire Craft I was connected with a very pleasant man who would turn out to be Marc Tellier. He was so kind companionable and understanding on the phone, which was such a relief from the 2 days of NO that I received from the Edmonton area. Even though his store was closing soon he offered to wait until I got there. I automatically started to drive west which was the wrong way. I had past a Tire Craft earlier and assumed it was the one, it was not. At the shop near 170th & 118th I had a very poor experience: they basically ignored me, made me wait an uncomfortably long time, and kicked me out because they were closing soon. Back out on the street I raced back to the proper Tire Craft at 118th Ave & 112th St where Marc and Mandy were patiently waiting for me. It was 20 minutes before they closed shop for the day. They were calm, friendly, understanding, and not rushed. Never did they make me feel like an inconvenience, although I'm sure I was. They got my tire changed and my bill done up with minutes to spare before closing. I was able to safely drive home which is 4 hours north east of Edmonton. Marc and his team are mentors of exceptional service in their community. Being professional and kind matter. Going out of your way to help others matters. I have visited Tire Craft on two separate occasions, and on both occasions, I was impressed with the warm and friendly greeting I received from the ladies at the front desk. The service provided was excellent, and I particularly appreciated the thorough diagnosis of my car's overall condition. The team was efficient and kept me well-informed about any changes in the service. Overall, my experiences at Tire Craft have been positive, and I would highly recommend their services.

I used to think there was integrity and common courtesy over there but unfortunately it's all about the mighty $$ that trumps all this now.sad, sad, sad, and I never go there or highly recommend them anymore.

Jody and Mandy were so kind, communicative, and helpful when i brought my VW Golf in for service, and the service team were very thorough in investigating the issue my vehicle was having.

I have had a couple of times where my car would not run stuck on the side of the road even and I towed the car in and they were there for me and got my car up and running, and the price was reasonable as well. I’ve been taking my cars here since 2015, always very happy with their service. Always good prices, and recently they sent my report through text I was able to see the details online. Will continue to keep coming here as they never disappoint!

My experience at Tirecraft was astounding! I went in with a tire that I hoped could be saved, but in my heart of hearts knew that it was likely beyond repair. They found me a tire in Kelowna that matched my current tires and were going to throw my spare on while we waited the short amount of time for it to come in. Here’s where snag number 1 happened, my spare had been destroyed (unknown to me). The Team at Tirecraft swiftly moved into brainstorming and options mode that let me customize the option that worked best for me. After some back and forth, we were able to get me on the road that day, in only a few hours and with a brand-new full-size spare and 2 brand new tires on the front, and we save me s huge amount in labour!

Outside of the amazing problem solving, they had a nice lounge equipped with snacks, coffee and water, a TV and magazines and a comfy couch and friendly staff. The most incredible customer service I noticed though was for someone else. An older gentleman with a walker was leaving his car for service and he asked if he could get a ride down the road while he waited. The owner Marc Tellier was quick to offer to give him a ride, and I watched as he accommodated his mobility challenges by driving right up to the sidewalk and helping him get into the car. As someone who works with people with disabilities and the aging population, I am always discussing with businesses about improving their accessibility. Often I say that the easiest and most impactful way to be more accessible and inclusive is through customer service and attitudes by staff and willingness to be flexible and accommodating and Marc and his team are living those values which only reinforced my choice to bring my business to Tirecraft.

We hit something on the road heading to the city. Stopped in several places looking for a tire fix. They were all to busy. We stopped in here, offered to squeeze us in a in few hours. Our tire was not staving inflated so we just waited for our appointment. We were happy to wait. The appointment was a hr later than offered. We were happy to get the tire fixed and were not expecting that they did this fix at no charge. Very professional shop and waiting area. We will be back here to get our next set of tires and we are from outta town. Thank you.
