I had a tire leak. I brought in for repair. It turned out just the valve causing the leak. They checked/fixed quickly and gave me free of charge. This is the first time I used them, but I will definitely use them again and recommend everyone give a try.

Tirecraft really came through for me today (first snowfall of the year), when another tire place cancelled my appointment.
The guys were very accommodating and professional despite their phone ringing off the hook with last minute requests & walk-in customers. I heard them continually doing their best to help out Edmontonians. There was also plenty of space in their front office area to sit and get caught up on some of my own work. It was a win win. Thank you!

Silly me went and ran over a screw on my way to work. I, desperately, needed to get it fix before my drive home and Tirecraft helped me out.

I had called around to a few other places in the area but most could't fit me for a tire fix or told me to try elsewhere but not Tirecraft. They were friendly and accommodating and got me in on my lunch break.

Even once I got to the shop, the guys at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. I waited maybe a total of 30ish minutes and my tire was fixed and I got back to work. Went back a couple of hundred kms later for a fast re-torque and everything has been just dandy since.

I would definitely recommend Tirecraft!

I made an appointment to get new winter rubber on my winter rims, all they did was change my summers over to my winters, then they gave me back some random old winter tires on a different set of rims instead of my summer tires, told me it’s the same tires I came in with and they have it on camera and refused to give me back my tires, probably because they already gave them to someone else. Disorganized and half asleep staff

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner. They always keep me informed on what work is needed. Thanks for the Great Service!

Had a great experience here got me in first thing in the morning and give me updates when they are investigating what was wrong with my tire and got me on my way very quickly. Appreciate the level of service and just an overall great experience.

They set the ridiculously wrong tire pressure (4.0 bar for rear driver’s side!) and kept saying that’s okay, everything is good. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional!

Updates: it’s not about the TPMS system learning after 25 km blah blah… The TPMS showed 4.0 bar after patching and I thought maybe TPMS had an error (the second picture). So I checked the tire pressure manually, the tire pressure gauge won’t lie, it was 4.0 bar (the 4th picture)! I had to manually deflated that tire to 3.1 bar. They are still denying their faults.

Came in today for a tire repair short notice. They were able to get me an even though they were crazy busy. Scott at the counter really knows his stuff. Top-notch service and would recommend to anyone.

I had a very stressful time finding a place to replace my alternator and get my wheels aligned both in the same place for a decent price in my timeframe to get to work, but when I called L & M Tirecraft, they assured me I had nothing to worry about and they could get it all done there THAT DAY. I brought my car in and they had quoted me a price to replace the alternator and get the wheels aligned and I was happy with it! While my car was there they pretty much did a full check up and diagnosed that it was in fact not the alternator but my battery wasn't installed correctly and they ended up fixing it and saving me $700 from the first quote which was already cheaper than most places! The gentlemen that addressed me at the front were very friendly, assuring, and comforting which added so much to the experience. They managed to make my year and I am so happy to know I can head up to work with no problems. This is now my go to mechanic shop for sure! Thanks guys!

Best auto shop there is! Peter and the 'gang' are always friendly, helpful and honest. If there is something a miss on you're vehicle, they'll let you know if it's a fix that has to be done immediately OR not. They don't 'upsell' they just fix what's needed!

Great experience with this shop. I needed to replace my tires and they got my vehicle in right away, and it was ready to pick up that same morning. They did a great job, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and were friendly. Highly reccomend!

I brought my leaking tire to his shop. The staff were friendly and fixed my tire in a reasonable amount of time. The price ~$40 was also very fair.

The guys are great, fast, knowledgeable and fair. I can't see why you would go anywhere else. The employees also seem happy to be at work. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment during a busy time. Love love love love this place. Keep up the great job!

Have been to this shop several times in the last couple of years to get tire and maintenance done on my car. Service has always been excellent! They're often able to get me in right away if issues come up unexpectedly. I needed my tire patched this week and called them when they opened in the morning. The team got me in right away and had the work done in under half an hour! Awesome service, would definitely recommend.

Great place. They were fast and more reasonably priced than most shops in town. Professional attitude and good workers. I was in and out in less than an hour. Four new winter studded tires. I had tirecraft install a leveling kit, fender flares, new tires and rims on my truck. They did a great job. They took the time and effort to make sure I was happy with the work. I purchase all my tires through them and thier prices are the best I've found. I'd highly recommend them!

I made an appointment the day before and was given the time I wanted and date. The service was outstanding and quicker than I expected. I stopped going to the Ford dealership due to poor service and was very grateful for the knowledge and experience I found at L and M Tirecraft.
I would recommend this business to everyone. They are honest, trustworthy and reliable. This is always a pleasant experience.

A little more expensive than other places for a tire patch, but the guys there are all very friendly

Paid 60$ for a incorrect diagnosis and the told them to fix 2 u joints and they only did one while the part was out setting up double billing. I left. Did ok on my tires tho. Maybe better stick to that

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I cannot thank this place enough.
I called this morning after receiving an outrageously high quote from a dealership about repair costs for my jeep, and was admittedly in a panic and just needed some good news. These guys made my day 10000% better. I dropped my car off at 10: 30am in the morning, they had my car diagnosed before noon, and repaired before 2: 30pm. Marc was amazing to deal with, he understood my panic, he understood my time crunch about needing my car back before 4PM, drove me back to my work after I dropped my car off with them since I worked nearby, and even picked me up after my car was fixed and we had a great deal of laughs through the entire process. The repairs/labour costs were almost half of what the dealership quoted me for, and it was such a huge relief. Definitely would recommend this Tirecraft to anyone and everyone who needs their car fixed. Thank you Marc for all of your help today! Ps. I'll definitely be bringing my jeep back next summer to have the windshield changed.:)

Always gushing to anyone who will listen about the amazing, ongoing service I receive at L&M. Have been a regular of their services since I started driving 10 years ago and have never taken my vehicle to anyone else.

Recently, I had an issue with my vehicle that I misdiagnosed (as I am not by any means whatsoever mechanically inclined) - and brought to the shop for fixing, citing what I assumed was wrong, and walked away expecting a call with a $1000+ fee to fix.

I was happy to receive a call hours later (before lunch!) that my vehicle had been fixed, that the issue was not what I had cited, and the cost was a fraction of what I had been expecting.

I appreciate the level of service provided to me on numerous occasions at L&M as I never once feel like I have been taken advantage of. They could have easily "fixed" what I assumed was wrong and charged me whatever they wanted - but they are really trustworthy, kind, and above-board mechanics.

Thanks Peter! You guys are stuck with me as a lifelong customer, promise!

Been going here for I guess 10 or 11 years. I am very fussy with my vehicles and have always found L & M refreshingly honest. They refuse to do work I request when they deem it unnecessary. I never have to worry about being up sold.
