I won't recommend this place to anyone. Serious lack of common sense from this tire shop. Response to owner. The tire got removed and inspected from another shop, and there was no damage to the inside. They repaired it. I have not had any issues with the tire. Your shop pulled my car out and left a flat tire for me to deal with. You lost a loyal customer who purchased all his tires from you. I'm not the first your gonna lose and I won't be the last.

Had the best experience here. I had a screw in my tire front driver side that was unrepairable due to the placement but I didnt know that at the time. I usually go to Kal Tire on Ellerslie for anything Tire related but when I called there was no "Hello" I was on hold right away and waited 10min so I hung up, I clearly can't get in there today so I didn't bother calling back. Went to Mr. Lube on Ellerslie and they're the one who told me it was unrepairable due to placement and I needed to get a new tire but because I had AWD I had to replace all 4 tires. It's mother's day this weekend so I had planned to head to Calgary. This whole tire issue was so upsetting. My fiance told me to call Tirecraft to get another opinion since I barely drive my car, so essentially my tires are brand new.
Called Tirecraft and Sam was the one who helped me, I explained the situation and he told me to swing by so he can take a look. Got there and he went outside to take a look at my tires, he confirmed that it was unrepairable and told me at the least I may have to get two front tires but he needed to check the computer what thread my tires originally come in. He checked all 4 of my tires, went on his computer and my tires were good and I just needed to buy 1 Tire not 4. This weekend would've cost me way more money if I had to get 4 tires since I currently have a bridgestone run-flat tire. I didn't even know I had that type of tire until Sam told me. Anyways, Sam ordered them in yesterday, and it got here next day AM, and they were able to install it right away, but I couldn't come in until noon. I honestly have never had a smooth transaction like I had with Tirecraft! I highly recommend this place. They were honest with me, and I had my new tire and installed the next day by 12: 42 pm. I'm impressed, thank you Sam and Tirecraft, I will definitely come back here.

I’ve had work done here a few times as well as several buyer inspections. They have always been very accommodating with short notice and I’ve found everyone here to be helpful and honest.

They are a ripoff, they don't do the work that they claim they will do and l find their service to be inferior to other shops, l think they on the same level as Walmart or Canadian tire, don't waste your time going there, you will lose your money and still have to take your vehicle to someplace else to get it properly fixed.
Horrible customer service and very dishonest workers, they don't tell you all the cost upfront, they will weasel you and keep coming back to you bit by bit until you bill is through the roof, l have seen them do this with customers and they have done it with me, avoid these ripoffs and save your money! If l could give them zero stars l would!

Early bird catches the worm. I placed my request for a quote to every location in Edmonton. Sam contacted me via text early morning next day. He patiently answered all my questions. Price match promise was honoured.

My vehicle light came on with an alert of needing air pressure low. I called Tirecraft within 5 mins of their closing on a very cold day! The guy who answered asked me how soon I can get there. Within mins they added air for me without a penny! What a nice gesture! I felt like I won the lotto. Thank you for your kindness.

Very bad experience both the time the staff is soo rude. I gave my vehicle it has some brake issue he made the over quote of replacing lot of things $2100 approximately and add random issues. Very expensive I asked outside for same issue they all are fixing the same issue in almost half price.and when we asked our car back he also charged us only for checking the car. Really disappointed never go back there again.

Smashed into a pothole and bubbled my front tire. Looked for 2 weeks everyday for a place that could replace my front tires. I already had news ones, nobody was available to put them on. Called this place and he had me booked in half hour later. This is the spot

I don't recommend this place at all. Got a lot of issues with my car after I got my car back from their place. I have all the record and bills from them to prove that I got my vehicles done ffrom this location.

Sam was so helpful, not only did he get my wheels retorqued in no time but I accidentally locked my keys in the car and he took the time to help me get my keys back. Very pleased with this location. Will always come back.

We have been regular customers of Tirecraft Ellerslie for over 5 years. We get tires as well as all maintenance done with them. Never get up-sold on service we don't need. Will not take out vehicles anywhere else. Thanks Alec!

They are bad for getting inspections here. After getting an inspection done here I found out my e-brake needs to be fixed it was so bad how did they miss this. DONT GO HERE.

I took my car here to purchase winter tires and get them put on. After leaving with my new tires my car was making a horrible clunking noise and was very hard to drive. I went back immediately and had them look at it again. After inspection they told me they had “accidentally” torqued them too tight. I went back today to have my summer tires put on, only for them to tell me there is a giant tear in my tire (that has been sitting in storage all winter), which was not reported to me last time I was there. I am suspicious that this was due to their carelessness while changing them over as driving with the summer tires was fine before I took the tires to them. I will not be returning.

Excellent service and very accommodating. Cristian went out of his way to find me a set of winter tires when a lot of other tire shops were sold out. Prices were reasonable and they were very responsive. Would definitely go back to them again

First time visit today and I have to say I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the service I received all around. It was quick and easy to book an appointment and the staff was very professional. I booked a service appointment to have all my lug nuts replaced & have 2 tires switched over. After they inspected the winter tires I brought to replace the gentleman called me up and recommended that I not proceed with switching the tires over. He explained that while the tires I brought were winter tires and were in good condition and that they could still proceed, the tires that were currently on my vehicle were in even better condition and it would be "safer for you to leave them as is". Most businesses are concerned with sales first. After my experience today it is clear that Tirecraft is not one of those. Clearly Tirecrafts main priority is the safety of their customers, not getting extra sales. And after this experience, I won't be going anywhere else for my tire needs. Thank you for putting my safety first.

Had a great experience here today! I got my winter tires put on and had an oil change. It was a last minute thing and Alec fit me in with no issues. I had called a couple other big chain places and was immediately put off by the tone of the people who answered the phone.very rushed and you could tell they just wanted off the phone. Alec did not make me feel this way and to be honest that’s why I went with him. It’s hard to part with money right now and I didn’t want to feel stressed out. Alec made me feel confident that I was choosing the right place! Thanks for everything.

My vehicle just lost air and I drove to the closest tire repair shop which happened to be Tirecraft. Not only did Alec.the franchisee.take me in without an appointment he got the job done very quickly

My wife went into this Tirecraft on the referral of a friend to get a flat tire patched. Pretty simple piece of work to insert a plug and shouldn't take more than 5 minutes if not busy. She specifically asked if they would be able to complete the task today, that was at about 1: 30 pm. The gentleman behind the desk said they would text when the job was complete (today) but as of now (6: 30pm) we haven't received a response.
So now I am going to have to pay $37 to have a unusable vehicle on a jackstand in my driveway waiting for a repaired wheel which should have taken a fraction of the elapsed time.
Thanks for a giant bag of nothing. So much for a convenient tire shop near to my house.

Got all my tires changed to all season and was asked to have them torqued again after 100km as you normally would. After 60km my front driver side wheel came flying off while driving on the Henday, almost killing me and a passing car. My vehicle has now been written off. Tirecraft has done nothing to reimburse or take responsibility for their actions. Stay as far away as you can!
