Tirecraft Sherwood Park

Switched our fleet service over to Tirecraft and will not be looking back. Great tech's that do quality work every time and are consistent. Very happy with the service.

Had a great experience with Anson, he got me exactly what I needed very quickly and for a reasonable price!

I phoned for an appointment this morning to bring in my car to look at a tire that had a slow leak. Anson asked if I could drop it off right away and it would be done by noon. While I was having coffee with the usual gang, I greceived a phone call from him at 9: 30 that it was ready and they had found a screw in it. Went to pick it up with no charge. What exceptional service! What a credit to Sherwood Park! Please folks, buy your tires from them!

We bring all of our of fleet vehicles to Tire Craft in Sherwood Park, Ali, Anson and the guys are always super helpful and do great work.

Staff was absolutely rude. Came here just to inquire and the guy had 0 customer service skills. Lost business with me right away. Never going back here.

Every time I go into the shop the staff is friendly, fair and driven. From oil changes to engine issues, summer or winter tires, they have always been great to deal with.
I highly recommend this location and know many who only will deal with this location.

Crappie service way to expensive do your self a favor push pull or drag yourself across the street to KAL TIRE.

I was in a bit of a bind and the owner went above and beyond to help me out. Very friendly and the work was done quickly.

These guys are so awesome. Customer service dealings have always been above and beyond. The phone is always answered no matter how busy they are. They even provide shuttle service when I need it most. Their knowledge is factual and to the point, and they are always upfront when it comes to vehicle repair and cost. I have purchased tires from them for my VW Tiguan and they have assisted me with several repairs over they years. Grateful for their service. Will be a long time customer.

Took my 2008 F450 to get tires put on. They are 19.5” tires but they assured me they’ve done it before.the scratched the finish of the Alcoa rims by not having anything underneath them on the concrete floor doing irreparable damage and the guy “busting” the bead completely putting a ding into the rim.they offered to polish them for me but I declined.once that anodizing coating is scratched or torn it just keeps peeling and flaking. They said they’d call me later in the week to arrange some sort of compensation but nothing

Called to inquire about something, guy on the phone was rude and when we were done talking he just slammed the phone and hung up

This is the most expensive place I have called so far to change my summer tires to winter tires. Unfriendly staff when I called in.

Sad that i can't leave a -1 in starts!

I called for a quote on Nitto's which they didn't sell but he offered TOYO's so i listened out of curiosity after he gave me the total price i let the sales person know that their price was almost 600$ higher for the same as i was just off the phone with another shop (Mud tires).

The salesmen took offense to it and got rude on the phone telling me only another store had them he then turned real sour and condescending when i named him a few shop i just got quotes from, surprising how a store turns down 2000$ worth of sales just like that, times must be good.

Never purchased from you, never will!

Rude. Someone needs to coach the staff on customer service. They lost my business. Kal-Tire is just a stone's throw away.
