It was indeed a great experience in this place. From the aesthetic vibe of their unit to the very warm and cozy ambiance of each room, totally relaxing! Not to mention the smiles and good treatment of each staff, great customer service indeed! And they have different foods and drinks to choose from everyday which are FREE. I highly recommend this spa! Come and visit for a totally luxurious experience that is within your budget.

Went for a couples massage, the place overall is very clean and nice, staff are very friendly. I had Sonia for my masseuse, she was amazing and knew what she was doing, i felt extremely relaxed. My boyfriend was very happy with his lady as well.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! I had an appointment and wanted to reschedule for another date and instead of trying to accommodate that the person I spoke to just told me they had no more future availability and try again later. This was after I had already purchased a Groupon. These people obviously don’t have a clue how to run a business

Ive been seeing Suzie for 5 years now for massage therapy, and every time i leave i cant wait to come back, LITERAL hands of an angel!

I just had my first PRENATAL MASSAGE, and the word “WOW” is an understatement! The energy and vibe is always so calm and relaxing especially with all the body changes pregnant woman go through, its nice to spoil yourself with a soothing massage, it aides all the aches and pains, just make sure you book once you hit your second trimester!

They have such great prices going on as well! Im happy that they have newly opened this spa near me as its so convenient! Northsiders of Edmonton dont missss out!

This was my first ever experience with tlc spa. I couldn't have asked for a better spa to go too. I got a 60 minute massage and a custom facial for such a affordable price. It was my birthday today ans they went out of their way to get me a bouquet of flowers and a card. Thank you so much tlc for the experience, everyone should come here ASAP!

The staffs are superb specially suzy! This is the only place that we really experience great great service! Highly recommended and you will go home happy and satisfied!

Went in for a couples massage! We had two amazing ladies! By far the best I’ve went to! Laurna and Suzy! Such nice ladies! Made us feel so welcome and comfortable.
Asked us questions about where we wanted the massages directed! All In all a great experience! We will continue going back there! 12/10 love this place!

We wanted to try massage at this studio. The lady book us in at 6: 30pm. We arrived at 6: 32pm and nobody was at the front. We knocked on the door and the lady told us she took another customer and blamed us that we did not come 15 minutes prior to the appointment (She could have told us on the phone).

I think they might have very good service, but project management is kind of bad

I had a great experience during my visit! The owner is really friendly and comfortable to talk to. Indeed, It was literally therapeutic and refreshing. It was the perfect way to pamper myself. Would come back here for sure!

My sister and I came for a spa day package that included a massage and facial. During the experience, there was a Mother’s Day event happening in the foyer and it was incredibly loud. My sister’s RMT, Rio, was excellent, but my massage therapist kept leaving the room and coming back in. Not only was this extremely disruptive, but I ended up having 30 minutes less of a massage than my sister. We noted this to Suzy, and she was extremely apologetic and asked us to come back for another experience.

I came to see Rio today, and he was fantastic! However, again, the noise level was an issue. It seems like there are always a lot of groups of people coming and going, and all I could hear during my massage were dishes being stacked, a vacuum machine, and children yelling.

It’s unfortunate that noise has been a common theme two times in a row, because the services themselves are great! I would definitely return if it wasn’t such a chaotic atmosphere.

My go to place for Facials in Edmonton, very clean and professional. Raghad is great! She’s very sweet and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend ️

I just visited the salon yesterday with my fiancé and we both had a classic facial done by the lovely medical aesthetician Raghad. She was super kind and welcoming from the moment we got there. She was also very attentive to our skin concerns, making sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire time. She provided us both with very knowledgeable education on what she was applying on our skin and how it would benefit it. My skin felt amazing and super radiant immediately after! I highly recommend anyone who would like a self-care day to visit Raghad!
