Had the best experience today. Nikki went over and above today, even staying after closing hours to have everything downloaded on my new phone.

Bought a new phone from Jordan today and she was awesome. Answered all my questions and joked around with me through the process. Very friendly and would recommend to anyone needing a new phone or accessories.

Emily was very knowledgeable about all your products and ordered my phone as soon as we picked it. She programmed it with no problems at all. She was very kind and made sure that we knew she would help with any problems. BRAVO EMILY

The worst customer service ever from the overweight girl with the nose ring. I had learned from my bank that there was a bill in collections from telus as of August 2023. I haven't had any services from Telus in over 10 years, she was of no help, asked me for the phone number of the account and then asks me what type of account? How would I know the answers to any of that if it was someone else frauding my account. The other lady said she could call it in to inquire or give me the number to call into telus. She then tells me that she could call in but qoukd have to charge me a service fee for her time. Is she not getting paid from Telus to sit there. No help at all trying to figure out who might have frauded my account. I highly recommend not going here!

Nikki and Emily were amazing. I normally go to Jordan, and she is amazing as well. However Nikki and Emily were fantastic! 10/10 service

Ok I went in looking for a new phone today and I was floored at how much Nicole saved me on my telus bill. She cleaned up my bill and found things I was paying for that I shouldn’t have been. I am now paying half of what I was! Awesome job great service. Thank you!
