Brad actively listened and assisted me with porting my number from another service provider. Explained the plan in detail and helped me set up for the services and arranged for call back service with the call centre.

Popped in to address a technical issue with my phone, and they addressed it in less than 5 minutes. Terrific service, friendly folks, highly recommend!

I was able to switch from Koodoo to a Telus plan that suited me best quickly and easily with the help of a friendly and knowledgeable employee at the store.

The customer service that I received at this location was exemplary. Due to technical issues outside of the scope of the store I was unable to access the network. Brad was deployed a number of possible solutions before resolving the issue. He did this expeditiously knowing that a handful of other technical issues on Koodos end had left me in a time crunch.

We were in and out pretty quickly, and I got the phone I wanted. There was only one of the models I wanted in stock, so no color choice, but I'm happy with it. It would probably be a good idea to keep a bit more stock. Overall, service was knowledgeable and quick, and I felt we were well informed about our options.

Dealing with Mr Ajay regarding my new cellphone purchase and he gave a good deal. Fantastic customer service and perfect sales person who will understand your requirement and give you the best deal and excellent customer service and make me feel a valued customer

Hi have all my services with Telus and everything is perfect, but I went to this branch to look for an adicional cellphone line, and the service was awful, the girl who was on duty, lousy attitude, lousy service, and she served us as if she was doing you a favor! When I go for a service that I am going to pay! I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO TO THIS BRANCH

During the busy Black Friday sale our sales rep stayed and looked after us two and a half hours past close to activate and ensure we left with our new phones. He went above and beyond.

I will never go back to this store again. I was told that I would be paying the early upgrade costs and taxes on the device that day.to my surprise on my first Telus bill I was charged the early upgrade costs and a $50 activation fee. After calling the store for 2 days without an answer, I finally got ahold of someone who explained to be that I was confused and that I only paid the taxes, plus an additional in-store fee. I highly recommend upgrading your phone online or at an actual Telus store to avoid the unexpected costs, lies and hidden fees.

Brad was absolutely amazing! Had to get my phone sent from another store, now i happily have my new phone, he went above and beyond for my sister and I and I cant thank him enough for his efforts to get me my new phone!

Harkiran was very nice and helpful, she was able to get me on my own plan (with a new iPhone 12) from my dad's plan for a reasonable price and made sure all the discounts were included. She offered me a Koodo plan, but I haven't heard great things about their service outside of city limits. Although Telus isn't the cheapest place to have a phone plan through, I felt comfortable staying with them instead of moving companies. It took about an hour to get everything set up but Harkiran walked me through every step and told me about all the fees so nothing was hidden.

Brad was very knowledgeable! He went through everything, including all the hidden costs and gave me the best deal possible. He was very kind and understanding as well. I would definitely recommend Brad to anyone who is in need of a new phone!

Nothing new, same thing what rip-off companies normally do. Sold defective iPhone worth around $1650. Started getting issues with Camera and Performance within the first month of purchase. Went back and asked for device replacement, they refused right away.

As per their so called POLICY it was too late for device replacement and only option offered was repair with no compensation ‘which one can get from Apple under limited warranty on their own. These secret fine-print policies are never read to the customers before purchase and are only there to protect these companies when they try to rip off consumers.

Not recommended at all. Buy online instead, you’ll get better help in case you run into similar situation. I explained my situation and got my phone replaced from Telus directly after lot of hassle though. Anyways Thanks to Telus for saving this store from receiving summons from Consumer Court.

Excellent service. My phone was readied for me as quickly as I needed it. Multiple discounts were applied without any haggling. I wish all cell stores were this well run.

The staff at this location were very helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted me through a purchase of a Samsung 20+ to transferring data and deleting info from my old phone.

Slowest Telus store in the City! Waiting outside for an hour as they help 1 customer hook up a phone that should take 15 min to do. Never going there again!

Came super frustrated with stupid Samsung messaging issue, can't even text anybody. Ajay helped to resolve and put me back on track. Very good service, and he knows about his business. Will be back here

Worst customer service I've seen anywhere in a long time. If you think it will take 15 min try a hour. Total I don't give a f attitude. Customer service and satisfaction are unspeakable words here

**UPDATE** The manager, A. J.went above and beyond to make things right. My husband went in and got his new phone and had a great experience. Both A. J.and the representative working were very helpful and kind. We will definitely be back.

My husband went in this morning to get a new phone. There was a customer in there already, and my husband didn't get acknowledged at all. He figured the guy was busy, so he left to go run an errand, and came back 15 minutes later. There was then a couple in there that the guy was helping, again NO acknowledgement of my husband, whatsoever. He waited a half an hour, when another couple came in. The guy acknowledged them RIGHT AWAY, told them he'd be a little bit with the other customers but managed to help them out with buying a phone case in the meantime. My husband left after being ignored by the guy working the entire time he was there. A simple "Hello, I'll be with you when I'm finished" would have been enough to get our business. Horrible customer service. We will never come back.

Was not great. Sold a fault used phone with pixel damage and no screen protector. I did not notice the damage in store. Went back 5 days later and the managed Ajay was playing like he new nothing and would not help to fix it.rude, unprofessional. Do not stop at this store

Harkiran is so calm, cool, and collected i never knew that buying a phone could be so easy! As soon as I walked into the door i was greeted by the wonderful Harkiran.
After visiting 3 different phone provider locations looking for a Samsung Note 10 i hit the jackpot here!
Plus she took the time to thoroughly explain the phone plans costs and benefits.
