Needed a SIM card activated with same phone number (lost phone), the guy was NO help at all, very rude, said I had to pay and wait one hour! Will never go back to this store. I called Telus directly and this was done in a few minutes. NO CHARGE! Be aware of your rights as a consumer
Our porting over a number was a bit more complicated than a traditional transaction. Kyle was quick to come up with solutions on making the transfer seamless! Very professional and pleasant to work with!
Even though the systems were sluggish the customer service was spectacular! I came in knowing what I wanted and left with more than I expected. Thank you! I am now a Telus customer (formerly with Koodo). Overall it was a pleasant experience!

Crystal showed amazing customer service while being the only employee running the store. I was buying a new phone and she took the time to set up and transfer the data while also managing other customers. Would shop there again!
She sorted out my problems and order after telus corporate online was extremely unprofessional and was absolutely terrible. It took a while but she was very helpful and patient sorting out the mess made by telus and the telus Webstore.
Friendly, attentive staff. Had an order take too long and Crystal ensured we received our devices in a timely manner and was very professional and accountable. Felt like we had an advocate on our side. Second experience at two different locations with Tom Harris, and I'll keep recommending them.
I called Telus through their online services because I wanted to switch to them. I was on the phone for nearly an hour but still unsuccessful. They finally recommended that I should go to a store. Wesley from Tom Harris Telus & Koodo was phenomenal. He helped me with everything and completed the transaction within 15 minutes. His customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this store to family and friends and would also go back for future needs.
Bobby was very professional but the manager really needs to have more than one person working on a Saturday. I felt so bad for him being on his own with a lineup of people waiting.

Very nice gentlemen at this location. There was a grumpy & unsatisfied elderly man at the time of my visit, but the other gentleman dealt with it professionally and continued with the great service. Impressed!
I went in looking to upgrade my phone. Robert was extremely helpful and patient! He explained everything step by step and went over the differences in my new phone. He also ensured that I recieved the best deal possible!
Upgraded our phone plans today. Very helpful staff. They waived the random "store fee" which was nice.
Of note, Telus will also waive connection fees if you buy online. It's too bad (and sadly pretty on-brand) thatTelus puts their physical stores at a disadvantage by undercutting them online.
