I was pleasantly surprised by the service I've received over the years from this small yet expertly managed establishment. Carla has not only advised and guided me through multiple service requests and purchases but she also has a wealth of product and account service knowledge that she is more than willing to share with you should you have the time to spend with her. Carla has helped me to understand the complex EPP program and has spent a fair amount of time both during store hours and on her own time ensuring I am happy with the products and service I am receiving with Telus. I believe Carla deserves a promotion, preferably to the Calgary area so I don't have to travel 5 hours to receive such top notch service.

Came in thirty minutes before closing and received excellent customer service from the staff on duty. In particular Austin was able to answer any of my questions I had. He acted professionally and diligent throughout the interaction, as well as maintained a positive and friendly demeanour. I felt confident he was doing the most to look after my own best interest. I needed to replace/upgrade my iPhone I had broken. Left happy with a new phone in less than 30 minutes, great jobs guys.

He was very kind and he talked with us with respect. He knew we were on a tight budget and he helped us and suggested the best choices there is for us.
