I would have to say that this was probably my best, and most streamline service that I have experienced at a mobile store. Tiana was great to deal with, she made the process very easy, helped me to trade in my phone and update my services, was able to transfer all my data, and was able to direct me to some good accessories. She was very personable, and was nice to converse with while we were waiting for everything to transfer over. I will definitely be back, thank you, and I appreciate the high standard of service!

I just upgraded my phone. I was hesitant to go into the store because they always charge more than online. BUT I was pleasantly surprised. There was an in-store promotional credit on the phone I was buying, plus they had protective cases in stock so I actually ended up saving more than if I'd bought online. Even better though was the service provided by Emily and Tenzin. They walked me through all the options and ensured I got the best deal possible. Thanks!

Absolutely 5/5. Extremely knowledgeable about products and services. The store manager really understood what I was looking for and went above and beyond to help me get the best and most affordable option. No upselling. In fact, the recommendations saved me a lot of money.

Shane and Tenzin are top notch. They were both very knowledgeable, personable and patient in their dealings with a retired couple like us, particularly as we are not technically gifted. We wholeheartedly recommend dealing there.

I had a wonderful experience with this store. I went in looking for a new account, new phone, and a new plan. All three employees there worked diligently to ensure it was a smooth process for me, despite it being several steps over several days. They found me a fantastic deal and got me the exact phone that I wanted, all while working around my hectic schedule. On top of all of that they honoured the original pricing offered after several days despite circumstances having changed. Would highly recommend for their costumer service.

Very fantastic service. Aijay and Shane were really great. They helped me with new service, both were very explanatory of the products they had in store.

So glad I found this store much closer to my home. Shane and AJ were very good at explaining various solutions to my cell phone downloading questions, including alternatives.
They also reviewed and explained my latest Telus Home bill, suggesting I call direct and get further explanation of the $100 surcharge for a Security system I returned.
If you live in the Seton-Cranston area (or farther), this is the store to go to for clear friendly solutions even a 78 year old fogie can understand.
