Had a great experience today at the Telus Koodo store in Okotoks with Pierce. He's a nice young man, very knowledgeable and put up with an old techno dodo senior citizen admirably. He knows his stuff and is very friendly. If I have any problems I'll definitely go see Puerce again!

When you’re 74 sometimes things don’t get done properly!

Tom was great.really.he was accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, funny and listened to what I wanted. He gave me exactly what I needed, gave discounts and ensured me that if I had any questions to just call him. I had alot of trouble trying to recollect passwords and emails etc.my mind was just full and he was extremely helpful. Wud recommend him to anyone.

They make you feel important right when you enter the store. Shane was excellent! He did everything in his power to make sure my needs were met. My phone had died, and I needed a phone that day for work. He was able to find a loaner phone that I could use until my new phone arrived.
