Very small store. Not much in stock for phones or accessories. My husband wanted the Motorola Edge, a case for his 2022 iPhone and I wanted a film screen saver for s22 ultra. They could not help with any of these things.
Dustin was super nice and cool. I'm an international student so I struggled with activating and getting the postpaid plan. But Dustin cleared it all up and wiped the dust out of it. Great service!
Sean Maguire at Tom Harris on 104 Ave & 113 Str was an excellent technician and sales. He outlined the pros and cons of a new phone plan, the nuances of when to get a new plan during the year and a summary of the fees. Great service, highly recommended!
Bought a Samsung S23 Ultra 512GB recently. Dustin, the salesperson, was helpful and patient, answering all my queries. The phone's performance is good, and the 512GB storage is a big plus. Had a small issue after the purchase, but Dustin was quick to assist. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

I went into this store for the 6th time today with all of my receipts collected since the end of Sept, /22.it's about $200.00 & still my phone does not work? I have provided my bank info 5! Times to have the pymts auto taken out of my bank acct? Again on Friday another messaged rec'd on the phone that everything has expired? The employee/owner (I don't know) then blamed it ALL on Telus & claimed they get NO money from them, Yeah you just do it out of the goodness of your heart? Well sometimes we just can't do these things, then FING say so & I will go elsewhere, it really is that simple? I will not let this go & it will refund me!

Both of the staff in the store were great, knowledgeable and friendly. I left with a new phone and tablet and am saving money on my phone bill - even lower than the quote I got online. Really fantastic team.
Had a great experience setting up a new 'BYOD' plan today with Bobby. Was in and out in 20 minutes. He explained all of the available products and incentives and helped pick the perfect plan. The store has lots of parking, is clean and organized. Highly recommend going to see Bobby and his awesome moustache.
I have dealt with this store for years but during my last visit I felt ripped-off. Why are there no price tags on the very limited accessories inventory? Why did the manager not know any of the prices? Why did they not offer the same data plan I had with Telus Mobility? I was told I was getting a 'really good deal' but I felt conned.
I have visited this location on multiple occasions and have always been very pleased with the service I recieve. Today Dan helped me figure out a confusion on my account. I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes and my service had been restored and all issues cleared up. Thanks again Dan for your help!
We wanted a prepaid sim plan. They sold us a FAULTY SIM card and told us that we had to activate it at home.
Unfortunately, I did not learn it was fault until I got home and tried to activate it on the website. I contacted Telus customer support and asked them what the issue was. They explained that the store had sold us a deactivated SIM card and that there was nothing we could do. We would have to go back to the store and explain to them the issue.
I should also mention that they charged $21 for a Telus SIM card when Telus offers these for $10 online.
Huge waste of time and frustrating experience. Would recommend avoiding this store.

I needed help with a unique situation that normally most people would say, 'That sounds like an iss-you, ' Sean still tried really hard to help me out. Ultimately, we had to upgrade considerably, but even that was made seamless, thanks to his help.
The staff were super helpful for my mom and I switching from Telus to Koodo services. There were tech problems which made the process longer but they were so personable and funny to talk to that it didn’t feel like we were just sitting around waiting. They were also super knowledgeable and informative during the whole process. 10/10 would recommend them for any of your needs!
If I could leave higher than a 5 star review, I would. Dan and Sean went above and beyond to help me with my TELUS phone account. My best experience in any store goes to these 2. Not only did they stay late to help me, they made sure I was given exceptional customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone needing assistance with existing accounts or looking to purchase from.

Wes was very helpful even though the technical side was giving us troubles, he tried his best and we got it figured out eventually with minimal mishaps. Would reccomend to a friend and will definitley be back for a new case and screen protector!
Popped in to grab a new Telus SIM card. Wesley greeted me right away and was super helpful. As soon as he was done helping the other customer he helped me. I was in and out in a few minutes.
Would go back again if I needed more help with my phone.

They have their front door locked and a sign on their door that tells customers to take a picture and do a small questionnaire and once they have done that they will be in contact to let you in. It’s a bit counter productive when you have a customer who is either in need of an activation or has a phone that does not work. I was helping an older gentleman out because his phone wasn’t activated this evening - we signed in and I went on with my business to another only to come out 10 minutes later to see this man, who is still standing outside because no one had even come to talk to him. So I went into my car and tried calling to just let the two people inside know that this older gentleman does not have a working phone, only to be sent to voicemail. I called 3 times and on the 4th time someone picked up and pretended to be a voicemail saying he was helping a customer and to call back later. I mean a man is standing outside, your phone is being called multiple times, it’s -40.at what point do stop and think that maybe something isn’t right. The two people inside had not even acknowledged this poor man for at least 10 minutes. I don’t care what your current policy, look out for your customers and don’t leave them standing outside in the cold.

Buying a new phone, especially as a backup is a terrible waste (hear me?). Aman easily and patiently converted my ancient iPhone into my second line while simultaneously answering her colleague’s questions. (Also, I liked her stylish specs and boots). This place is In a charming strip mall so you can park outside the door.
