Brandon was amazing! I walked into the store with a issue I’ve been dealing with associated with a SIM card he went out of his way to help me out and contact the call center. He patiently waited over an hour with me and made sure I got answers. Amazing customer service greatly appreciated!

Best experience ever. I came in with a Koodo problem (tech support said defective brand new Sim card). These guys went above and beyond. Gave me a new Sim card and when it didn't work, realized it was a back end Koodo problem, requested a call back from support for me and when the call back came in, they dealt with the entire phone call for me. Honestly, the best customer service I have ever had with a cell phone provider. Super grateful for all your help yesterday

I came in looking for an iPhone case. They showed me the cases they had and what kind of protection they offer as for dropping. They had a good selection and found a beautiful one that matched my phone. They put it on my phone and I was ready to go. They had excellent customer service. They greeted me in a friendly manner and gave me second before asking me if they could help me. Thank you to the two Bentley that worked there.

Got in, got my sim card swapped, got my rate changed to a better plan, got out no hassle.
