The staff member who answered the phone gave excellent customer service and was speedy to answer any questions I had. I then came in to get a new phone and Sean continued on with super friendly and informative service. Even tho I am from out of town, when in the area and in need of service, I will definitely be popping by! Thank you.

He was very helpful trying to get fix my old phone but he let me know that it was only temporary and he presented me with all the purchase options and he helped me with the plan choices nothing was a problem for him

Terrible service. Just got to this store today to get my line canceled. Very rude lady on site said she can't cancel it and I have to call Telus. I did call Telus earlier and they sent me back to this store since I got my line activated here. So terrible service at the store. Don't go there.

The fellas here really went the extra mile to help me get out of my old phone/contract and into a new one. Great experience will be back when this contract expires

Much better than phoning in a deal or doing it online. Tom Harris has been in business a long time and for good reason.

Cash is still legal tender in Canada and refusing it, is hard on seniors and those of is who prefer to deal in cash. I must make sure to have money in my account before II go there to insure I am able to use my bank card. Sometimes it is just easier to pick up a calling card from 711 then the hassle of going here.

I got there at about 4 pm and had no idea what I wanted. Punit was great finding me the perfect phone, I got it set up and out the door within 40 mins. The girls there were friendly, thanks Punit.

We understand that with Covid there are new restrictions in place which we very much appreciate. That being said if you are going to make customers check into an app and wait for 40 min outside just to then come out shortly before closing to tell them they can't help as they are closing you should try another location you are going to lose customers. Not impressed.

I am very very very satisfied with Pratima and Pratixa when I came to the store, I had anxiety and was frustrated with Telus. But these two women calm be down, treated me very well. We’re very calm and soothing when I explained I had anxiety with computers. I would highly recommend these two professionals in any business situation. It was a very much pleasure And very grateful to these two employes.

We were treated by Aman at the door she was very cordial and helpfull with explaining the current phone plan and savings on the new phone for my wife. All data was switched over and she was very attentive to my wife's requests while trying to search for apps etc from her old to new phones.
I would recommend the Tom Harris 170th street location for your Telus cell phone needs. The staff as a whole were very nice to us.

I have visited this store today to get my number ported in to telus and also to get information about my home services and i loved the experience. I have been to 3 different telus locations before but nobody helped me to bundle up my services and give me a good deal on it. But this location definitely have a better and friendly staff working. I am going back there soon for more help.

Disgusting service! Couldn't be bothered to call myself! Claim they cannot see account holder phone numbers. Would have me drive 4hrs with a sick toddler and would be closed by the time i arrived. Claimed this is policy. I speak to my local tom harris store who told me given the situation we would have called you for approval. When i called for answers bs and even hung up once. I recommend no visits to this store as unless you are the account holder refuse to assist even though you could have called. Beyond disgusted an apalled by this branch.

Great service received at this location! I was driving by, needed a new cell and thought - why not stop in! I highly recommended dropping by to see Naha, she was knowledgeable and very friendly!
