I've been to a few different shops during my years, and I've rarely had an agreeable interaction. Be it uninterested workers, only spured on when it came to an actual purchase. Or so disinfranchised that I seemed more like a bother, that I'm not trying to get the top valued item available, and so not worth their time.
It doesn't take much for someone who has had a bad experience, that they are quick to talk bad to everyone about it. Word of mouth can make, or break a business. So it says alot to me; when I have a positive experience, and decide to leave a review. It doesn't happen often, and I take my reviews seriously.
Jeremy came highly recommended to me, and I was not disappointed in the level of service I recieved. I 100% would recommend this location to anyone pondering a change, expecially if they've had poor interactions with other locations in the past. It really helped alleviate my anxiety going into it. After a past experience with Tom Harris where I live I said I wouldn't buy a phone from Tom Harris but I spoke to one of your Customer Reps Kori who was awesome and put me in touch with Troy who was fabulous to deal with and made buying my new phone etc a totally great experience. I’ve dealt with Brad for many years for my mobile needs, both for work and personal usage - and he’s like a fine wine, he has only gotten better with age! Always good, honest advice- and searches for what works best for his customers. I’ve follow Brad for his advice, and customer service- and I don’t see that changing in the future.

Dealt with them to set up two company phones for the company I work for, service was good. However, documents were set up incorrectly resulting in my credit being personally affected because the company I was working for was late paying. I requested a call back and never received one. Ended up having to fight with telus directly and now have to dispute everything with the credit bureaus.
If you choose to deal with them make certain accounts are set up properly.
