Once again, perfect haircut and very attractive girl. I know that shouldn't mattter, but it doesn't hurt.

I recently visited this barbershop and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly, and the haircut exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, and I'll definitely be returning for future cuts.

This barber shop is never consistent some times the cut is good but usually the haircut ruins my chances with women for the next 4 months. I do not recommend this barbershop unless you want to get bullied.
For a few dollars more you can go to a professional and not these uneducated barbers. I got my hair cut today and I’ve lost all my chances with women for the next few years. Terrible barbershop

Messed up my beard after giving me a good haircut.
I had mixed feelings about it. So giving them 2 stars

AJ did a complete makeover and was very focussed on attention to detail. It took near about 50-60 mins for the overall job which is highly commendable. I highly suggest Tommy gun’s and a haircut from AJ.

It was my first time at Tommy Gun's 130 Ave location, and I was serviced by Jenny, who did an amazing job and was a very sweet lady.

I know English is her second language, but I applaud her for trying her best to make conversation in English and doing an amazing job on my hair at the same time.

I wanted to take the time to thank the owners and management team at Tommy Guns 130 Ave location for hiring someone who doesn't have the most fluent English speaking skills, but could see beyond that and look at Jenny for her amazing barber skills and amazing soft skills. Jenny is a great barber, and I know with time and effort, her English will reflect this as well. Thank you Jenny and Tommy Guns for a great experience, looking forward to my next service!

I had a great experience walked in and it was busy they took me in right away no waiting and the hair dresser was very good. Thank you for the great experience.

Walked in without booking. Had the best haircut and neck shave Ive had in a long time. 10/10 will be coming back. Highly recommend. Excellent service.

Bad haircut, lady didn’t listen to what I wanted she cut off 3 inches off the top and I didn’t want the top trimmed that much. Not as mad about the cut as much as I’m annoyed about the fact that the person cutting my hair denied the fact that I didn’t want her to trim it even more.

Haven’t been to a tommy guns for a while and this experience reminds me why. Got a walk-in Haircut by Ann at this location. She started and finished within 10 minutes and resulted in probably the worst hair cut I’ve had in years.

Asked for a fade and got one that doesn’t fade in anyway. Asked for a trim on the top and it looks like the most uneven cut ever.

Looked half decent after the wash and dry, and when I got a brief look at the mirror; but ones I got home to have another look, it looks awful.honestly I think I got a better haircut from my friends during Covid lockdown.

Was not happy with my cut end up shaving my head they did not even clean the sides never coming back to this place again

This particular location is fantastic with a true team environment and knowledgeable staff. I like all Tommy Gun’s but this one is my favourite! I Always feel great after a visit.

My barber Jessa was absolutely fantastic, she gave me an awesome haircut/beard trim and was pleasant conversation as well. I'll definitely be going back.

My son who is four got his haircut yesterday. He generally does not like getting his haircut but the staff here were so welcoming. My son was even comfortable enough to tell me to sit on the chairs and wait for him while he got his haircut. That has NEVER happened! We will be returning customers.

Came in a couple hours before my wedding. Barber did my hair quickly and it looked great. Will definitely be coming back for my next cut.

Love coming here. I have the haircut I like in their notes and everyone can give me the same haircut.
Personal favorite is I get time to zoneout and relax. A no-conversation haircut is the best haircuts

If you’re looking for exceptional service and high level of craftsmanship, Sal is the man! First time here for a Fade and Sal had such attention to detail! 10/10 Skin Fade. Front desk service was wonderful also, very attentive and kind.

Both my husband & I went in, him for a cut, me for a “cut it ALL off cuz I’m sick of it! ’ And Melissa was incredible! My hair is cute, easy to manage and short now!

Jessa always make it happen for me and my son. The girl at the front desk is always very nice and friendly. We like it there.

Front end Jay-Lynn, super friendly takes care of you as soon as you walk in the door! She will get you seated with the next available stylist! The stylist I had was Jessa and she is very professional and my experience was 10+ and my haircut was perfect!

I have been in there about 5 times now and each time I have had an amazing experience! Super friendly and clean environment! Melissa and Brooklyn are great! Highly suggest them.

Went in for a hair cut Tuesday at 4: 30ish booked online so got in fast, got Melisa was told she's hard of hearing so sometimes communicating was different but gave one hell of a cut would definitely recommend her.

I came in without an appointment but they got me in within 30 minutes and the barber was friendly and efficient made sure it was exactly the way I wanted and they gave me a se.niors discount as well VERY HAPPY

How about you have your actual hours on this website. If you open at 10am on Sunday you should probably have that on here not 9am

Jaylynn and Jessa are always so nice and always very accommodating. We continue to go back because they treat us so good and the haircuts are always done how we ask them!

Been using this location for a couple years now. Jessa always gives the best haircuts, never leave unsatisfied. Friendly staff.

This is a nice clean shop. Staff is very friendly and Kaitlyn at the front always remembers me by name every time I come in. My usual stylist, Brooklyn is a pleasure to talk to and always cuts my hair/beard just the way I like it. She genuinely loves her job.

I book online to get my hair cut, 30 min wait. Okay no problem, show up 30 mins later and they tell me there’s a 45 min wait. This is the 3rd time in a row same story, not sure what is wrong with their scheduling system but it obviously does not work. Lady at the desk was nice and apologetic, but I have a life and I am not spending it waiting in a chair especially after having to book a spot.

Do not trust online wait times. I checked in at 1pm, it said 80-120minute wait time. Which is acceptable. But now that it's 4pm and I'm being told it's ANOTHER 2 HOURS for a walk in appointment with no specific stylist.

Non professional and extremely poor customer experience. I was told that the wait time would be 30 min but I had to wait for over 1 hour. They don't care their customers so I'll never go there again.

Great place to go. First time in years that I have started using a stylist again. From the welcome you get, shampoo with a head massage and finish it off with a great haircut and beard trim. Awesome!

This is the ONLY place my boys will EVER come. We’ve been coming for a while now and we have nothing but exceptional things to say about the gentlemen that run the place. How they interact with my little boy, is so heartwarming. We just love coming here and they do such precision service.

A bit hit-or-miss, but the barbers are courteous, professional, and skillful. The self sign-in system is a bit confusing, but the staff are more than willing to help.

Great place. Not the cheapest in town but they always give a quality cut and it's a great place for a guy to relax for a few. Lots of a la carte services to pamper yourself with if desired.

Every time my husband goes to this place it’s hit or miss. I appreciate that the art of cutting hair is difficult and I am not a professional however if the stylist can’t do the most basic haircut

I feel like I get the best value for my dollar when I visit a Tommy Guns. That's important, because it already feels like hair cuts cost too much. My price range is around 30 for a regular cut, and Tommy Guns meets that requirement for me. I also appreciate the head massage and complimentary drink (in non-covid times). I go for the experience. My last cut was really well done too! I have thinning hair, and find it frustrating to style so that I look good, but my latest stylist did such an exceptional job! I'm so happy!

Was in yesterday for a hair cut and a shave and it seemed as if no one knew how to do the shave and was not very happy with it in the end and they charged me 100 dollars and now my face today is all razor burnt

Lauren is my barber and she's amazing. It's like seeing a good friend everytime I go in sharing laughs and my dumb ideas for my next haircut (she is really good at advising me with better ideas). Shop has an overall great environment and everyone is friendly. Gentlemen I recommend you check it out if you haven't already.

5 stars is all about Amy. Amy is an amazing stylist at the Calgary, 130 ave SE location. She has magic hands and does a fanatastic job every time i visit. Amy is an artist, who cares about the work she does and it shows on every cut she does. I specifically request Amy and will wait, until she is available. She is such an asset to this location and represents Tommy Guns VERY WELL. This location is fortunate to have such a talented and caring stylist as Amy on staff. What a good experience I have had with Amy as my stylist and the reason i keep returning

Been here several times was always happy with the service till my recent visit. I went in for a haircut and was told it would be a 15 min wait. 40 minutes later I was still waiting. Then noticed that a stylist was chatting with the girl at reception for about 10 minutes so I assume she was off. I finally get called up and the stylist who was chatting with reception calls in another customer in seconds after me. Sorry but that is not how a queue works. Apparently my time is not as valuable as this other customers.

As soon as I walk in the door, I'm met with a friendly greeting, an offer of a beverage and made to feel very welcome. The girls are skilled at their craft and I feel comfortable in their care. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Professional clean attentive simply amazing! Hands down the best experience I have had at a barber! Customer service is top-notch with providing something to drink as you walk in. The hairstylist was friendly had some great laughs, and she listened o what i wanted with my haircut, there is also tv available in the mirror if you wanted to watch some sports

Good haircut, but terrible customer service, the young man in the counter had no idea about anything, They didn’t offer me water or soft drink like other locations, not even a good day. Yet the stylist was pretty good.

Horrible, unprofessional preferential treatment. We waited 45 minutes, my son's were finally 1 and 2 on the list. Two other gentlemen walked in than suddenly we were 3 and 4. When I asked how that happened, I was given a poor answer by the young host " there was a problem with the board, they were here for 45 minutes". I than asked well how long. I was told an additional 45 minutes! I than lost patients and decided to leave. I asked for the managers card, was told they don't have (I seen other barbers with cards.). I asked for her email or phone. Was told I can't have, she might be in Monday. The gentleman host offered me a 5$ off coupon for " next time.

This isn't the first time I have received treatment like this at this location. It seems unless the manager or her assistant is in the service goes to complete garbage. My boys like the place for the games and pop they offer. But nobody enjoys a unreasonable wait and being denied reliable service.
