Great service they take the time to listen of your request. It can be hard to feel comfortable when you go for a haircut, but not here a Tommy Gun's they will made you feel really welcome. Great communication from start to finish and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Really happy with my cut. What I live also it's I can go and buy my hair products with great tips from them.

Worst experience at a barber shop, went to get my boy’s haircuts at 1: 00 told to come back at 1: 40 and still waited an hour we were the only ones in there and they couldn’t careless to ask us anything and ignored us, till I finally said something. DO not recommend North-end Tommy guns, they got attitudes like 16 year old girl’s and shy to talk to people.

I had a great experience at this Tommy Guns yesterday. I've found some of the barbers to be hit or miss, but I would say 9 times out of 10 I've been pleased with the results. Yesterday was no exception - I was welcomed in after a short wait over a mobile check in, and was given a barber (I can't recall her name) who was extremely personable, and I engaged in a nice conversation with her during the cut.

Why did I chose Tommy Guns? Honestly, because it was located next to my Dentist. I will certainly return! Tiffany gave me a flawless cut. See you again.

Signed up on the app and after already waiting 45 minutes the wait timer jumped from 15 to 35 minutes. When I complained to the front desk they said I would be next, but then after waiting another 5 minutes they called someone else. I walked out. Not impressed

Quick courteous service and friendly staff. The phone app definitely makes it nice and convenient to check-in early and avoid wait times. The facility was nice and clean and the staff where quick to tidy up after each haircut.

Second time this has happened to me at this location. A very simple instruction is so hard for these not professional hair dressers. I asked for a 1 buzz all around the side and 2 inches off the top. Got the 1 around the sides. And 2 inches off half the top and 4 inches off the other half. As i lay it only to one side this looks absolutely ridiculous! If you are looking for a professional cut this is the last place you should go. Never again!

Jewel gave a wonderful scalp massage while washing my hair followed by a hot towel shoulder massage. The hair cut was also stellar. Highly recommend her

I brought my son in for his first haircut, our stylist (I’m sorry I forgot to get your name) was so fast and patient. She was ready with things to keep him entertained (water bottle, comb, neck brush, remote). He went in with uneven lengths all over the place and left with a clean and even cut.

This location is well managed, I've been to quite a few Tommy guns over the years and this one has always been pleasant since the day it opened. They had an amazing no covid talk policy and I have even learned a bit about how to better take care of my hair since going here. The wait is minimal Durring the week, the place is always clean and the staff is pleasant.

Got a haircut yesterday at North location Red Deer. Young lady did a fantastic job. From the moment I walked in I was treated very nice by the front desk woman, and then when getting my haircut. Great experience and I will definitely be back!

Skilled staff, Very friendly. Haircut is a little on the expensive side though, hence the 4/5 and not 5/5. I Can get a haircut of same quality for 21 - 25 range. Never tried tommy guns before and thought I would try it out.

Convenient check-in service with listed approximate wait time and a reminder message before your appointment. Good haircut services with friendly staff and good pricing. A bit of a scalp massage doesn't hurt either

Usually in and out fairly quick. Scalp massages are almost always really great. And the hair cuts of course are done very well. The Tommy Gun's mobile app needs some serious work though. Works about half the time to sign in for a cut.

Took my brother here for a final hair cut as hes terminally ill. Paid for the straight razor shave and the faded cut. All coming to 85$. To only see when he comes out to see the most basic hair cut you can get any where with no fade or skill even attempted. The shave job was a joke with pieces left and not close at all. Hes too sick to say anything mean. An all female crew that doesnt seem to know quality of a barber shop for that price. I strongly suggest not going here if youre looking for a real barber shop experience. I feel like they dont even care about their quality of work.

I absolutely LOVED Tori! She was recommended to me by a friend and I was not let down. The energy and environment was super clean and professional while keeping pace in a busy environment. Upon arrival they had coffee if I wanted as well as helping me find another business in town. Amazing experience and would recommend to anyone.

Cheryl Ann is very helpful, shes very knowledgeable with her job and gave me a lot of tips to look after my hair and some ideas to take care of it. Theres no dull moments on the entire time shes cutting my hair. Very precise on what I instructed her to do with my hair. The place is nice and all but I got a beard trim/straight razor shave so I’d have nice crisp lines but what I got was the most uneven and just horrendous beard trim of my life, I’m convinced a toddler could of done a better job. Will not return

Officialy got the worst haircut ive ever had yesterday. Hair dresser was inattentive and sarcastic, and distracted. My fades are very uneven and not symmetrical. Missed spots on the side of my head with the clippers.

I will never return.

Always great service! Can be busy so USE their APP and check in before going. Very clean and well trained barbers. I appreciate the complimentary drink as well!
