Courtney cut my husbands hair and it is the best looking cut he’s had in a long time. It was timely and easy to get a spot in line when we were travelling into town. Great service.

The young lady that we had was super knowledgeable, great manners and dressed appropriately and was fast and efficient at her job. The haircut was absolutely fantastic.

From the moment I walked in I was treated well. I had no appointment but they were able to fit me in right away. My stylist was pleasant, efficient, and personable. She did a wonderful job with my hair and made me feel at ease. I'd definitely go back.

It was very nice hair cut enjoyed the hot towels to help the shave love the tvs in the barber mirror but I have had two shaves from them first time I didn't get cut from the straight razor but these time I did get a little nick on my Adam's apple but I do understand they can be hard to use and cuts do happen sometimes and it not being anyone's fault

The barber picked a good style for me with my very vague parameters and I also enjoyed the rinse, shampoo and free drink

It was Actually a very good place, and very nice friendly people as well 100%. And for what it cost for my Haircut being only $30-$31 it is a very cheap place to go. The guy who gave me my haircut was a very nice friendly person and when I get a new haircut in the future that is where I will go, for haircut cutting places that is.

Tanya did an amazing job. I had difficulty with my beard on one side and she shaved me down to a manageable style. I’ll be seeing her again!

When I get a haircut at Tommy guns, the end product is regularly satisfactory, though the experience leaves something to be desired.

It usually takes about 15 minutes to have my haircut, and costs me about 35 dollars, tip included. That's over two dollars a minute to watch TV while getting a hair.

I'm beginning to get the impression that Park Place Tommy Gun's is more interested in getting customers in and out as fast as possible, rather than giving them a worthwhile experience.

I think it's time I start looking for a new barbershop. Perhaps one that makes me feel more like a person than a walking debit card

I used Tommy Guns at the park place mall in Lethbridge, Alberta. I will continue to go there as long as live. The staff there are friendly and they will do all they can to accommodate you at busy times. Time management is the key to being a successful hair stylist.

Armand was excellent. I appreciate that he took his time to get the best quality results and offered me a hot towel and something to drink.

Seriously tho, my son who is autistic asked me to cut his hair with the Clippers. Sooo I did. I started and than he freaked out and wouldn't let me continue and it was BAD.we raced over to Tommy guns and the ladies at the front desk were sooooo understanding with what happened and offered help right away. We had an appointment with Steph, and she was incredible, she was thoughtful and told my son what she was doing every step of the way. My son sat so well for her and listened. It was a huge success. Thanks again!

Maybe common knowledge for most but I needed a haircut spur of the moment and instead of directing me somewhere that could layer my long hair properly a girl cut it and really made a mess of my hair. My husband had to trim odd chunks off after we got home and I had to try and trim more out of place bits myself once I had a good look. I'm so embarrassed and have been loosing sleep wondering why they didn't tell me they can't cut women's hair. I hadn't had a cut for a long time and wish I had never set foot in this place. Now that I think of it, the girl didn't show me the back when she was done and I obviously missed all the other the red flags, like when the initial employee that was chosen to do my cut ran to another girl to pass me off. Seriously, just be honest next time and tell the person to go somewhere that can do what they want. My hair is already way shorter than I had asked for so now I just I have to wait for it to grow back and think of this as a very sad lesson learned. This place is only for men and kids! When a clueless female customer comes in next time please just be honest and save them the heartache.

I have been going to the Park Place location since they first opened. As many would agree a good quality haircut is only a portion of the hair cutting experience. The conversation and engagement is always inviting and engaging. I won’t go anywhere else!

I like Tommy’s. When you can get in it’s fast good clean professional cuts.

The only issue is the way they make reservations - it is the worst. App is a problem too. Day of only … and you have to be hanging out close by. Doesn’t reflect the busy reality people have. I’m over an hour away so planning is big for me and Tommy’s is difficult to work with. I know others have said the process and app have pushed them to other service providers.

The last 10 or so times i got my hair done in a salon I went here. Usually I am very self conscious about it but every time I have been to Tommy Gun's the service and quality has been exceptional and I enjoy every visit and leave feeling like I look great.

My 6 year old son loves coming here. They are anyways so friendly and patient with him. The hairdresser asked what he wanted and did such a great job with his haircut, my son was very happy!

My dad likes it there but today his usual stylist wasn’t there so he had another stylist cut his hair and he now has a small bald spot and very short hair on the sides not very happy with this stylist

Audrey is the best! We love taking our son to her. She is excellent at her job and makes a client feel like family.

The haircut was perfect but unfortunately since I had to crouch I have super bad back pain because my barber was so short. You should really invest in stepping stools:)

The staff were all friendly and did an excellent job of providing a great experience, but my stylist in particular was amazing, she didn't just do a great job she made the whole experience what it was, she was very attentive to doing it right while being a great conversationalist.

I got my hair cut from tash and this was part of "cleaning myself up so I could have a better lifestyle cause I used to be homeless and not living the best life couch surfing for half a year then sleeping rough for about 2 years. " I am on aish and I got support workers from 830 to 9pm sometimes 24 hrs when I got a house, & b4 I was homeless but any ways the haircut was amazing, I currently live in a hotel and am looking for a house to rent, and planning to get a lightweight part time job to start off with, Natasha really did a successful work on my hair, she cut it in record time, and made an improvement on my life, she gets a 5 star rating from me and a high five! Thanks tommy guns! I always get my haircut at your barbers at the mall.if not the one on the westside.take care tommy guns and tash! Thanks for the dew! Wish me luck on the house!

Kids haircut same price as anywhere else. Can pop. And they are passionate about their hair cuts. So much so I'll get his hair cut more often.

Up until yesterday I would have given a much higher review, however yesterday was less than impressive. I took my son to get his hair cut and showed the girl cutting his hair a picture of exactly what I wanted for him, she seemed to understand and I left him in her seemingly capable hands. Upon returning my son to me she hadn't done at all what I asked for. The picture I showed he was one of him with a previous hair cut with a clean blend on the sides and back up into about 2.5-3" of hair left up top. Instead what she did can only be considered a really horrible attempt at an awkward buzz cut. When paying I did say I wasn't particularly pleased but that it's not like they can fix. One girl mentioned a discount to the girl cashing memoir but was shrugged off and ignored. Needless to say I would take my children to get their haircut here again.

Not many of the staff are good at fares even the ones that have been there for years. In Calgary Tommy Guns is very reputable. In Lethbridge not so much. Still looking for a better place.

This is to rectify my last review. Audrey is the bomb. 5 stars for her and Karissa! I hope you're taking good care of them because it's hard working, happy and customer orientated employee's like these two that are the heart of your business!

Always walk out of there thinking I spent way too much on a haircut, then i check myself out in the mirror later and know it was well worth it. Always a fantastic cut, and great service.

Tonia was amazing. I gave her free reign for my hair cut and beard trim. Her attention to detail on the shaping of my beard was amazing. The job was a hit with everyone. Thanks you my dear.

Excellent experience. Had a great hair cut as usual. Hair wash and head massage were a plus. Free coffee was also a bonus.

The hair cut was great and the shalp massage was the best I've ever had. The girl had (Zaida) made sure that I was comfortable and that I had a positive experience. I will be back and I for sure will be requesting the same girl.

Great environment with great stuff. Very trustworthy and competent in their craft. Regular haircuts cost around $30 plus tip, but the whole experience is worth it. Staff are very knowledgeable in their products and how to pair them best.

I have been here for a cut a few times and was happy with the cut. The last time Hanna did not listen to anything i said and cut it way too short. The conversation was inappropriate. The receptionist was rude and on her phone and it took me walking to the counter to get her attention when i had troubles signing in. She was unpleasant and snapy when i asked questions. I would have complained but was feeling intimidated to say the least! I will not be going back to the mall location.

I was here for the first time 3 weeks ago. Abd I will keep coming back. Great atmosphere and wonderful staff. A full service barber with a smile.

I was trying something new for my hair style and the hairdresser was super helpful and patient while we figured out exactly what I wanted.

Been there several times with my kids too and always have a good experience. Never had a bad haircut and been going there for years.

Employees do not listen to the requests of the customers. My brother and I came here and we asked for that not a lot of hair was to be cut. However, one of the employers left him with the same short haircut as every one else in the salon. There is no variety in their hairstyles, and they are not open for the requests of the customers.

What's not to love about a complimentary drink and the scalp massage that comes with the traditional haircut? Nothing. There is nothing not to love about it.

I usually go to the west side one but but they seem to always have trouble fading my hair. Had some errands to take care of at the mall today and figured I give the mall one a shot.

And I'm glad I did, that was a damn fine fade haircut I ever got. I thought it looked a little rough in the barber shop but apparently it was just how the lighting was; It looks damn fantastic as soon as I got home and see it on my own mirror.

Was gonna try Faded Barbershop downtown, but their operating hours was a bit tough if you're working weekdays from 9 to 6. Definitely gonna be back here for my next haircut. I forgot to ask my barber's name so I can request her again next time though.

Oh well.

Even though I was having a hard time explaining what I wanted, she cut it exactly how I was imagining it in my mind. Did an awesome job, thank you!
