Had an appointment booked for 11 50, showed up at 11 45 and the person who was booked after me showed up really early. So they put them in my spot. I had a appointment booked for certain time cause I had interview. Now because of that awesome move. I'm either late for a interview or or going with hair I can't control

They didn’t told me that the one who will cut my toddler son’s hair was apprentice, I have no problem with that just tell me in advance so that I have an option, I saw there are lots of barbers available hiding at the back seems like avoiding my toddler son.
I go there because of positive reviews but my experience show me the fact that’s its wrong. If ever I will satisfied yesterday, me and my other son will transfer to your shop.

I went in to this location, kinda scared from my last experience getting my hair cut and man was it the best experience ever. I met a man named Joseph that cut my hair amazingly but not only that, he was definitely the best barber I have ever had, not only for the spectacular haircut but also as a genuine person.

I highly recommend this man to anyone in need of a professional cut.

I found it over priced and usually doesn't do a great haircut which is unfortunate, I'm sure they'll come back around though

Ehhh. Hit or miss with stylists. Have had good. Have had worse. Most recently, asked for a trim for my youngest cause his round face. Maybe cut a millimetre. Paid 30 for a hair cut we will need again 7 days later.

My constant go to barber is Rusti. He is so detail oriented and can make even the worst hair look fantastic. Each time he professionally tames my Kramer hair and I leave with a hot towel on the neck, great wash and cut. He is a definite asset to Tommy Guns and look forward to each cut he does.

I ask to cut a little off to start them see if I want more not only did he not do that he cut way more than I asked for then thins my hair without asking it it is way shorter than I ever asked for they need to listen to Thare customer more, this is not the first time this happens this is the 4th straight time this has happens it was previously all fantastic jobs and recently it has been pretty bad

Probably the best hair cut I gotten in a while. I believe the young fellow who cut my hair name was Rusty. I'm sure will ask for him to cut my hair again the next time I'm into Tommy Gunn Southeast Hill!

Wonderful experience. My son was a little nervous to get his hair cut and the barber, Joseph, talked to him, joked with him and put him at ease. He also did a fantastic haircut. I would recommend to anyone.

Amber was my Stylist and she’s the best one I’ve had so far. She blended my hair exceptionally well and she was outgoing. She was kind and insightful with how she should cut my hair. I’ve been showing off my haircut to everyone because that’s how proud I am of it. So thanks Amber for being great

Took my 3 little boys in for hair cuts yesterday. By far, the most beautifully precise and blended cuts they’ve ever received. The ladies at the Easthill location were kind, gentle, professional, and patiently listened to each boy and what they were asking for in a cut.
My little men are happy with their new do’s!

I took my son last night for a hair cut and he absolutely loved it! The guy we had was amazing, when we left the barber shop my son asked if we can always go there with the same guy from now on! 10/10 recommend!

My review over the past couple of years has gone from one star to five stars this is because of many reasons. Firstly, every time I go there they improve it one way or another. Secondly, the staff is always friendly, understanding, and skilled. Lastly, the wait time is not very long, and even when you are waiting it is clean and comfortable, and they always offer a beverage to enjoy while you are waiting.

My children see the same hair dresser each time. Jessie is awesome at what she does!

I have had bad experiences in the past until I found one I really liked and stuck with her! There are a few other good ones that we have as back ups if needed.

I came in a couple of days ago for a hair cut. I had never went to a barber before but moving in to a place down the street I thought I thought I would give it a try. So I called to make a appointment and came in a hour later. I liked the atmosphere and the cut so when I went to pay asked where the tip choice was on the debit machine to the little blond girl working the till she said she had "accidentally" already put it in and that "it was good I didn't just pay" after she fixed it the bill went from $63 to $33. She tipped herself almost 100% of the cost. I liked the hair cut so I put the $30 tip back in but I will never be coming back, trying to steal from me even if I was willing to pay that much is unacceptable.

Been going to Tommys for 4/5 years. Regardless of location, they have always provided fantastic and consistent service. Great environment to be in, all staff are super accommodating an friendly.

This is message for the owner: Fix your text messaging system! It's NOT working for almost a year. If you can't fix that, delete it then. People relay on it and it cause a confusion situations.

Booked an appointment on the online system and it said 21 minutes, when I got there a few minutes later the time was up to 27 minutes. Waited around for half an hour and watched the system have new appointments pop up on top of me and push the time we even longer. Ended up walking out since I only had an hour to hopefully get my hair cut. Fix your booking system, it doesn't work!

Loved it. Great service, friendly staff. Any time I'm in Red Deer I am going back for a hot towel shave and a hair cut.

You will never leave disappointed. The scalp massage is great and I’ve never had a better haircut anywhere else.

Two days ago my hair was getting a little to long, so I went in wanting just a trim. I don't like going for a new style unless Tammy is there to cut it.but a lady named Megan although very kind did a terrible job, she didn't listen to anything I ask for. She cut all of my hair off and completely ruined my hair, I'm very disappointed.my hair looks like she used safety scissors, I was really was not expecting this kind of service. Morale of the story I will definitely ask for Tammy next time, no matter what!

My husband loves getting his hair cut here. And now we take our 3 year old and they do a fantastic job.

The hairdresser did a terrible job, a.k. A the butcher. I definitely won't be returning for another haircut.

Thought I’d save time and logged in online and when I arrived, had only 5 minute wait on screen. Half hour later that was bumped several times eventually landing on 23 minutes (more). Asked at desk and was told it was my fault for not checking in properly even though my name was clearly on the display screen. When I was told that I left and won’t be returning. Not good customer relations at any service business.

Best place in Red Deer to go for a cut or shave. Awesome customer service and everyone is always super helpful when shopping for hair product!

Cut always good. Wait often is long. Their app doesn't work well any time I tried it. Probably most expensive men's cut in town.
