My sister and I went to get a haircut. Had great haircuts, I especially had an amazing experience with my hairdresser.
My sister on the other hand didn’t really feel good. Not because she wasn’t happy with her haircut, but because the receptionist and her hairdresser started making bad comments on the hairstyle she’d chosen when they thought she wasn’t listening.
Drastic levels of professionalism in the same place.

I vary much was impressed with the barber that did my hair. I showed her what I wanted from one of my old pictures of how my hair used to look and she did a fantastic job on it.very pleased and definitely would recommend her (Nicole I think).

I had a quick walk-in haircut and shave, got a haircut as expected with great service and care. Jeff is an amazing fellow and will get you an amazing haircut. Will return as soon as I need another haircut!

The scalp massages are the best. They give good haircuts too. They're also pretty good at explaining things related to hair.

I came in looking to get a fade haircut, and a beard clean up. I was not disappointed at all. Jeff, my barber, cleaned me up and gave me the best fade I’ve ever had. 10 outta 10 would recommend Tommy Guns and Jeff again to anyone.

Our first visit to Kingsway mall Tommy Guns for my son. Good, clean and the lady she took hair cut for my son is professional, good manner. Only problem with pricing I know everywhere the prices are gone up because of recession other then that I recommend!

Each time I go here (every couple of months) I pretty much get a different hairdresser each time.
This visit was no different, however, the hairdresser was engaging, we had several laughs and she did an excellent job, which is why I return here.
I also learned I can request a hairdresser I like.
I will definitely do this next time.

Welcoming, impressive and showed me all the tips and tricks to my hair treatment. I truly and honestly would recommend her 10/10 this was at the new Kingsway mall tommy gun barbershop And I plan to continue the haircut with inspiration from that barber because I sincerely love it. I have never had issues using the app before. I made the appointment which said 1 - 6 minute wait. Every time before they have called. Not this time. I go to the person at the desk after about 10 minute without a response. My wait time now says 12 - 18 minutes. I asked what happened, and she said we prioritize walk-ins over appointments. I let her know I normally recieve a call, and she said yeah, usually, but she decided to take the person before calling me. She then asked if I would like to wait or if I want to cancel. What kind of service is that? She then said another appointment is available in 20 minutes (despite it still saying 12 - 18 on the board). Came back after 20 minutes and still nothing available. I asked how much longer and was told her colleague is on break and she has no idea where she is, and that she is just as frustrated as me. I waited ANOTHER 20 minutes without any communication. Finally I just told her to cancel the reservation. I will say I've never had issues before this, and regret not rating when the service was good, but this experience was bad enough to make me not come back just out of principle. What an absolute waste of time. The service was garbage.

Angelica was the best hairdresser/barber I've ever had. She listened to what I wanted (hairstyle) and gave me the perfect result!

Conrad always does a great job and the location is convenient to my work. This is why I keep coming back.

I’ve been here twice, both times I’ve left satisfied and checking myself in the mirror for how good I looked. Hope was my barber both times, she turned me from a mop-head to a respectable human being. Remained communicative, making sure I was satisfied with the length, the style, everything. Great value, $39 for an hour haircut. Wait time was understandable. This will be my barbershop of choice for the foreseeable future.

This was my first visit at a Tommy Gun's. I came because my regular barber had closed by the time I arrived. I was surprised by how reasonable the price was, and that a hair wash and drink were included.

Excellent service, great conversation and friendly staff. I've only been twice and they've quickly become my first, and only, choice in barber's.

Awesome service! The gentleman who served us made my son feel very comfortable and he did an amazing job as well. I’m horrible with names and didn’t catch his but tall fella with a beard and glasses.

I needed a quick beard trim and did not have to wait long. Cass is usually my go to girl, but she wasn’t in. Brittany stepped in and she was fantastic and very friendly. Definitely will be back to the Kingsway location, they never disappoint.

I take my son here to get his hair cut. Romeo's his barber and my son says he really likes him because he makes him feel comfortable and heard.

Second time at the Kingsway location, and love it. The staff there are always welcoming, and the head massage they give when they're washing your head is to die for!

Good prices, friendly staff, and the person who did my hair was a very sweet and skilled barber.
Though, I was not entirely impressed with their beard trimming skills. When I got home from the cut, I had observed that there was quite a few uneven patches on my 'newly' trimmed beard, and a few small areas missed all together.

I have big passion about my Hair-Hair Style and Hair cut. So far I have changed many shops for haircut, as I was never satisfied with their wok and finally I have got haircut at Tommy Guns last night. This professional Hope is the best. She followed exact same instructions of mine even it was closing time with great passion and patience. I have got exact same hair cut and hair style that I wanted, finally my search is ended to find the best place. It almost took me 1 year to achieve this level of hair style which used ruined every time when I get hair cut, but Hope just got it in some time. Thank you very much Hope.

Tommy GUN'S ALL of them have terrible barbers. They seem to be new to cutting hair worst experience I've had everytime I will no longer go to any Tommy guns all of them are terrible. I've been to all Tommy guns in Edmonton none of the barbers can cut hair! Look at my profile pic that is the fade I've gotten to this lady that didn't know how to fade or cut hair jessus. Never go to any Tommy guns go to actual local barbershop instead.

Cleaned up the ol mullet quite nicely even got me some racing stripes. Was my first visit, definitely not my last. Great job.

I got a superb cut from Conrad. He is very friendly, and easily approachable getting you lost in a profound conversation. Before you know it, you will leave the barber shop a new person with a fresh haircut. Highly recommend.

Britt is always amazing! Her work station is clean, she wears her mask at all times, and she's really nice to talk to. She's also incredibly skilled and can accomplish pretty much any hair cut you want. I've been seeing her for 3 years and have never had a bad experience.

I can't believe what I had yesterday. Very disappointed and very sad sad sad. I went there yesterday with my 8 and 7 years old two son. They was very excited to hair cut wich is they wait to 1 year to do that. I'm speak with my kids my first language when she's cut my sons hair"her name is"BNTT" she told me (" Don't speak any other language around me") how come? I told her sorry that is way to understand my kids very vell. Again shes told me to "Look you can speak English speak English right now speak your first language at home". Absolutely immediately I paid my purchase and I take my kids other hair salon. But other stylist and receptions was very helpful thay was very kind. I'm very thankful for them. They make calm down. But I never go again. I wish you will post that.

I checked out this location for the first time last week, as it's close to my work. I arrived shortly before closing time and I was not rushed at all. Bethany took her time, kept me engaged in friendly convo and she would periodically stop and assure that I was happy with her progress. Bethany did an amazing job and gave the exact cut that I had asked for! I was genuinely impressed. I have been to a few TG locations over the last few years, but was never fully satisfied with the overall service. I felt I received that here. I will definitely try these guys out again.

The customer service is excellent. This is the first time in a long time where Someone actually took their time to cut my hair. They didn’t rush to fight for the next customer. I didn’t want a complementary drink but they keep insisting. It was so nice of them. They even asked me if I wanted to watch t.v. I never had that before.

Scalp massage, hair wash and he added something to my scalp to prevent it from flaking so much. Great job Marcus. I will definitely come back again.

I've come here a handful of times now because I have such short hair and I wanted to go somewhere that had knowledge on short hair styles and cuts. The barbers (and front desk people) are always friendly and helpful, and they are equally as talented. I love going to Tommy Gun's! It's also not expensive, thank goodness.

Went here for my step-son's hair cut. It turned out well for the first time. Not sure if I will personally try it myself because I shave my own head. But what they offer looks pretty cool, especially the ipads for the kids while they have to wait.

Ask for Kesha, she's an amazing barber and listens to what you want for your hair. I've been going to her for about a year.
