Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

I used the app to book an appointment and was told that it would be an hour. Not aprox an hour. I was there in 55 min for my appointment and was told that it would be another 49-45 min. That they had let a customer in front of me. I left and came back in 40 min. The manager told me that they tried to call me, which I never even had a missed call on my phone she then told me that they had canceled my booking and would look to see when they could get me in. I guess that they do nor value my buisness, which I got a haircut every 2 weeks. Very poor customer service.

This place is really good, the staff are always so friendly and take the time to do the job right. Even after moving, I still come from Airdrie I've had that good of experiences!

I really dissappointed about my hair. That guys just cut my hair look like unacceptable. He dont have the vision or something to recommend your hair doesn't good if you cut like this. Even though. He cut 2 side of me did not same and my back so 'Ugly' too. Never want to come back again!

After a poor experience, I thought I’d try again. Maybe it was just that particular person. Again had a poor experience, I get that you are paid for each cut, but there’s no need to rush. The cut was nothing like I asked for. Good thing my hair grows so quickly. Last and final visit.

It was my first experience with Tommy gun's and I was blown away by the customer service and haircut I received! It was a very enjoyable experience and I'll be back!

I went for a haircut just to clean up the side and cut the top about an inch. I have been growing out a mallet for about 18 months. The hairdresser ended up cutting my hair on the top 3 inches and shaved the sides way to short. She also cut the back of my head which I said not to do. Completely ruined my hair which I have been growing for a year and a half. I had to go to a different place to fix my hair as I was so embarrassed. The hairdresser at a different location though that I cut my own hair and was laughing of how bad it was. Extremely disappointed in this location and will be never going back.

The service was great and all the staff were very friendly. I got my hair cut done by Angelie and she did a solid job, she even took some time to explain how she went about the cut and gave some tips. Overall it was a great experience.

I always go to TG's now because they have such great staff. Salem gave me an expert haircut and was also great company. Highly recommended.

Everyone here is so friendly I go here every time! I definitely recommend Tyler as he has been cutting my hair the last 4 times I’ve been and I can’t complain about anything. Everyone is so talented and I love coming here to get my haircut. 5 stars!

Maria was fantastic. I hadn't had a haircut in ages, and it was quite long, but she fashioned it perfectly. I told her I needed to look good, as I was going to Paris on a business trip, and she made me a new man! Above and beyond, service. I will be back.

Great staff. Take my kids here for a haircut all the time and they always look good and enjoy the extra perks of soda pop and lollipops. Everyone is really friendly.

Used the online booking program and when I got there my appointment wasn’t in the cue. They were swamped but still managed to fit me in! Great service and great people!

Service I received was great, however I brought my younger brother to get a cut too, and it too was great. But when it came to payment there wasn't a problem with me and I paid for my haircut but they then refused to believe my brother fell under the age of 11, but he was 11. This made me have to pay more money than it should have cost simply because they didn't think he was his age. I don't understand, this was maybe in summer of 2021 so hopefully they've gotten their act together after half a year.

I have been veering my haircuts at the Beacon hill TGs for well over a year now. Angelie has cut my hair every time. She remembers how I like the cut and always has great conversation. Management seems to Dona great job!

Went here a little while ago, overall a 5/5 experience for sure. My barber, (I forgot his name) was outstanding and did a great job! I would highly recommend to anyone.

I always get a great haircut and most importantly a consistent hair cut at Tommy Guns, while I don't often go for the extra services like the straight razor shave they are nice and relaxing for an occassional splurge.

Staff are very courteous and friendly. Appointments are not required if you don’t mind waiting a few minutes. I was taken right away at my last visit.

Nilu was my barber and for the first time and she was very experienced and quick and willing to learn how I like it done.

Awesome! Very friendly staff and probably the most COVID prepared place I have seen thus far. Great haircuts at reasonable prices and I have never had to wait very long. I definitely recommend trying this place out for your next haircut, you won't regret it!

Never seen a poorer haircut anywhere then the haircut they gave our son. Contacted Tommy guns asked for refund still haven't heard back extremely disappointing. UPDATE: After emailing customer service with pictures of the horrendous cut the hairdresser called and will fix the haircut and get a free cut next time thank you Tommy Guns customer service.

Great staff. I have so far had service from Drecyl and Mustafa. I did not give a 5* because of their less than friendly on-line booking tool.

Every time I'm going to Tommy Guns I came out with a big smile, this place is the best in any location in Calgary I have been Tommy's customers since 2014 and always I have a superb service. I highly recommend Tommy Gun's for all the guys.

I forget the ladies name that cut my hair but I hope it’s in the system because it was one of the best haircuts I have had in a long time so I will want to go back to her for sure! She did a perfect double zero to high fade, super clean and she was super nice!

My step-dad comes to this shop once a month or so and always comes home very happy with his hair! He loves the environment that she employees create, and always gets a great haircut! He recommends to all his friends!

The Beacon Hill location is the only place I get my hair cut. Every time I leave satisfied, and their service is second to none. They also have fantastic selection of products at great prices. I cannot recommend this location of Tommy Gun's enough

Ester is absolutely amazing! She genuinely wants to know how I am doing and is so easy to talk to, it makes the time go by so fast when I’m getting my haircut. I won’t go to anyone else!

I have been going here for close to a year now, fantastic service, great value, phenomenal quality, and by far the best cuts I have ever had in my life. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in a heart beat.
