I was able to use the app and find a short wait time and my kids got exactly the cuts they wanted (they were happy with them). The kid that wasn't getting a cut was entertained with the games and pop. Always a great experience!

It was ok. Been there a few times. Next time, better comminication. My son was not happy, a second lady had to fix it, where he was happy. Thank goodness for her. Just will know better for next time.

Is been nearly 5 years since I visited a barbershop. Glad I picked this place. Friendly staff, great head message when getting washed. Great work on the cleaning up of my self hair cuts.

This place used to be good but now there terrible every time I go there they mess up and they cut it way to short I always tell them exactly what want and I say take out a little at a time if it's to much then cut more but they always just cut to much off this last time I went there they cut off about 4 inches and I asked for a trim and this lady cut the back of my neck 2 times

Today an Asian woman attended me and the truth is that I had never had my hair cut so badly, I explained to her several times what I wanted and the result was very bad, I didn't say anything to her because I was already very sorry and I didn't want to make her feel bad

I went in to buy beard supplies which I don’t have a lot of knowledge in and the manager assisted me in picking the right products for me. She opened up new containers just so I could smell them and decide if I liked them. The customer service I received there was honestly second to none. I’ll be back for that reason alone. Well done Tommy Guns on choosing the perfect manager to run your store.

This is this second time i took my boyfriend here the first time they cut it not short enough and the second time which was today he got someone that didn’t really even speak english and gave him a completely different hair cut from what he walked in with not happy:/ will not be coming back.

Checked in and it showed 2 hours wait time for hair dresser. Showed up and got bumped; waited 3.5 hours before getting in.

Terrible hair cut. Didn’t listen to what I said. Even worse beard trim. Again didn’t listen to what I said. Square shape. Whatever you do. Not round. Leave with a too high jaw line round beard. Horrible place. Just moved here. Will never be back. And will spread the word.

Droped rating to 3. Last few attempts to get in for a cut have been less than impressive. Don't know whats going on with the check-in system, but checking in with a ~1 hour check-in estimate and getting a text 3 hours later, or not at all is not acceptable. Last straw was the lack of any kind of interest in customer service at the desk this aft. Scalp massages are great, but time to move on to a more reliable and less expensive shop.

My 9 year old got his hair cut and loves it! He is anxious about getting a haircut so it was quite kind when we went in. The girl that cut his hair was really good with him and his haircut is fantastic!

Best haircutting experience of my life. I've been to a few barber shops and had a basic haircut before but this was nothing like that. Right off the bat when you walk in the door you're greeted by friendly staff and offered a beverage while you wait. The place is very clean and has many hair/beard products. Exceptionally affordable for what you get, I was amazed by the pricing (how cheap things are for the 5 star quality). I'll definitely be returning and recommending this shop to anyone looking for a great haircut/shave.

It was refreshing to get a great haircut and actually have a stylist listen to me for what I needed done.

I brought my 11 year old son for a hair cut. He hadn’t been in over two years and was exceptionally nervous. From the minute we walked in the front staff put him right at ease, talked to him about the picture he had brought in and gave suggestions. The barber took her time, was patient and did a tremendous job. I was very happy with his cut, but more importantly my son loved it!

Love it! Sometimes varies between hair dressers but for the most part it's an amazing experience. Head massage while getting hair washed, neck massage when getting a nexk shave and face massage when getting a hot shave! It's basically a mini spa day for dudes! Been going there for about 8 years give or take and will never go anywhere else!

Staff was friendly. I use Tommy guns in a few different locations. Haven't had a terrible experience at any of them.

This particular location was pretty busy when I booked the appointment. Got me in earlier than expected and were speedy while doing the cut. I had to get home for the oilers playoff game after all.

Love coming here regardless of any wait times. Tommy in St. Albert is always efficient when making sure everyone gets in for a haircut. Staff are always friendly even if its busy. They make time for your questions or just to chat.

Great place and atmosphere, the people are very nice and welcoming. I always see the same young lady by the name of Janice! And I have no doubt that everyone there is great at what they do. But when you have a good source. Most people don't change stylists if they can help it. And I'm not picky just make me look better. Job well done! Thank you

Azam is very patient and makes sure the hair cut is perfect before she lets me go. I like the service Azam gives so much that I bring my 5 and 6 year old for their hair cuts as well.

As a new customer I was pleased with my hair cut. The overall experience was great. I will be coming back for my next cut.

Showed up for an appointment and was told it was a 1 hour wait. Which I had no issue with and went shopping for about 45 minutes and showed back up. After an hour and 20 minutes from the original time and watching someone come in without an appointment cut in front of me was offered 10 dollars off and told it would be another 20 minutes

Excellent staff and short wait times! I've been going to this Tommy Gun's for about 20+ haircuts/beard trims and have had a great experience every time. Alena in particular provides some of the best grooming services around; from a simple buzzcut to a hot shave she creates a relaxed environment that allows you to fully enjoy your treatment. You will walk away refreshed and soothed.

Always get a high quality hair cut. I have had cuts from a few different staff and all were really good. Staff are friendly and treat you like a king. They have a great setup for waiting. Getting a drink of your choice after the cut is also a nice little perk. Super satisfied every time I go for a cut at tommy guns.

I was greeted right away by the friendly staff, and I was served immediately after I registered my name, probably because it was just opening. I like that I get shampoo and conditioner with a scalp massage (very relaxing), followed by a rinse after the cut. The built in televisions were a nice feature but a friendly chat with the stylist goes a long way. Afterwards the stylist recommended some hair products and I was asked if I wanted a beverage after as well. All things great from a satisfied client.

Good experience overall. Fair wait time (40 minutes), but awesome waiting area. Once I was in the chair I was helped by a staff member (Heather) who knew exactly what look I wanted. The haircut and wash treatment afterwards were very well done.
All staff were very friendly, prices were reasonable and I will be back.

Hair dresser cut hair to specifications and was very diligent about any additional missed hairs after wash and dry. I opted for a clean cut this time and was very pleased with experience. As always the included head and neck massage were great and made me feel relaxed.
