Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

I have been going to this Tommy guns for years and I always get great haircuts here from the hair dressers however their times for check in never goes well. The app always says a different time and then they call you to come in at a different time than the app says. Then you come in and you sit there for another 20 minutes before you are told you can sit in the chair. Today I booked in and the app said it would be an hour and 45 min wait (which would end up being 7: 15) which I was fine with as I could eat dinner and get out of my work clothes. I then get a call saying to come for 6: 20-6: 30 and I can get in even a little after I said ok great I’ll be there for 6: 20 and now it is 6: 50 and I am still sitting here waiting for a haircut and was told that it’s now subject to change for the wait times as it’s walk in and it could still be 5 minutes. To me this makes absolutely no sense to even bother calling a customer to tell them to come in early and then not accommodate them and to tell them they can wait or they can leave lol. I should have just came at 7: 15 like the app said.

I was now told I can get 5$ off.lol.

Update. My hairdresser was amazing which made my experience today a little bit better and at the end of my haircut I got 10$ off.

My husband has been getting his hair and beard trimmed at the Manning location for a while now and we decided to take our 2.5 year old son there for his first professional hair cut last night and they did such a great job. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who cut his hair, but she was so great with him and his cut looks soooo cute! Will definitely be back.

Don’t bother with this place, it has gone downhill lately. They keep bumping you even when you have an appointment. As the lady at reception told me and i quote” walk-ins are priority”

Go to Namao instead way better service

Very professional service! I brought my immune compromised son for a haircut and the hairdresser offered to wear a mask even though there is no mandate for masks anymore. We really appreciate the consideration and care. We will definitely be back.

Gimmics aside, this is one of the best places to go for a haircut. Even just getting a buzz cut my hair is terribly unmanageable and every stylist here seems to be able to get it looking great, which is a challenge most other barbers seems to fail. I will happily keep coming back.

The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the price. They certainly charge a premium for their atmosphere, but I am personally willing to pay it for the fact that they can do what I need.

I always see Ceilidh when I go in and it’s always a very pleasant and enjoyable time, she does excellent work all I need to do is show her a picture and let her talent do the rest.

I have been to this Tommy Guns location many times and have always had a pleasant experience. The people cutting my hair and shaving are always polite and give me exactly what I want.

I enjoy getting my haircut at Tommy Gunns, Manning Crossing. The staff is very friendly. My barber Cassidy and is awesome. She is very professional and helpful. The little extras are great and one of the reasons I keep coming back.

My second time here and although the price is a little higher than most places the service and attention to what your having done is like NO where else I’ve been in a long time, Kaylee was very nice to talk to and very attentive to the customer. She definitely gets a thumbs up

Took my son for a haircut a while back. Was booked in and when we got there they told us we were bumped as the owners friend came in and my son was bumped. Called to complain and they apologized for the error only to have it done again. Last week he was booked in, just as he arrived in the parking lot (after leaving work early) he gets a phone call to say they bumped him an hour. No reason why. Once, twice but three times? Extremely poor customer service as this continues to happen regularly. I can’t do a zero star rating but for customer service it’s definitely a zero which is too bad as they have some great stylists there. Will not return to any Tommy Guns location.

This place is fantastic. I'm Trans/Non-Binary, so I always have a really hard time finding a hairdresser that respects my gender and will agree to cut my hair how I want. But the people here weren't transphpbic and actually listened to what I wanted. Jen was my hairdresser and she did a phenomenal job!

One of the stylists (the one that cut my youngest kid’s hair) was so nice, chatting with him, washing his hair he felt so good and he’s only 5 lol he loved the experience and so did I

Poor booking process leading to long wait times. Need to have a better grip on booking, so double and triple booking does not happen. Usually a great place with great service otherwise. Booked for 5 o'clock and am still in my truck at 6pm

Good service. Great cut. I have been going to this location for over three years. The people change but the service remains. I like that they offer a veteran discount but I would still go without.

They have done a great job putting me at ease with their COVID protocols. At a time when a haircut itself is a bit of a luxury, the made it feel like a 30 minute spa day.

My comments disappeared somehow. This was my first visit here. Everything about the experience waa great. Very cool atmosphere. Every person I dealt with was awesome. Super friendly and professional. Great job! I will be back.

Horrible experience went in to buy some products.got over charged.looked at my receipt when I got to my car before I noticed.went back in and the receptionist argued with me telling me I was wrong.and wouldn't refund me, even tho it was like 2 min, said the only thing they could do was give me a gift card.an hour later finaly the manager got back to me and gave me a refund for the overcharged amount. Don't know what ever happened to customer service, specially when the economy is the way it is. BUT I do know I will never go back clearly they don't need the business if that's the way they treat customers.

100% Satisfaction. For 2 years I was getting my haircut at West Ed and just about every single time I was not happy with there work. I finally decided to try somewhere new. And man I wish I did sooner. For only $10 more I finally got the haircut experience and results I wanted. Two Thumbs up for Tommy Guns!

I’ve been shaving my head for almost 10yrs now! And this was the first time I trusted someone to give me a hot shave. Ciara was amazing! Not only did she do such a great job (better than I ever have lol) she was a gem to talk to and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. 12 out of 10 job. Definitely recommend seeing Ciara!

I go here bi-monthly. Good atmosphere, kind staff. Book in by phone, don't walk in. So good the wait times can be bothersome otherwise.
