If your looking for you 16 year old to get rolled with a Lloyd/Harry horrible haircut at $43 then this is your place. His stylist enjoyed chatting about his motorbike and bragging that he has such a passion for his job but honestly I think a little more training is required, also there was no option not to tip. I can’t believe we paid for this because he came home and we had to fix it for him.

Also, we aren’t interested in coming back for a ‘redo’ when it wasn’t done right the first time.

I am not sure the name of the lady. But she said that she is Korean. She just messed up my hair and beard so bad that I have to book another appointment to another barber. She doesnt understand anything. You tall her one thing and she does something else by saying this will look nice but she doesnt know how to cut is evenly.

Everyone was so friendly! I’m female and it was my first time going to a barber - I was made to feel very welcome. The barber (Tony) was so kind and was able to do the exact style I wanted. I’m definitely going back!

Book with T$ (Tony) if you want a super slick haircut for your little dude - helped us learn a proper cut and comb to tame the rooster tail - Thanks man!

My last experience with Heba was great but I've had 2 or 3 different barbers before here and they've all been excellent!

Every time I check in at this location they call right away and say they are available right now I show up and end up waiting 30 minutes plus they should just switch to appointments so at least you know when you were supposed to be there

Never had a bad haircut from here, everyone's friendly and professional. The selection of products is vast and employees are happy to help you find what's right for you.

I brought my 8 years old son to get a hair cut, they stylist is a Korean lady, she couldn’t understand the most basic requests from client, I even showed her some pictures as examples but she kept saying she doesn’t understand and couldn’t do it, and required me to stay outside. Her attitude was rude and ignorant, we left and won’t come back again. I would like to give them zero star if I could.

The hairdresser was VERY understanding with my sons condition (Autism). He was screaming throughout the haircut and most people would have refused to cut is hair, but she was very good and trying to comfort him and keep going. I didn’t get her name, but the Market Mall Calgary location is where she was great with my son. I was also impressed with the guy that cut my other sons hair, he did a great job.

Absolutely love it here! My son has been coming to this location for a while now for his regular cuts and he’s always received excellent service from reception to management to barbers. The whole crew treats him so well even when he has to wait for an opening but he’s never complained about the wait as the company is always friendly and welcoming. Best of all, they respect him for his Asks and engage with him throughout the whole experience!
When asked, he proclaims firmly that this is his ‘favourite’ Tommy Gun’s anywhere he’s been!

This place is fire. The friendly staff give this barbershop a chill vibe, and everyone is very nice. George is a real one, he was very chill and even understood my hair better than I did. I'll definitely come by again.

Not as good as it used to be, but still a really good barbershop. A little inconsistency amongst quality of barbers.

They've always been great, but one time with a new hairstylist, they decided to do something without asking me first and shaved my hair line back, which made me look very weird. They reached out and wanted to make things right and offered that my next haircut would be free. Thank you very much for the offer. The moral of the story is to just be very clear in what you want and ask the stylist to run things past you before proceeding. Mistakes happen, and I hope everyone learned from this.

Good location and friendly receptionist. Overall experience is bad in term of hair cutting, the hair cutting skill is far below my expectation, my son had an haircut, the stylist messed up his original hair style, just simply cut it short and the hair line is not even.

Fantastic, I got a haircut while my hair is long but I wanted it to grow out even. The barber did an amazing job, it took about 50 minutes and I am very satisfied. They also offer a complimentary beverage when your cut is complete. I think the price was maybe a bit more than the average but I also feel like the haircut was better than I am used to.

The barber wasn't confident had to brush my hair myself because she thought it should be a comb over and by no means am I balding.

The Manager and Stylist at Tommy Gun's went above and beyond yesterday to help us through a hair crisis, staying past shift to rescue a teenage boy from a terrible mushroom bob from a Barbershop in West Calgary. The stylist was incredibly skilled and put my son at ease. He walked out with ball cap hockey hair and a great big smile of relief. You have gained his trust and a new loyal customer. We can't thank you enough!

My son had haircut today by Erin. He is 21 and never had such a bad haircut. He is very nice and did not want to complain or come back to ask to fix it. I know it just a hair: (

Amazing experience at the Crowfoot location. Front of house was welcoming, and Michelle who cut my hair was incredible. Will be returning.

I used to LOVE this location. But the last SEVERAL visits the service has gone down hill. We were just refused for service because they were “full”. Our son has sensory issues and this was the only place he would let them cut his hair. However the online booking service let us book and select the stylist and the type of cut we wanted. When we went the place was DESERTED but completely clean. The receptionist then argued with us saying we didn’t book in. We even tried showing her the screen that let us. I am totally ok with walking away if they were full and busy. But clearly the staff was just eager to head out early. Again I would be able to understand that but the way we were treated as if we are liars is unacceptable. It was literally a child hair cut that would have taken all of 5 minutes and I would have swept the floor for them. Please be transparent and don’t lie to customers who have been using your services for years. It’s insulting. A simple apology would have been sufficient instead of rudely arguing as if we are lying.

I only get my hair and beard cut at this location, and only by Becca. I love her attitude and demeanor.

Sarah was so great. She gave my son a perfect cut. She’s talented and so great with kids. The staff here are so lovely and friendly. I’ve brought my son about 5 times and always had a positive experience.

0 Star! Very Disappointed and ignorant experience. Somehow the Hair Stylist lady was manage to messed up my Son eyebrow while doing his haircut. It’s seems she was in rush and didn’t care much and wants to take as much as clients possible. Honestly, this is unbelievable and never happened before… We had decent experience in the past at this place but ridicules experience this time. I was very specific with her before she started haircut for my Son. Sorry I don’t have the name of this hair stylist - please be aware when you getting hair cut at this place. This hairstylist did not apologize at all and ignored her mistake. Very very poor customer service. I hope she don’t messed with anyone else child eyebrows in the future: (

I saw Becca and she left me with an amazing haircut and beard trim, I'll never see another barber for as long as I can!

Normally great, but then I check and get told 25-30 mins, wait 30mins come back and check the board seeing my name and 25min eta. Wait around the mall then come back and have the receptionist lie to me and say I was never on the list… 1 flight and a $40 cab for an hour of waiting for no notification or anything about canceling.

The staff were friendly and cared that My son liked his hair cut. We will definitely come back.
