Past experience is really great but straight disappointed today due to really bad customer service. Check in at 1215ish, aware theres is a 2 hour wait, came back at 1410, guy customer service told me that wait time is 30 min. Decided to sat down and wait for 15 min. The guy customer service ask for my name and told me that i have to wait for another hour… which i have decided to cancel it because who know Il have to wait another hour again for just a haircut…. Great barbers you got there, but the guy customer service just didnt seem to care at all cause probably he thinks that there will be always a new customer even if I left the store.

Walked in and asked if I could get a cut right away. I was told yes, 2 patrons were getting a cut and within a few minutes one was done, paid and left. The stylist working on that patron went and assisted the other stylist while I waited another 5 minutes with 2 stylists working on one patron. After a few more minutes I just left. They phoned me a half hr later saying they could get me in now. That's what they meant by right away. 45 minutes right away

If you want a “fade” I would highly not recommend. I get my hair cut every 2 weeks and my local barber is out of town, so I decided to get crazy. Should have let it grow out longer I guess.

They really did my dirty with that cut. I asked for a trim but instead I got my hair style completely changed

My kids love this place I find it really expensive but pay for service and quality so that will be up to you to decide great staff and great atmosphere

You can’t go wrong with Tommy guns. Been going there for 8 years and have only ever had one okayish experience, the rest were all great! I wish my hair grew faster for the head massage alone.

Great experience bringing my nephew for his first hair cut. The barbers were very patient and accommodated what would usually be a scary scenario for a 3 year old.

They got me in right fast. My haircut turned out exactly how I wanted it. They even offer you a drink afterwards. Loved it

Nicole from the Medicine Hat location cut my hair. I was a bit hesitant as I have been having my haircut by Helen for the past couple of years however, she is now on maternity leave. I really should have had no fears whatsoever, Nicole was friendly listened to what I wanted and took pride in her work…. Super happy and my next appointment will be booked with Nicole. Okay so i left a review a while ago after a bad beard trim but i went back to give em a second chance and the girl who cut my hair did a spectacular job on the beard and hair (probably the best job on my beard ive ever gotten) so im changing my review to five stars and ill just assume my previous experience was a one off bad day.

This is the first time I have attended Tommy Gun's. A close friend recommended them to me. I have to say that my haircut and beard trim was excellent. I do wish I could remember the lady that gave me the cut and trim. Besides the excellent work, her personality and professionalism was nothing short of excellent. I'm very happy.

My son had his first hair cut and I was so nervous but our stylist Kennedy was absolutely amazing! I look forward to taking my son back to her for his next one! 10/10 would recommend her!

I wanted a crew cut and asked for her opinion. Helen shared her opinion and I really appreciate it. The way she cut my hair was so professional and I love how it turned out. Helen does quality haircuts and takes her time to make sure her client is satisfied.

I moved to MH in June and started going to Tommy Gunns as it had been years since I’ve been to one. Service has always been good, but my visit yesterday was the best I have ever had. Assistant manager Kristen was my hair professional. She wasn’t rushed, she addressed my concerns, conversation was enjoyable and not forced and overall created a very positive experience. I was always planning to return, but will be asking for her specifically from now on. Thanks Kristen!

I love Tommy guns. Great service. The girls there are great. Great with my two boys, 3&6. The one thing I think is a bit much is the price of hair cuts for young kids. $42 to cut my 3&6 yr old is a bit pricy.

Got another good haircut and beard trim from the Tommy Guns chain. Usually go in Calgary but am working out of town so gave the Medicine Hat location a go. Professional staff.

Overall it’s a decent establishment, but my go-to barber and hair stylist Nicole Ellis is why I’ve been a customer at TG’s over the past two years! She’s wonderfully proficient and professional! If you’re in Medicine Hat and need a new stylist to cut your hair and trim your beard, look no further than Nicole E at Tommy Guns!

Usually a great place to get a haircut. Service is great and people are friendly but I got a terrible haircut. The fade wasn't faded at all and the line was visible. I'm sure this experience doesn't speak to the rest of the barbers here, but I beleive everyone of their staff should be vetted and qualified to perform the job at a high level, and unfortunately based off my experience, it wasn't the case here. Proceed with caution
