Been going here when i am in the city. Its my go to place to get my hair cut done. Great staff, in and out as well as they pay attention to the details you want done. Great price as well as location. Fair price and great hours. Cant go wrong. As well as great member perks & products. Worth checking out if you haven’t been. Love the service.

Absolutely excellent! I regret missing his name but he was a very good barber and kept everything clean throughout the haircut and beard trim didn’t have to worry about hair all over me when I left and he was very engaging and friendly as well very cool guy to have met on our trip tommy guns always keeps excellent crews

Brittany C took the time to ask my son exactly what he wanted before she started cutting his hair and treated him with professionalism, kindness and respect. He received a very high quality haircut and she even showed him how to style it at home.

I have been going to Tommy Guns for a number of years, I love the service and atmosphere. Over the past year I have been exclusive to JM at Prairie Mall location. His service is over the top from start to finish. Such a friendly greeting, Fantastic head massage, meticulous cut and great memory! (I don’t even have to ask for anything, he knows exactly what I want and has flawless execution every time!) JM is certainly the outstanding employee Tommy Gun’s should recognize:)

I often get my cuts when working in Vancouver or the US as I am fairly particular with my fade and beard trims. Going to Tommy Guns was on a recommendation, and asking for JM was the best decision I’ve made in my 12 years getting cuts in Grande Prairie. JM is a serious professional, and outdid himself by giving me one of the best full service custom cuts and beard trims I’ve had to date. I will be back, and I will definitely be sharing my experience. Tommy Guns has finally brought in the big guns!

My son had a great time we will be coming back I don't remember the lady's name but she had blonde hair and glasses and was so nice it's funny because we actually have a friend that's your cousin and he recommended you

I had a great experience in the Grande Prairie mall location. I just explained which style I wanted and the stylist worked with me till I found a style and length that I found preferable. They offer soft drinks or water before and after the cut. Very quick and professional, 10/10 would recommend!

Not Your Normal Barber Shop. Walked In First Time. Had a Bit Of A Wait. Lady Cut My Hair, showed her i showed her a idea for my hair cut. She was quick, friendly and my hair cut came out great. The price its worth it. They go the extra mile as well as varity of products you can by from beard products/shaving/hair as well as state of the art tech (tvs in the mirrors). And perks 10 hair cuts and the 11th free. You really cant go wrong. If i am in the area i go back again.

The reason for the poor rating is due to the unwelcoming attitude of the receptionist who worked on 02-05-2022 afternoon, I went for a haircut that day and the receptionist informed me that there will be a waiting time of approximately 30-45 minutes so, I went for shopping and came back after 40 minutes then there was a different receptionist at the desk and she told me that I have to wait for another 30-40 minutes and when I informed her I already waited for 40 minutes then she told me I have to wait again with No reasoning and with an attitude, I ended up waiting for more than 1 hour 30 minutes, even though the receptionist wasn't welcoming, the barber who helped me was a professional with really good Customer service and he deserves 5 stars but due to the poor Customer service at the reception, I am giving them a star and will never go back again.

If I could give a 0 star I would. We brought our son, he was fussy because he was scared. We got asked to leave before his hair cut even started. I was humiliated and upset. I gave my son the benefit of the doubt and brought him to another place, he was much better!
Maybe if staff had patience and a comforting approach my kid would not have screamed and cried. I think you should evaluate your service to kids, your staff clearly do not have patience, time or the personality to offer jr.hair cuts.
We will never be back. Thankfully I realized the poor service we actually received, and we found a establishment elsewhere who treats us with upmost respect as paying customers.

VANGIE was really nice and very patient with my 4 year old. The haircut itself was pretty fitting and good. The crew especially the front ones are really nice and had greeted every customer politely.

I have been taking my 6 year old son to Tommy Guns for his last few haircuts and couldn't be happier. They are always friendly, very knowledgeable and skilled.

Got my haircut from a filipino who is working there and all i can say is finally a barber who knows what they doin’. I asked for certain haircut and showed them the picture and it just don’t look exactly the same but way so much better! Would recommend and ill get back as soon as my hair will grow up lol

They very professional and do a great job. I got a hair cut and straight razor shave. They did awesome. I will be back for sure.

Told the Female Barber what I wanted She started out with good conversation and did an excellent job cutting the hair to my expectations. Told her I would definitely be back to see her again. The rest of the staff was very Helpful and the look and feel of the shop was very Tommy The Barber. There was lots of items for sale such as Shampoo, gels, Razors and shaving kits etc. Everything you need to stay fresh and clean shaving. Very good haircut

Good vibes, fast and clean service. I'm not exactly a social butterfly and haven't had my hair done since before covid, I feel like the guy who did my hair picked up on it and was very laid back with me. Made me feel relaxed. Good place to go if it's been along time and your apprehensive.
