Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

Great experience! Getting shampooed, It felt like she had 6 hands. Amazing! She smiled and talked through the whole haircut. I have no idea what she was saying but seemed really friendly. I did make out here and there that she was saying maka yu hansome. Definitely going back!

I had an unfortunate experience at Tommy Guns Barbershop. The service was highly disappointing, leaving me with no choice but to give it a two-star rating. The barbers seemed uninterested and rushed, showing a lack of attention to detail. Despite clearly communicating my desired haircut, the final result was far from satisfactory. The overall experience left me feeling dissatisfied and unlikely to return. I would caution others to explore alternative options for a better barber experience in Airdrie.

Too expensive, went from $30 including tip, to $45 including tip within 2 years. To steep an increase from me.

Always nice to sit back, relax and let them take care of me. The scalp massage with shampoo is especially nice!

Have been using Tommy Gun's for many years. Every barber has a different style, but they can usually figure out what kind of cut I'm after, and I leave happy.

Can't say that about Joy at the Airdrie Main Street location though! She argued with me about what I requested, then proceeded to butcher my hair and made minimal effort to adjust things. She concluded with "well, what you asked for doesn't really look good, and it's too late to fix it now. "

Felt like someone trying to teach a lesson on lingo rather than be a professional. Steer clear of this one!

Perfect length until my barber changed their mind and cut it an extra inch and a half shorter this has happened multiple times

Joy has been cutting my hair at Sierra springs Tommy Guns for over two years now, she consistently cuts a perfect fade for me and has lots of knowledge on hair to help me out.

I didn't receive the full treatment that I paid for but the manager contacted me and gave me a full refund and offered me a discount on the next cut. This is exceptional treatment and I will continue to use this place for being willing to admit their failure and going the extra mile to correct it.

My experience at this location was beyond any expectation by far. The comfort and professionalism was exceeded as well. I had a bad experience at a different location, came here and my barber took exceptionally good care of me. (wish I had gotten her name) I will now forever return to this location in Airdrie due to the quality of service. Walking away happy, refreshed and looking stunningly sharp is all more the reason to do so. A big thanks to my barber and the Airdrie location team. See you in a couple weeks.

It’s not a cheap place but I never feel I have not received full value for the money!

Tommy guns is a great place…. For a bad haircut, all the barbers don’t listen to what u actually want.instead they go for the classic short side and long top. For the quality of hair cuts they give the price is wayyyy over priced.it’s kinda like the Mcdonald’s of haircuts!
