Good cut friendly service the only thing that was a bit ridiculous was the price I got the sides cut and it was almost 30 bucks for that? Really bit much

Skyler was fantastic! I was cutting off 2 years of growth and Skyler gave me the exact cut from the pictures I showed him. The check in process is awful though. The next time I want a cut, I want a specific person to cut it, but instead I'll have to base my entire day off on hopefully seeing if I can get the person I want. I should be able to make an appointment

My brother went in and had the best experience! Abigail (I believe was her name) was amazing and so sweet. He loved his hair after and got exactly what he asked for. My brother will definitely be back!

One of the ladies at the customer service was rude. No one offered me drinks, not like I needed any but I noticed them giving and asking other customers if they wanted a drink. Maybe they are just hating on me coz I am female as the other customers were all male. Or maybe that lady was racist as I am black, hard to tell. Also the one lady that provided my mum the haircut did quick cut and is like done, even though she took more time snipping and snapping at the male guy with no hair that she did b4 us. It was horrible experience.

The front desk staff was very helpful in determining what I wanted. The barber also did an awesome job even though she was short supply. I went from geek to geek with chic hair. Because somethings just don't change.

My boyfriend went in for a haircut first thing this morning and the girl at reception was amazing! Despite the wait times she handled everything very well and got my boyfriend in very quickly! He’ll definitely be back!

Used to come here all the time, and it was great, but recently I tried coming here 3x after work and couldn't do it because they don't take appointments and you apparently need to come in 2-3 hours before they close for them to put you on an extremely long line. What good is it being open until 9 if you still need to come before 7 to maybe get service?

The quality of the service dropped IMMENSELY in the span of a few months. New manager doesn't seem to care about the business or customer retention.

My hairdresser Isabelle was an amazing stylist. Personally, the kindest and had the best experience I've had yet at Tommy guns. I suggest you go see her if you want a great haircut and overall enjoyable experience. She is lovely. I went back for a second cut. This place is the bee's knees, the cat's pajamas. Great friendly service from the moment you walk through the door. And that one barber lady Shaundra has the skills to cut your hair with a lawnmower and have you coming out looking like Ryan Reynolds.

Usually hit up this location and see Abigail. I'm super particular about my faicial hair and look and this fine lady nails it everytime! She is super attentive to what I've asked for so I am happy to return as she knows exactly what I like. I consider myself a bit of a fashionista by male standards and she makes me look goooooood. 100 percent recommend this place and Abigail in particular, she will listen to you and work with you to get you the results you want. ABI SLAYS!

This is my go-to location for haircuts. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who can even work with people that don't exactly know what they want done. They even bring out the heated towels!
Large selection of hair care products for sale here too, and I love that they have free drinks while you wait.
This place offers high quality cuts for a very reasonable price.

Kristina gives me the best haircuts. I've been going to her for over a year now. She is a total professional, attention to detail is next to none and is one of the friendliest people I've met in a long time. It's hard to find a barber that gives you exactly what I ask for but Kristina nails it everytime. She's the best!

I've been going to this location since they first opened up. I like that they serve you drinks while you're waiting to get your haircut, and they recently got a coffee maker as well, so that's pretty awesome. Plus, if you're looking for facial hair grooming products, this is one of the only places in town that has them in store.
As far as the actual haircut experience, I've found it really depends on which barber you get. Most are good, some are not, and some are absolutely phenomenal.
My recommendation is to try and remember the name of which barber you are impressed with and make sure you book with them, that way you have a consistent experience every time!

I had a hair cut and beard done twice in this place. First time the barber screw up up beard. The next time I had another lady who screw up my hair cut. Although in the two occasions I showed them pictures of how I want my hair and beard to be like. This is going to be my last time in this place and plus it is expensive compared to other barbershop!

Tommy Guns provides amazing customer service! The staff there are great, from the person that greets you to the individual that cuts your hair does an excellent job and provides top notch service. A Big Shout Out to Allan and the staff at the brewery District!
