So there I was, busily sticking my fingers into the tins of hair product, when a sales associate jumps right out at me and says "Okay so what do you need? "

It was excellent, she brought me open cans I could stick my grubby hands into instead of the new ones, helped me find a tin of clay that worked perfectly for me, and promptly ushered my handsy-buty right out.

Ten out of ten experience, would come here again for hair product

Went to get my beard shaped and a trim on the sides from a 1 to a 0, basically Went there for a beard trim, after 5 mins of trimming the sides i asked if she would be trimming my beard i was told no someone else would be and I have to wait, then the hostess came and said the person who shapes beards just took a hair cut and I'll be waiting 30 mins. I said no thanks, they charged me 40 bucks and said sorry. Don't recommend this over priced under skilled establishment abosulte trash

Had a great experience at tommy guns the other day. I was looking for a skin fade, something I'd never really had done before- everything turned out great and even cleaned up my beard on top. Ill be returning in the future for sure

Amazing place and amazing people! My barber was easy to talk to and no awkward phases where there was silence! Highly recommend!

Absolute worst place to get your haircut, untrained unskilled and overpriced had to pay a different barber to fix my haircut

I support a young man with down syndrome and every time he comes in for a hot shave, the staff are always so welcoming & inviting! They do such a great job & leave him feeling so confident! He truly loves his experience! Highly recommend!

Went here with my boyfriend today, was told there was a five minute wait. We waited over 35 minutes for someone to come even talk to us with no apologies. At checkout was told we had 80% off and it still totalled $25. Defiantly a lack of customer service and communication.

Cut was great, people are always friendly and the massage is always a nice cherry on top of it all.

Good customer service, professional staff. I alternate between Jenny at Oliver and Isabelle (sp?) at Sherwood Park - both excellent, would recommend.

So.my fiance asked for short on the sides and about a 2 on top so he can style it.his stylist proceeded to BUZZ the top of his head, before he could even object he had a line down the middle of his head! He's absolutely devastated and embarrassed to take his hat off in public. They absolutely ruined his hair right before our vacation. He has been here countless times and the ONLY stylist who can actually cut hair is Joey. Every other stylist has completely ignored his requests, and butchered his hair. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star.

Cut hair way way way way way way way way way way way too short. Was explicit in 2 inches off the top. She took 5.

On the expensive side, but the service is good and the staff are friendly.

Got a buzz cut, beard trim and scalp treatment from Maria she is a very nice filipina.she was very attentive with very soft hands, I think the scalp massage was the part! Will be booking with her again soon. The other staff were also very helpful and nice.

Rude manager, doesn't listen well and is very dismissive. Barbers and stylists are nice and friendly, do a decent job. Wouldn't recommend due to combative
and unprofessional manager however.

The barber was excellent. She figured out the perfect style and cut for me. Also, she showed me how to style my hair.
