Unbelievable service and caring from all staff. I can tell this this store has a top level manager who absolutely cares about quality of services and client satisfaction. There is no other place that even compares to Tommy Gun’s in Okotoks!

First time in Tommy Guns. I wish I could remember the name of my barber, but she was fantastic! My experience there was a great one. The woman who cut my hair was fairly new to the profession, but you'd never know. She did a great job and I am very happy with my style. Also my barber had awesome vibes and is a great conversationalist.

My boys always see Byron and Becca. They’re both amazing, great at cutting hair and always listen to what my boys want. Highly recommend.

Booked app online. Got there and found out stylist was on break. Rescheduled later and in day and when I got there was told she'll be 5 min. I waited 20min with no one saying anything, and I walked out. Disappointed

Had never heard of this barbershop, but we were on vacation and my kid really needed a haircut. We dropped in, and within 5 minutes someone was helping us. We met a great barber who actually listened to my 14yr old explain what they wanted, and gave them the best haircut that they have ever had! This shop is outstanding and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a great cut!

My son has sensory issues and haircuts have always been traumatic for him. This is the first place to show him patience and understanding and teach him about the clippers so he wasn’t scared of them and we managed a successful haircut with no screaming or tears. They made it a fun experience for him and we will definitely be back again.

So, I am personally not a client of tommy guns, but my son is 6 and he is. Last visit when we were in I noticed a new face and the barber AJ did an AMAZING job on my son’s hair. He was so attentive and kept my son happy the entire time. He spent time with him and the quality was certainly a cut above what we’ve had in the past. I didn’t write a review after that, but tonight my husband was in and was assigned to AJ and his cut was also amazing. People need to be recognized for their talent and this is the best way I can share our experience. Thanks AJ!

Came in for a cut, got the type of cut I'd expect at a Tommy Gun's. There is a reason I don't regularly go to TG's but I was staying in Okotoks and needed a cut. My regular place is in the NW of Calgary and I didn't want to drive that far, probably should have driven.

Little attention was paid to my cut. No attempt to keep an even cut was made with the clippers. No attempt to blend my cut into my beard was made. Minimal product was used when I requested product be used in my hair.

The only saving grace? The girl working the front counter! I was in need of a new beard oil and she was fantastic. She gathered up all the samples from the back and discussed each with me helping me find an oil I liked and that would work well with my beard.

I love that everyone was really friendly and courteous! Haircuts were done very well and just like we wanted! Prices were not outrageous and everyone there was great with kids too!
