I have been to a few different places to have my beard trimmed and have even been to this location before and was pleased with the service. Yesterday I went to get my beard trimmed again the lady was very careful and thorough. She definitely above and beyond my expectations. She asked how short I wanted to go and if I wanted the cheeks shaved down as well as the neck. In the past I've had people just start cutting without asking me about how I'd like it styled so I was very happy when she checked with me before doing anything. The attention to detail was fantastic and my beard has never looked so good. I got a text the next day asking for a review and I happily wrote one and mentioned that I wished I had gotten the barber's name so I could book with her in the future. The shop called me a few hours later to tell me that her name was MJ and that they would mark it on my file for next time. I am very pleased right now with the customer service from everyone involved. I hope that the same staff is there next time I need a trim.

Have been seeing Corinna here for a few years along with my son. Both of us always come out looking fresh and snappy after she listens to what we're looking for and makes it happen. The app is glitchy sometimes and it's harder to get in to see a certain stylist but patience pays off as she's worth the wait.

Yesterday I went in without an appointment, within 15 minutes I was in a chair.
A very polite, talented gentleman named Danny looked at the Pic I showed him and did an amazing job of shaving a lotus flower design into the back of my hair!
LUV it! No stencil, just freehand. Which is impressive!
Also have to mention the very accomidating young man who booked me in, didn't get his name but between the two, from the time I entered to the time I left I was treated with such courtesy.
The establishment is clean, and the employees are awesome. This is about 3rd time. I have been into this location, as my son, who is very particular about his hair, has been in twice before, and I have been the one to go in to make his initial appointment.
Have always gotten great service.

The first haircut was amazing. The 2nd haircut felt rushed and turned out horrible. Will not be back.

Quick with excellent staff and fun things to do while you wait. I would recommend Tommy Guns for all your barbershop needs! My son has a difficult crown and is quite picky about his hair. My kids went in to the salon wanting their mullets trimmed and these 2 ladies butchered their hair! I cannot believe they cut hair. It’s not even on either side and they did not listen to what I asked at all! Not impressed with the service there. We only go there for boys and men’s haircut and this time was terrible

The staff where all friendly and welcoming. The haircut and hair wash were great! Will definitely head back there the next time I'm in Spruce Grove.

I've had good haircuts from here before, but this last time was. Well.

I figured I'd get a haircut and shave, why not. Everything is good. Then I standup and see my hair.

I look like a human q-tip. My coworkers have been comparing me to "balding Adam Sandler".
I had to convince my girlfriend not to go make a scene.

The shave is also massively uneven, stubble left in some parts, and down to the skin in others. A few spots fully missed. One or two nicks, around the base of the nose and the corners of the mouth.

Cards on the table, this cost me almost a hundred dollars, and it would've looked better if I did it myself at home with no mirror.

Hair grows back, so it is what it is. But man. I'm probably not going back, time to play the field.

They do a good job, but the barbers come and go, so it is difficult to get the same one the next time.
