I had a great experience, however the skin fade that I got was probably the worst haircut I got in 2 years.after going to 15-20 different barbers in BC, AB, SK over the past 1 1/2 years.

I do appreciate the service you guys provide however I can’t say I was happy with the cut and had to recut my hair to fix the issues, I noticed it when I got home and seen my hair. Not sure if you guys provide refunds or not but hoping you’ll give one.

After over ten years of enjoying the Tommy guns experience I am deciding to no longer be a client. There is no excuse to be pushed aside while trying to book an appointment. It is not ok to be made aware that your not as important as anyone else. Completely embarrassing to the point I would feel ashamed to ever darker the doorway.

The thing I like best when I go to Tommy Gunn's is the attention I receive from the person working on me. The head massage when my hair gets washed and the relaxing way the clean shave happens. It's great pampering.

I went to this location on a quiet Tuesday afternoon, the woman cutting my hair was Joanne (I think).

It was terrible. I went in with a lot of hair on my head. I asked for a high fade and a quick trim of the hair on top. I have a men's cut. I took off my glasses and before I knew it my hair was completely gone. She only left an inch of hair on the top of my head and shaved the sides so that I was a breath away from a mohawk.

I am so unhappy. I am wearing hats all the time and when I don't I look like I'm 40 (I'm 27.)

Martin gives the best haircut in edmonton.takes his time and tells great stories, he has a passion for cutting hair and you can see it.i will be coming back to see him

I had the best experience with Jessica part of my face shaving, done for perfection and was relaxing too. Jessica was also friendly and always a pleasure chatting with her and the team, kim, jenny and others too.

This place is very inconsistent. Sometimes you will get a good cut, other times you will walk out with your hair looking worse. All in all it averages out to mediocre.

Very friendly staff. 12 year old boy always loves his haircuts here. Says it makes him feel special!

I drive neatly 200 km to this location, I alternate between two of the Barbers there. They are super friendly, and know what they are doing.

I’m attempting to grow out a pixie cut and needed to trim the extra fluff lol I’ve gone to other barbershops but of course, my hair is cut like I’m a male, nothing feminine about it. I was looking for a place that caters to men but women to! I definitely found it here. Welcoming, super friendly, the stylist listened and gave me exactly what I was looking for and the first time welcoming package was awesome! (gave my husband the hot shave coupon and kept the rest for myself) Will definitely be back!

Excellent with 3 year old son who does not enjoy getting his haircut but did so well this time. It was done so well with thoughtfulness & making Carter part of the process by helping. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY!

Honestly I really liked getting my hair cut here except for today. I walked in expecting to have a good experience and walk out looking nice. However that did not happen. The lady who cut my hair did not know what she was doing. I showed her many pictures for reference and one thing that she did that concerned me was when she asked me which one. It is good to have many reference pictures to the barber ccan get a good idea of what you are going for. I asked her if she done something similar before and she responded yes.which now I know that it was a complete lie. I did not get what I wanted and now I have to deal with this atrocity for until it grows out. Only thing saving this place from a 1 star is the other people working there who i know for a fact can give me a better hair cut. One of them even look led concerned when they saw my hair and knew that their co worker did not do a good job.

No matter what Barber I get here they always do a suburb job. Great location staff and service.

Nerissa is the best barber in Edmonton. The entire staff is super friendly. The App is super easy to use. All pandemic protocols are strictly followed. The shoppe is very clean and has a great retail selection. New shields between stations are a great plus. Everyone there tries to make your experience the best it can be. The Clean Cut is a total luxury package and it's just the BEST place to go in the city.

Haircut was good. I finally got the free one, after two years with the stamp card.

Went in for a high and tight with a beard trim. Asked if the stylist could make my hair flat on top, she gave me exactly the cut I wanted. Trimmed my beard and mustache perfectly. Excellent haircut! Well worth the money spent.

I usually get my hair done and hot towel shave here, however today I was very disappointed with the way my shave went. The lady from what I could tell didn't seem to know how perform a quality shave without hurting me. She cut my face in a number of places. As well as burning me with the towel. I don't like to cause a scene so I didn't mention this in the store. I am unsure if I will be back after today's experience

I left with a much better cut than I was expecting for it to look like. Quinn was phenomenal with explaining and understanding what I wanted. I 100% left with a better haircut than what I had for myself in mind. The hair products have great quality especially the reuzel fibre pomade. Will definitely recommend and be returning in 3 weeks. And the welcome desk receptionist was very friendly and cheerful. Definitely brightened up my day.

I've been going to tommy guns for years and today was an awful experience. I had a clean cut and beard trim. The hair cut was good if she didn't cut my neck. I told the lady to clean up my beard not cut off the length and leave a bald spot. I am furious with what happened and they only offered a free beard trim for what was 6 months of me growing my facial hair basically gone.

Very nice. The time frame for waiting my turn didn't work for me but the attendant was very nice and gave me usable information to come at my more convenient time.

I had my hair cut here a while back before my sisters wedding and the barber here didn't speak very good English and misunderstood what I asked for and gave me a 0.5 all around the sides and left a mop of hair on top, it was bad. I had to come back and get my hair buzzed completely off, again, right before my sisters wedding, and I had to pay for that too. It was one of the most embarrassing experiences of my life to show up to my sisters wedding with a buzz cut. Everybody I spoke to at that wedding asked me about it and the guys made fun of me at work, obviously.

Tommy guns offered me 1 free haircut as a way to give them another chance, I took it but honestly now that I've had some time to think about it, that was a pretty weak offer considering what I had to go through and considering that I had to pay for a buzz cut twice, and my sisters wedding photos are filled with my bald sun burnt head. For the record I have always been polite and tipped well here.

I've had poor service even after this event, this time right before my engagement photos. Not the haircut I asked for and too expensive to get treated like supercuts. I can't trust you guys with haircuts before big life events now. I've given your business second and third chance, I can't come back here and trust you with my hair before my wedding, and I honestly used to sing your praises and recommend Tommy Guns to everyone and I just can't now. Sorry.

For my 1st post covid cut, staff was great! Got a great haircut, very pleasant inside. Shop was clean inside and everyone kept their appropriate distances. Great job! And the scalp massage is always dynamite!

Since I went there people notice me more, I got lot of comments like, did you lost a bet? Or Holy! What happened? Even stranger downtown gave me some.
When I first went there I liked the place, there was someting cool about the decor and the personnels. I had my hair washed, cut and styled, then paid, tip and went back to work. I took a shower after work and noticed that half my bangs were gone. The day after I returned to have my hair fixed but nothing could be done, I ended up with an buzzcut. I told the lady at the front desk, that was a really expensive buzzcut, she felt sorry but no reimbursement or discount was offered. I still tipped the barber that tried to fix my hair and left. Will never come back.

Great place. I get the traditional cut which always comes with a great head massage. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because the cuts can be inconsistent if you don't know exactly what you want.

Thought I would try Tommy Guns as the reviews were great. I wanted a cut and my beard shaped and trimmed. The lady did a nice job on my hair, but my beard trim turned out to be buzzing it off down to a 00 she said. I have not been without a beard in years now it's gone, definitely not what I wanted.

Staff are nice and polite, very easy going and are skillfull at what they do. I still continue to be a customer at this location because of how good i have experienced getting my hair cut or getting a good facial shave done. Stylist are always friendly, very welcoming and always has a smile that can make a person day so much brighter! Stylists have good recomendations for hair care and have good taste in modern hair styles or looks. It seems like nothing is impossible for these ladies to transform different, color, shape and size of a person hair into a fresh new look. Again i really do appreciate the amazong service here at Tommy Guns that leaves me smiling and looking fresh!
