The customer service was okay and there are some ongoing sales when I visited the location. The staff at this outlet was quite helpful when i visited. Although some of their promo or discount codes in my email were not working when it was scanned, the staffs find a way to provide the extra 20% discounts for me. Also, they have range of sizes for the same shirts and polo designs from XS to XXL.
South Common Branch - went there right now 7: 05pm to return something, I thought they are open until 8pm - NOPE! They are already close. Very disappointing!
I just went to this store. Got everything that I need but when I went for billing the girl was very rude. She don’t know how to talk with customers and she didn’t even told about the exclusive deals that are going on in the store. I think she was the Indian girl but anyway if you have any type of problem you can go home don’t do work when you don’t want to.
I went with my family and had a very bad experience the staff kept looking at us weird thinking we are going to steal there things probably cause we are black which is so freaking weird and felt extremely uncomfortable I am never going there again because wow like why I am disgusted by that treatment
Staff apparently close the fitting rooms THIRTY minutes before closing time, and don't bother to tell you this info upfront. Why would I pay these prices if I can't even try on a single item?
Cashier called me over then immediately started doing something else while I just stood there.
—-ATTENTION THE OWNER OF THIS STORE OR MANAGER— I was there today, when i went to cashier for checkout there was a one lady who doesn’t have coupon-membership, the cashier (He is tall and black skin, wearing glasses) was asking me to scan my membership for her, i said i m sorry but NO.after all this he said (who is working on cashier) okay i ll use mine membership for customer. And they used. I think manager needs to know this!
I like this place and all the stuffs but I couldn't find underwear or interior clothes and the dress I was looking for and the before time I was there I get a shirt cause a friend of mine told me that if I get something they ask me for my email and then I get every week the sales etc and is more than a month and nothing.
I love Tommy Hilfiger. However, this location is HORRIBLE and slow. Stay away until Covid is over. Small lineup outside, so I figure the store would be a little full. After a half an hour, finally get in. There MIGHT have been 6 shoppers. There was at least a dozen employees, most of whom were standing around doing nothing. 15% total capacity, maybe do half and half. Nope, lets fill up the store with employees so no one can actually go in and shop
This store is way better than the store located on 137 ave, I live at the north side and I take my time travelling to South side to make my purchase there and.its WORTH IT the whole 9 yards!
I want to give this place less than one star. The staff, particularly the cashiers, are unaware of how to properly do their job. Not only are they not friendly and unapproachable, they are very rude to their customers. It is sad how the cashiers cannot read the basic policies written on their receipt or their customer policies page. Also the staff seem to be confused on what the policies are of this place, since all of them are inconsistent with their information. I hope they get further training on how to treat customers, more importantly human beings. This is depressing because I overall like the store Tommy Hilfiger, however the staff deter me from this store from time and time again from their undeserved elitist attitude and their lack of knowledge of the store policies and procedures.
