Amazing food, large portions, and decent prices. A little too busy for my liking. Friendly staff.

The coolest pub I have ever been to, but the bouncer is rude as hell. I was trying to get my hoodie 30 mins after closing time when the staff still was there cleaning the tables. He was offending me and pushed me out with his hands just because I asked if I could take a look if it's still on the chair where I was sitting. I can understand that there's a closing time but I can't understand why someone working in a pub is not able to talk in a normal way to customers.

Not friendly to Canadians. I asked for a tax service #, and was quickly escorted out of the place without a number. The more I asked for the number, the more irate the "security" staff was. Do not recommend for anyone who isn't Australian.

Classic Canadian pub -nothing crazy exotic, but you can get appetizers, burgers, sandos and cold beer, in a relaxed environment, as you are.

It is typical pub food, which is always good! Cheap drinks and fun atmosphere. It was great for a girls night out!

Reasonably good steak sandwich for the price and the best onion rings anywhere. I do wish they offered beef gravy for the fries, as the chicken gravy just isn't right.

Still one of the cheapest yet delicious places to eat in Banff. They had steak sandwiches for $13. They also have a good sized pub platter for $28.

Had worst experience here.our server emily was so rude.didn’t even say hi.she just took our order and never came back to ask if the food is good or not.food was so bad.we asked her to take that back and we even apologized for returning the food.she just started arguing and said it meant to be like this.and you still expect a tip after this behaviour.i would never go back there or recommend this pub to anybody

The bouncer here was very mean to me. Upon entry I was stopped and told that my legitimate Washington State ID was a "s***** fake". I could have gone back to my hotel room to grab my US passport if they'd have just told me that they couldn't accept a state ID, but instead I was berated and cussed at for no reason.

Wow, this Bar is seriously the best kept secret of Downtown Banff! I almost missed it, but am so very glad I stopped by-fun and friendly people, along with delicious food in a traditional bar atmosphere! They make you feel like family here, this is not a tourist trap! And the nachos (I held the onions) are the best value and flavor of the entire town!

Best restaurant in Banff! You can really feel the atmosphere of the local pub. I also ate a steak sandwich for 13.99 at a discount! Children and adults are all satisfied!

Rude first interaction by male server and older employee, possible owner. Reflective of type of service to expect at Tommy's. Certainly deterred us from dining here. Found a more welcoming establishment down the street.

Had the steak sandwich special for lunch. Very good seasonings! Garlic bread really good too. No complaints. Service was friendly and quick. Nice hidden gem.

Great spot in Banff for drinks and some eats! Loved the selection of beers they have and the pub food was just great! I had the wings and chicken noodle soup! Additionally, I did thoroughly enjoy how close in proximity everything was in Banff! Great spot for lunch or even a stop for a night out!

Great place for yummy food. The pricing is so reasonable considering it's right in the middle of touristic Banff.

Had nachos, chicken wings and beer. All good, can't complain. Not outstanding flavors but certainly good. And service with a smile. What more do you need?

What an awesome hidden gem. Ate there last night during our trip to Banff. I had the steak sandwich and my friends had the Canadian burger. Food was very good especially for the price and we got to eat on the terrasse with a view of the mountains. For the price this really can't be beat, I'm surprised it wasn't busier. Waitress was very sweet as well. Recommended.
