Our family has the long time tradition of ordering pizza from Tommy’s every Friday night. We want to support a local family owned business that provides fresh, delicious, hot pizza!

My grandfather has been coming here for 12 years and has shared this gem of a spot with me, you won’t be disappointed.

This family run restaurant uses fresh ingredients for a large variety of thin crust pizzas.
So much better than any of the nearby chains.

High quality ingredients. I asked for them to keep it in the oven for a couple extra minutes to give it some crisp. No problem.

This is my second time ordering from them and can confirm that somehow it may actually taste better reheated the next day.

The best part is the friendly atmosphere when picking up and the fact that he cancelled the tipping option on the machine right before passing it over to me (never seen that happen before). Takes the pressure off for tipping on a pick up order but makes you want to tip more to be honest.

1st time in and WOW. Best thin crust Pizzas, toppings, services I've had EVER.we dined in.

I cannot explain how impressed I am. The final touches of sliced oranges which were not expected were a beautiful touch.

Humble service,

Calm quiet place. We took our 9 month old to visit with my parents. We usually go on Friday nights after work and have a sit in meal and catch up about the week.

Love that this pizza place is right across the road from me. Out of all pizza places I have ordered from. This is my favourite. The pizza just taste right. Lots of creative pizzas as well. Fun to try different kinds that you don’t normally get but the Cheese pizza is by far the best to me. I hate cheese pizza but when I tried their cheese pizza. It all I get now.

I have heard nothing but great things about Tommy's Pizza for years. After moving into Canyon Meadows temporarily while we were going through a home reno, we decided to finally try Tommy's.

So happy we did! Excellent, tasty crust and fresh toppings plus terrific customer service.

Accidentally ended up here one day and man do I love their pizza! Extremely generous toppings, super flavorful and very polite owners. No wonder they been in business this long.

With pizzaghetti, I can have both pizza and spaghetti! Best part is that I don’t need any utensils. It’s so convenient!

Dough = good
Sauce and pasta = delicious
Cheese = amazing
Pizzaghetti = EPIC!

I first had Tommys Pizza 8 years ago i could not believe the quality of the pizza from the topping to the crust i have ordered # 15 for 8 years and its the same anytime it is the BEST PIZZA in Calgary hands down.

Very fresh piazza made with 100% mozzarella cheese in Calgary. Very limited numbers of the pizza stores make pizzas with 100 % mozzarella cheese not only in Calgary but even in New York as well.

Greek pizza with jalapeños, House Special and BTS pizza with thin crust are my favorite.

Also I am big fan of the Lasagna and spaghetti which come with meat sauce with baked mozzarella cheese. The best baked spaghetti in Calgary for sure!

My family has been going to Tommy’s pizza for as long as they have been around! Owned and run by a very nice family. Today I had an opportunity to taste some new flavors not on the menu yet (thanks David) Pizzaghetti (just as it sounds) spaghetti on pizza and Korean beef bbq. Pizzaghetti was good (better then I thought it would be) but I think I found my new favorite with the Korean bbq, it was soooo good with the chunks of bbq beef and green pepper. I can’t wait until they come out on the new menu! Thanks again David, for the opportunity to try some new tastes.

Tommy's Pizza has been our go-to pizza option for 17 years - we occasionally try others, but always come right back - we probably order 7-8 from Tommy's for every 1x we try another place. Truly great pizza - no wonder it won all the awards. On top of that the family that runs it are very kind and friendly. It may be that we order from them so often or that our pets are overly social, but they know our pets by name as soon as we give them our address on the phone! They are passionate about their business, and I am too - I've never bothered to write a review before, but felt I should for Tommy's.

When I moved to Calgary 41 years ago this was the very first pizza place I ordered from. It has changed owners since then but it is still the same pizza recipes. And it is impressive. There pizza is one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. Wonderful crust lots of toppings and cheese, cooked just right.
It also has excellent baked Lasagna.
You really have to try Tommy's Pizza! And the price is also reasonable.

Great pizza, temp was hot and a perfect amount of topping. My go to pizza place. And the delivery guy was prompt, friendly and funny!

I've tried all the pizza places in the area and Tommy's is by far the best. They don't put slices of toppings on the pie but hunks. The sauce doesn't overpower the overall flavor like most others do so you can taste those toppings and the cheese isn't greasy. It has been my go to for the last 20 years.

Enjoyed some really good pizza. Ate in the small space, clean and neat old school family run pizza place. Support the small independent family restaurants! The pizza here beats the tomatoe sauce outta the big chains anyday.

The pizza is hands down the best in the city, the staff are so friendly and the prices are unbeatable!

Pizza was fantastic. Had the House Special and the toppings were piled high, and everything tasted great. I would’ve liked a bit more pizza sauce, but still one of the best pies I’ve had in a while. Had a “small town” lounge/pub taste and presentation, that brought me back 20-30 years!

Went here for the first time yesterday. I can see how they’ve been around for so long. Really fresh pizza. Crust was great. Prices were reasonable. And the gentleman at the front was really friendly. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. My only minor gripe was that it got a bit soggy after awhile. Maybe if they put a sheet of that correlated cardboard under the pizza, that would remedy this.

Phoned them just now because they had been recommended. But they won't deliver in Oakridge and aren't part of Skip the dishes or any other service. Too bad. Won't use them now. Be nice if delivery area was mentioned in their flyer or their website.

Good pie! Its tough to come by in YYC for some reason. Friendly mom and pop shop. More toppings on a wheel then I have had pretty well anywhere!

Love all their pizza (especially house special), Greek salad, and lasagna! Have been coming here for 20+ years and anyone that we take always enjoy themselves!
