Tom's House Of Pizza

Just not the friendliest staff I’ve experienced especially I prefer the Macleod location and my HOWIE’S PIZZA

We order from here often and 90% of the time it’s good. But tonight it wasn’t the crust was over done, not burnt but not far from it and parts of it was wet like it had been set on a wet surface. Very disappointed. I did call them and and they offered to make me a new one but I refuse it. I would have to drive back there because they don’t deliver in my area (rural area).

Trip to south west Calgary called for a annual stop at toms house of pizza. Thin crust in the brick oven, is a great combo. Love all the fresh toppings.

Best thin crust in Calgary. It is very much a unique pizza, I get Tom's cravings instead of pizza cravings. Awesome as leftovers reheated in an air fryer.

Got 1/2 nachos and chicken fingers and the price per item was great took it to go as we were behind schedule everyone was super welcoming and had a great persona

I always wondered what this place was like after seeing the older building on McLeod. Finally tried this location when I was nearby.

It was the most bland pizza I have ever had. The dough lacked taste, the sauce was watery and tasteless, the cheese was indistinct, even the pepperoni had no flavor!

I could not believe how bad it was. By far the worst pizza I have ever had.

There was no cheese on the pizza and it was just simply gross when I went to the Tom's on McCloud Trail a few years back the pizza was absolutely amazing this was nothing like it would never recommend

Even after the reviews I decided to give their pizza a go, after all they're THE "TOMS HOUSE OF PIZZA", right? After 59 years of making pizza, it has to be good right?

Wrong.

I spent $68 after delivery & tip for these 2 pizzas. Toppings aren't even cooked! Crust was truly more cardboard like than frozen pizza. 2 hot and ready pizzas would have been better for like $20.

However shoutout to the very polite delivery man. He was really nice.

Frozen pizza taste at restaurant prices. A medium pizza sold as a large. Ordered a pepperoni mushroom pizza and the pepperoni was flavorless.
This was the first time we threw out half of a fresh pizza.

I've been eating Tom's pizza for many years, getting a little expensive now so can't have it as often as I would like.

The service was good and my pizza served super fast. I like thin crunchy pizza so this was pretty close to what I was looking for. The only thing is I wish theyd put more cheese on my pizza as it was only a tomato sauce and cheese individual pizza.

Ordered the first time and the pizza was like cardboard. It was hard and brunt. It tasted like frozen pizza from 30 years ago that you use to buy.

Wicked wings best I've had in a whilenpizzas also very fresh n packed with toppings will come back

My family has been ordering pizza from Tom's House of Pizza for over 10 years. We love it, and it's my favorite.

If you're a pizza connoisseur, definitely make sure you try Tom's. It might just become your favorite pizza place!

Tried this pizza for the first time today. Since it's a family day today I looked for a pizza with dine in option. My son took a bite and said he doesn't want to eat anymore which is never happened before. He loves pizza. The crust was very hard and burnt. We left the whole pizza on the table and left. Very disappointed.

Would give a 0 if i could went to pick up pizza paid with cash he grabs it touches register then goes to grab food with no gloves or washing his hands after touching cash like do u not realize its a pandemic have u not heard of covid-19 its been around for 10 months? Should be shut down until they learn to use proper hygiene gunna get someone sick! Like how much food do u touch? Why is hand washing not a regular thing?

Very good custom service. The guys advised a good pizza and more than one, and did as they said in 15 minutes. I recommend everyone to try the pizza here.

First time i tried this pizza.the only good thing about this pizza was the spicy pepperoni.very little sauce very little cheese excessive mushrooms and a crust like cardboard

When we took the first bite we had a feeling of biting into cardboard. Terrible experience, one of the pizza was burned. I used to like this pizza place but never again. I am not sure what you have done to the crust recipe but it is awful.

The pizza wasnt good they gave me a burnt pizza and took 2 hours for delivery i would recommend othet pizza shops

Wow! This pizza is delicious & was loaded with fresh vegetables. Anytime I come back to Calgary I'm going to want to visit Tom's Pizza.

Truly the Absolute Friendliest Kindest People work here, the Greatest pizza and it's Amazing how they have kept the traditional taste for many decades.

I first enjoyed Tom's House of Pizza place back in the 90's (Macleod Tr pizza lunch buffet) when I first moved to Calgary and was happy when they opened a location closer to where I live in the deep south by Somerset. It is priced reasonably and I really like their crust, sauce and ingredients they use. The crust is thin and crispy and not too doughy and the weird part is the cheese is cooked under the meat and veggies so be careful when you eat it so they don't fall off the pie. It is an excellent pizza and still tastes the same as it did way back when I first tried it. Ask for a side of parm cheese and flaked hot pepper to add on top it enhances the pizza. I usually prefer to make my own homemade pizza as I hate the heavily advertised options available (pizza hut, little ceasar, pizza 73, boston pizza) but this place is quick and I still love their wheel. It doesn't take long to get a pizza here and if you eat in you fill up your own pop. Be sure to tip these guys they deserve it for the excellent service all these years.
