We moved to Toothworks from our dentist in Airdrie and have had positive experiences. They were able to accommodate an emergency appointment for my daughter, and answered all questions about her next steps. They asked if there were any issues when we went for their checkups. My kids are generally nervous for the dentist check ups but they were so comfortable going into the dentist for their cleanings on their own. They follow the fee guide which makes it easy to ensure our benefits can cover the visits and there are no surprises or guesses as to what the cost will be. We are very happy!
The team at Toothworks are outstanding! Clinical staff, receptionist and office manager are so friendly and helpful. My family and I have received exceptional dental and facial care. I love going to the dentist now!
Really wonderful staffs and doctors. I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for a good service and dental care. Very friendly staff. The only problem I have is getting appointments as the timings are not aligning with my time so getting suitable time is always an issue, so have to wait long to get appointments. I had to take the day off to get in for my appointment. I would suggest if there can be a bit of flexibility would be fantastic.
First timer here, and I must say this is a very professional team! Karen ably addresses all front office concerns and is a gem at finding available time slots. Great hands by Dr Jabeen and Melissa, very thorough with cleaning work and explaining results. I will definitely recommend Toothworks Calgary!

2022 Update: Had cleanings and a cavity fixed during this past month. All of the staff are absolutely wonderful. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Baarour again, who fixed my cavity and the entire experience was low stress, no pain, and the fit was perfect. I'm really grateful for the entire clinic.
I was very pleased with my first visit. The introductory rate for new patients was a great deal- especially because I do not have specific dental benefit coverage. I saw Dr. Baarour who took the time to explain all steps of the exam, which helped to calm my anxiety with going to the dentist. The hygenist- Emily- was wonderful, caring, and personable. I typically do not enjoy the cleaning process, however she took great care while cleaning, and there was a massage chair, which was a nice touch.
Nothing but great things to say about this place! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, everything is very clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
This was by far the best experience! Had a very tight schedule. Sold our house and moving abroad very quickly. They made it happen! Clean up, fillings and night guard done within less than 10 days, by today 4: 30pm, I picked up my night guard, and on our flight tomorrow am to Mexico! Excellent, stress free experience for both my children and I. They have the latest equipment and send new patients home with a goodie bag including a nice electric toothbrush.
My wife, kids and I have been going to Toothworks since they first opened in 2014… when we lived in the area. My 2 kids, now 5 & 8 actually like going to their checkups. We see Dr. Kanji and Dr. Hussein. It is always a warm welcome from them and all the staff, no matter how long their day has been. And they always seem to remember us. They are fun yet still very professional and I would recommend anyone to make them your dentist of choice. We’ve moved twice since, both times further away, but always make the trip to Toothworks… because it’s worth it!
The hygienist was very courteous and friendly. Did a great job with my teeth. Also, the team that cared for my 2-year-old was great. The little man was engaged and he cooperated with them for his cleaning, polishing, and fluoride treatment. They did a superb job getting him to sit still and participate all through the session.
So friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The kids love coming here and are excited to come back. They get to watch tv during their appointment and leave with fun prizes.

Genuinely the dental experience I have ever had. Everyone was wonderful. The office is clean, efficient and professional. I had 3 appointments total and was very nervous, but their covid protocols are excellent and I felt safe. Big thanks to my hygienist who had to deal with two years of buildup, she took it all in her stride and was super compassionate and really funny!
Dr Hussein and everyone at the clinic made my 22 month old very happy and comfortable for his first appointment. He was so excited and happy. They are very accommodating for people with children.

What a fantastic office - from the reception, to the "good bye", they have incredible customer service, top notch technology and tremendous care for the whole family. I take my 3 kids there as well as myself. Dr. Jabeen strikes a perfect balance to professional care and warm, friendly demeanour. Highly recommend this office.

Everyone here is so personable and they work together with the patient to determine the best action for their needs. I never feel pressured into any decisions and feel informed about what is being done. It's also really reasonably priced! I definitely recommend coming here.

This review is 100% honest. I went through quite a bit of trauma as a kid in the late 80's and 90's. Age 9-17 was a mouth full of bulky appliances, braces and surgery. I was bullied so badly. Every new applience hurt more than the last. The metal braces cut my lip and cheeks. By age 17, having a deep pocket cleaning done and choking on blood, passing out. I left and never looked back. At that time my teeth were straight and my overbite was corrected. I never sat in another dentist/orthodontist chair again - even with work benefits. Now, at age 42, I thought I'd go for a cleaning and check up as my teeth have shifted and are going crooked again. On my first apt at this Toothworks, I was full of anxiety and felt ill. The staff was very calming and patient with me. My hygienist (Melissa) made me comfortable and didn't hurt me! My dentist (Dr. Kanji) was extremely thorough and supported my concerns with my shifting teeth and the return of an overbite that I'm self conscious of. She was more than fair in her help to fix my problem areas and will have my teeth looking picture perfect for my wedding in Aug 2021. Also she was very forthcoming about the cost to do so through benefits. She offered additional information regarding 3rd party billing so I'm able to comfortably afford what is needed - so there are no surprises. Knowing that I have not seen a dentist in 25 years - she didn't judge me. I felt encouraged, safe and excited about the treatment she recommended. She was not only extremely kind to me, but to her assistants too. I never feel rushed asking questions. I love that the hygentist and dentist check in with me every few minutes to see how I'm doing during scaling and recent fillings. Always offering ways to help make sure I'm comfortable and at ease. I would definitely urge anyone who has the same fear of the dentist like I did, to give this place a try. You will be comfortable and in really good hands - literally:) A big Thank you to the support staff for accommodating my apts, and the text reminders. Thank you for keeping the waiting room clean at all times. I appreciate all of you. My entire family is impressed with my positive experiences given my history. They, and some friends are considering going to Toothworks for their needs to.
Dr. Kanji and her team have been wonderful! They were able to schedule me in for a last minute “emergency” with no issues at all! I’ve bounced around for years trying to find a dentist who I felt comfortable with, I’m glad I discovered Toothworks!

I was impressed with the response to questions and the clear explanation of procedure options. It is difficult to communicate while holding my mouth open but this was made easier by the patience and encouragement of both the doctor and the assistants. Very enjoyable experience.
Wonderful experience! I just recently switched to Toothworks after being at another dental office in Calgary for over 15 years. Over time my appointments at the other place became very painful and the whole experience very uncomfortable and long. With Toothworks, all the staff are very friendly and they explained all the details of what they are doing and why. Their dentist tools and office are very modern, including a massage chair I got to sit in while having my cleaning. After 2 hours of work I actually came out smiling and had no pain at all that day or the next. A drastic change from where I had been going in the past. So thankful to have found this office!
Amazing service! My kids love coming here they don’t get the anxiety or the worries when they are here. The staff is super friendly. Place is super clean and follows all AHS guidelines. Highly recommend them. They saved my son teeth and he can’t be happiest.

I decided to move my daughter over to toothworks as Dr. Hussein is a member at my fitness studio and it’s close to home as well. First thing my daughter said it’s so pretty in here and so welcoming. Love how they took the time to show my daughter how to properly brush, they actually had her demo how she brushed first and then gave tips.
First time since I moved to Calgary, I encounter a nice and honest dentist. For two years and half and I’ve been only going to Toothwork for all my dental issues. The staff are super nice. Dr Hussein and Kanji were the best, very nice and care for you to have the best dental appointment. So far, I am really happy about the service I am receiving and referred my family and friend to this clinic. Highly recommending it.
We love Toothworks. My husband and I have been going for over 6 years and now our children see them. They’re very good with little ones. Always making sure they’re comfortable. They’ve always been accommodating with last minute changes or if needing to be seen right away. The office is clean and nice. All the staff is friendly. Would recommend for adults or children.
Dr. Hussein is my favorite dentist. I've always been anxious about the freezing, I hate the needles & usually lose sleep the night before an appointment. But Dr. Hussein has changed that. She is so good at administering the needles and has a very calming demeanor. She coaches me through the needle with encouragement and telling me when to breathe. It's made any dental work so much more pleasant. It's the same thing with any procedure, she's always checking how you're doing and making sure you're comfortable. She really cares about her patients. (my kids love her too!) As an added bonus, they do direct billing to insurance. I'd definitely recommend Toothworks!

Always make sure my teeth are taken care in a very professional and friendly manner. Dr. Hussein is my forever dentist, she's so gentle, caring and sweet! I had my tooth extraction and bone graft this week, she did a wonderful job even follow up with me the day after. I would recommend anyone I know to this awesome place!
