This place provided terrible service and two of the staff members were extremely rude. We had booked service for 10 people but they were not able to do any of the art work we showed. The simplest designs they couldn’t figure out and everything (even a line of glitter on one nail) was extra charge and they weren’t able to deliver. If I had a choice I I would give zero stars. I’m honestly don’t know how they got 4.2 stars. They would jump around from one person to another without completing the work of one person. The biggest mistake we made was paying them before they completed the work because once they got paid they didn’t care and literally left my niece sitting there with the acrylics glued on for more than half hour. You’re running a business to provide best customer experience and you lack that ability as well as the skill to provide the service for which your business is open for. It’s a shame that you are scamming people of there money and not able to deliver the service.

Ruby and May were both fantastic! Ruby had a quiet confidence in her work, and she was able to fix a slightly ingrown toenail I was concerned about. Definitely interested in seeing her again!

And May made me laugh a ton while she was doing the Mani. I came in expecting a quiet, somewhat boring process and she made it a blast. These two work together great, and it honestly made my week.

Horrible service. Went there yesterday to get a pedicure and the lady said it would be a 30min wait. More than an hour later and I was still waiting. All the meanwhile they had let someone else who came after me go first. I finally said screw it and went somewhere else who had way better service!

Ask for Jessica! She did so good on my nails and I’ve never had a more pretty set! Thank u Jessica

I went to do my nails two days ago, The guy was very rude, unprofessional and doesn’t know how to talk customer. Horrible customer service. It seems he is the owner of the the place. Horrible customer service.

I highly recommend Jessica from Top Nails! Since she first worked with my nails, I always look for her to make my nails done. She’s also very nice & friendly i love her! She really makes my nail inspo much better

The owner is a really nice lady. I always goes there to do my nails. However the employees there are so rude and zero customer service. Also the pedicure lady was just wondering around was not focused on her job. Today I decided to change my nail salon for the rudeness of the employee and her attitude. I think they should train the employees before hiring them.

This was my first time here and Jessica did an excellent job. I showed a picture of what I wanted and she did even better than the picture! The staff is very friendly and the price is good too.

Judy and her Team are Amazing! They do Very Quality work, I have never had 1 nail break or chip, and I’m hard on my hands (weightlifting, mom of 4). They’re very fast and accomodating, I highly recommend Top Nails ya’ll! Go! You won’t be disappointed! I have been going here for 1 year, and never have had a bad experience:) Will be going here for as long as I live!

I came in to get my birthday nails yesterday, and I absolutely love them. The nail artist by the name of Jessica made great recommendations on the colors and design and she really listened when it came to the shape I wanted. The base colour she picked out, complemented my skin perfectly, and the little flowers are absolutely to die for. Thank you Jessica!

I love coming here for my nails! I’ve tried many places in the past and this is my favourite; from the reasonable pricing, to the incredible service and workmanship.i rarely get my nails done but when i do, i always come here.i’ve had the pleasure of having judy and jessica as my nail tech, they are both skilled, kind and fast.jessica painted the design for my nails, i was originally going to get a simple french tip and then she kindly suggested if i wanted to try something pretty like rose gold glitter, im OBSESSSSED! Really good service! Staff stayed extra hour to finish everything! Very friendly! I really appreciate them putting extra effort to make sure the design u want is the design u get!

Always a good visit or if you're just looking to relax then they respect your decision to be quiet.

One year ago this place had excellent service and prices. I see a deterioration in their service unfortunately. They dont pay attention to their customers with diligence anymore. Yesterday i had my mani/pedi and went home thinking all is decent unfortunately my nail polish hadn't dried properly before they sent me off, so its got wrinkly. So i called and the gentleman readyly asked me to come back for fix up. Today i went there and their review of my nail color wrinkles was i should have wore open toe shoes.who wears open toes in winter. Anyways she fixed my nail color and asked me to sit on the table with curing lamp and LEFT me there for 30min, i asked if its done but they first said " i think so" when i asked can someone check, they started talking in their language and went on their business, finaly another employee explained its still not cured and needs 15min more. They left me there feeling like i done something wrong and being punished for my "ignorance"- no open toe shoes. I left after 50mins under cure lamp without them being cordial enough to check. I am so disappointed. They dont care for my business and so i wont be back.
Now technical part: when nail paint is thickly coated, it doesn't dry fast enough. The technique is to have light coats and little time between each coat which means spending some time on ur customer NOT MASS PRODUCTION.so sad to leave this review as im not a person to complain. I also know the business won't care. This is for people who read the reviews to be prepared with bringing extra shoes to save their time/effort.

Jessica our nail tech she is super talent! Patient and make sure you satisfied on your nail! My first set of cat eye Acrylic Nail super pretty and elegant definitely be back again!

First time to get acrylic and it won't be my last. I reccommend Jessica as she did an excellent job! She deserves more than 5 stars.

Absolutely recommend. They are accommodating, quick and does quality work. I love coming here and I never leave disappointed.
