Severely overpriced clothes. Shouldn't cost more to buy clothes just because you weigh more. It's sizeist. Also their quality isn't even good. 0/10

I have just reviewed their website. They look like they have a great assortment and very decent prices. I will have to go and visit. I'm looking forward to that.

My worst Torrid experience ever. First of all, I was in the store for about 20 solid minutes. During this time, I did not see one human who represented the company and mentioned this to my husband. Once I was done gathering what I wanted to try on several minutes later, again, there were no Torrid humans in sight. So, I helped myself to a change room which was open and unlocked. While trying on my items, an associate attempts to unlock and open the door to the change room I am in. My husband declares, someone is in there. She says, "Oh, she must have snuck in. " Excuse me, had you been working the floor and change room area like Torrid associates do, I would never have entered a change room unassisted. What made this entire situation worse, I purchased a dress during this awful trip. The day I decided to wear said dress after purchasing, I see the very unprofessional associates working this unfortunate day did not remove the security tag. I will not go back to this location. I made a special trip to the WEM Torrid to have the tag removed. Whoever was working on June 28 at 4 PM, needs to be retrained.

I love shopping here in person, but please DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE.

I made an order online about 2 weeks ago, they don't tell you on the website that the prices aren't actually converted to Canadian Currency and on their Canadian website. The prices they have displayed on their Canadian website is in US currency so when you think you are getting a deal think twice.

After I purchased my items for $115 thinking I got a steal, it wasn't actually until I loaded up my banking app to see that I had been charged $180! When I called Torrid Customer Service, they explained to me that none of their prices displayed on their CANADIAN WEBSITE are actually converted to Canadian currency. Does this make any sense at all?

Torrid, you should at least inform your customers PRIOR TO MAKING A PURCHASE that your prices ARE NOT ACCURATE and they will CHARGED MORE AND CHANGED WITHOUT PRIOR KNOWLEDGE.

On top of this all, I needed to return 2 of the items which I had purchased online. I called Kingsway Torrid and they informed me I could return online purchases in store, great. I bring my items to return along with the tags still attached to the items with the receipt and she informs me after the refund that it will take 4-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Such a joke, I have been to other stores where I have had to return items and it NEVER took that long ever to process a return.

Save yourself the time and DO NOT ORDER ONLINE WITH TORRID.

I attended Torrid twice to purchase outfits for a friend's birthday party and for a gala. Both times I had no difficulty finding cute outfits, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The dressing rooms were a good size and the lighting wasn't awful like most places.

This store is amazing selection for a vast size selection. Great quality, affordable, friendly staff and change rooms. Did you know the change rooms have a bench and a variable speed fan to keep you cool while you power through trying on a new wardrobe. Worth a look and they always have rotating deals to fit any budget. Keep up the great work Torrid!

Did have my bra size and there seemed to be no one that worked there to help. Left very disappointed.

Been in both stores in Edmonton and both provided horrible customer service. The girls don't greet customers or ask if you need assistance. They'd rather stand around and talk amongst themselves. No acknowledgement whatsoever.

Very expensive for the kind of clothing that was there, but staff was super nice and accommodating

I bought a variety of nifty tops for work & casual wear although couldn't find a dress. Luv the spacious change rooms! The Kingsway Mall store has tons of discount pieces from previous seasons.

I waited and waited for service. I don't know if it was because I was Aboriginal or that the lady was just plain lazy. No one offered their services. I expressed my feelings. I said I would never shop there again. I make a lot of money and I was willing to spend a lot of money, as I from the North. 3 other potential shoppers walked out as well. Step it up Torrid. The prices are outrageous but I was willing to buy my whole wardrobe, if your staff had the time for me.

Love the selection of plus size clothes. Many styles to choose from and a wide range of colours. They have really great sales from time to time such as BOGO free or BOGO 70% off on clearance items. I find their regular prices to be high. Their tags show both American and Canadian pricing so it's frustrating to see how much more we pay. The quality is there though and honestly clothes everywhere are getting expensive for quality. So wait for a sale. You can also order online and there are many awesome online exclusive items however shipping to Canada is $40 regardless if you are buying a pair of socks or 30 items. It's a bit ridiculous because you are paying $40 for shipping AND remember its in USD too. Sometimes they do offer $20 shipping and with that and the sales, after conversion sometimes it is worth it to order online or order with a friend and split the shipping.

Better choices for Plus size ladies, overpriced and sometimes of poor quality. Very nice staff and bonus dollars help to visit back once in a while.

This store is one of my all time faves, and this location is the best of the 2 Edmonton ones. It's a little expensive but they have amazing deals if you hit the store the right days. Went in yesterday and was helped in the change room by Jen. She was so nice and helpful, and found me really good options that I ended up buying after trying on. The other ladies in the store were also very lovely, but unfortunately I don't remember their names. Overall another great experience at the Kingsway location! Thanks Jen and ladies️

Went to pick up a new outfit and found a great selection of clothes. The staff were very helpful and the prices were reasonable. I especially like that I can order online and return to the store if I needed.

I love this store!

The staff is always so nice. There are always great deals on and wicked clearance sales! This store is my go to whenever I need a new outfit. It's a trendy store for larger girls, but starting at a size 10 +. The clothes here just fit bitter than at any regular old clothing store. The clothes are super trendy and fit in a flattering way.

Only downfall, it's a bit $$. Watch for sales and checkout their clearance deals!

Wonderful staff that are very helpful and kind! The store has an awesome selection and really reasonable prices. When I needed advice on a pair of leggings, they were honest and very patient! Will definitely be back.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating with an question or styling recommendation at Kingsway. The fitting rooms do get overcrowded as it is a smaller store, especially on sale days but in regards to price, I generally wait for a good sale where I can get items I like and they hold the quality.

Best leggings and bras ever. I don't even bother with Additionelle anymore. Service is always great too.

I love this location, great selection and the staff are always helpful and friendly. It is pricy but the clothing is great quality. And there is always some kind of deal going on. Finally nice cute clothing for us big girls lol

I love the styles of clothes in this store and when they first opened they tended to have sales of buy 1 get 2 free items because their prices are quite High so it would work out to be quite a deal with this sale. Now they have buy one get only one free item so it's not a great deal anymore

Nice clothes, the store is a bit small and crowded, but the girls are very helpful so it's not hard to shop. One of the best quality brands of plus size clothes I've seen.
