Tory Burch

This place is horrible, the staff is very bad and rude, when I went there to buy a crossbody, they sold me the damaged stuff and when I went back to return, one of the Filipino staff there she was so arrogant and very misbehaving, it felt like the staff who work there doesn’t really care about customers, I would never ever go back there, bad bad bad…

The last time I visited, customer service was top notch. I even got to buy a pair of flats and a bag. But today, it was not good at all. What I didn't like was that THE SALESLADY LOOKED ME UP AND DOWN when we came into the store and she was not very helpful. I left thinking it would be better if I just buy online. When I went to Coach their staff there are very nice and accommodating. They even give you suggestions to help you find what you're looking for.

The staff are so kind and helpful. Great service! I made a purchase over the phone and Kari was so friendly and amazing:) my items arrived very quickly and well packaged.

I had a great customer service experience, especially from the salesperson, Karen. I called in multiple times to ask about a pair of pearl earrings, and each time she was super friendly and helpful. She even sent me a photo of how the earrings looked in store compared to the website (they look a LOT better compared to the website photos). Nothing but good things to say about my experience!

This morning, I tried to call 10 times this store at 10am until 11: 10am but nobody pick up the phone.when it has opened. I don't think its was busy at that time.you know why I tried to call, bc I love the bags when I saw online but the website from USA, I am living in Calgary Canada so if I order online I will get international shipping and duty fee charges. So that's why I tried to call this store ask about if they have that style I like, I will going to pick it up.but nobody pick up the phone.its so so bad and terrible customer service here. Before I was the fan with Tory burch but now I’ll never come and buy anything in this store again. These people do not care about customer service! Horrible customer service. If you guys have 0 review I will choose it.

The staff was nice and helpful. Organized. Easily found what I’m looking for. Happy with my purchased.
