I was at this Sunridge location for testing recently and was very impressed by how friendly and compassionate the staff were to me during a time when I was a bit anxious about the tests I was going to undergo. Special kudos to Ray and Brad for their smiles and kind encouragement.

The receptionist I spoke with was absolutely amazing and sweet, and the cardiologist was extremely helpful and so kind during the 2 tests he did on me.

The nurse that put on the holter monitor though.
She seemed to have been having a bad day, and I work retail and I know how customers (or patients in this bad) can be, so I made sure to be extra nice. She wiped the areas with an alcohol pad but as she put the pads on, I realized it was hurting a bit. I assumed my skin was reacting to the adhesive. She told me to leave it on as long as possible, drop it in the dropbox the next morning, and go home.

After I dropped it in the box and went home, I then took the pads off. And under all of the pads, except the one directly in the middle of my upper chest, there were scratches. The best way I could describe how they look and feel is if someone scraped a needle or sharp metal something across my skin.

I contacted the clinic and spoke with someone who was extremely helpful and said they would fill out an incident report and bring it to the team's attention as this was something that absolutely shouldn't not have happened. She was very kind and helpful throughout the call.

I just wanted to post my experience as I noticed at least 2 other people who left reviews experienced the same situation (one 3 weeks before my visit and one a month before). I truly hope this doesn't happen again to anyone else.

To the person I spoke with on the phone, thank you so very much.

The pictures I'm posting are from soon after I took the pads off around 8: 30am, and even now at midnight, they are still really red and still hurt even after using neosporin on them.

I was doing MPI test at this location and one of the first staff was really uneducated, unprofessional, very angry, very verse communication skills and kind of yelling on every body. Today I went to the hospital and AHS doctor said that I have blood clot in my right arm's vein. This is why its super painful and risen up like crazy. Because she was drilling - not injecting to take blood for testing and said no blood in your body. Second attempt again no blood. I told to stop and said please ask one of your supervisor or staff to help rather then make 19 holes in my body - and you saying no blood in the body and I keep smiling - honestly this is not smart move. Luckily the other staff dud the job very professionally with very hamble heart.
Now I have to do the altrasound to check how deep and bad is the vein clot. Hah

I went for a 24 hour heart monitor halter. The woman who attached the leads was rather rude saying I was having issues due to the food I was eating and that my heart may be struggling due to extra weight. I am 8 months pregnant having gained a normal amount of weight after starting at a normal weight pre pregnancy. Obviously I've gained weight but the comment was so rude. And making assumptions on what food I've eaten is also uncalled for. This is my 3rd pregnancy. I've struggled with heart issues each time. The food very likely has been different before every episode. Also, she scratched my skin with something after using an alcohol swab. It was painful then and even the next day the areas are red and inflamed. I don't understand why that was necessary and at minimum perhaps informed consent should have a thing. Finally, they are in such a rush to get their monitor back that they don't even allow for the full 24 hour monitoring that my doctor requested.

So satisfied with how I was treated. The staff were kind, the doctor was extremely informative and answered any and all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this team for all of your heart needs! A special shout out to Florence, you were amazing for helping me with my appointment

I visited today and was so impressed with every aspect of my visit.
Right from the first greeting with the health screening all the way through my entire visit.

I arrived early and waited no more than 5 minutes before I was taken in for my first test. My technician was amazing and professional. Once she was done I went directly into my second test where I literally didn't have a chance to sit down.

The place has a great atmosphere and feeling. A huge shout out to the amazing staff.

Took my mom for a heart fit test and they were so wonderful and all the staff was very friendly. Dr. Boyne was the most pleasant doctor I have ever met and super funny as well which is great when you have to deal with a 6 hour appt. Great facility

I stopped coming to Total Cardiology after they moved from Marlborough Mall to sunrise.
They are just too far for city transit now. What use to take 45-50 minutes travel time, now takes up to 1hr. 30min.

I am blind and went to my appointment on my own. All staff was amazing! Lady named Trinity went above and beyond by ordering a cab (Total cardiology paid) for me to get back home rather than use transit.

Entering in one room, checking documents, after navigate you to another room -checking documents.staff is not friendly asking sily questions
If doctor send me for some procedure-can you read in your computer a notes!?

I had a phone Consultation with the doctor and I felt she didn't do her job, she asked a couple questions, and in the end she left she didn't need to see me but couldn't tell me why my heart my beating more then it should, I feel if I would of went in would of been a different story, cause asking me about what I drink and my family history then saying we don't need to see you Even though it shows my heart beats before it should that means I don't need to see a specialist, I think she could of asked me more question but to only talk for 6 minutes on the phone how can you even tell if someone needs to go there.

This was one of the best clinics I have ever been too. Everyone, from the person that checks you in, to the person that takes care of you while on the treadmill, to the people that do the scans, were the best ever. I was so impressed by everything. If I ever have to have this done again, this will be the place I request. Thank you all.

I brought my mother into total cardiology by Sunridge, I was accompanying her inside. The employee who was checking her in said I couldn’t stay with her because “the office isn’t allowing visitors with the patients” Which I totally understood. However multiple patients who went into the office after my mom had visitors and they were never turned away.this is my moms first heart appointment and she was nervous and anxious and I couldn’t sit with her but other family members of other patients could.
Please if you are going to make “rules” or “policies” please make the for all individuals and not just specific people.

Post-op from my heart surgery TotalCardiology called me so many times it felt somewhere between abusive and “opportunistic” like vultures circling a fresh new patient body.
Asked them to remove me from their patient list after they unbelievably called me AGAIN even after I called them from the hospital (re-admitted to deal with a complication) and specifically asked them “Don’t Call Me, I’ll Call You” and politely informed them of their over-zealousness.
Dear TotalCardiology, your team of Cardiologists and health care providers may be first rate, but I will never know because of how your front-end made me feel before I even got there. Next time, read your notes. 1 star, do not recommend their patient communication.

First time dealing with Total Cardio.

My experience with the staff, was they were all great to deal with. Right from start to finish, professional caring and courteous.

The facilities were clean and the whole procedure was efficient and well organized.

I just popped in to Total Cardiology to get a holter monitor attached and the staff was very nice. Very welcoming and friendly. The young man at the door, was so nice. The technician, Neena, was so sweet and kind when placing my electrodes. Highly recommended this clinic.

Beautiful building. What times can vary but given I don’t have to refinance my house to get care here I’m just grateful and happy). Everyone is trying to be helpful and even though things can get a bit frenetic, it is all there to help me as a patient.
